Abstract
Ένα σύμπλεγμα συνδεδεμένο με στοχευόμενη τακτική βραχεία παλινδρομική επανάληψη (CRISPR) για προσαρμοστική αντιιική άμυνα (Cascade)• όπου το σύμπλεγμα πρωτεΐνης Cascade περιλαμβάνει τουλάχιστον τις υπομονάδες της CRISPR-συνδεδεμένης πρωτεΐνης cas7, cas5, και cas6 που περιλαμβάνει τουλάχιστον μία υπομονάδα με μία επιπλέον αλληλουχία αμινοξέων που διαθέτει δραστικότητα τροποποίησης, εμφάνισης, ενεργοποίησης μεταγραφής ή καταστολής μεταγραφής νουκλεϊκού οξέος ή χρωματίνης. Το σύμπλεγμα Cascade με επιπλέον δραστικότητα ενώνεται με ένα μόριο RNA για να παράγει ένα σύμπλεγμα ριβονουκλεοπρωτεΐνης. Το μόριο RNA επιλέγεται να έχει ουσιαστική συμπληρωματικότητα προς μία αλληλουχία στόχο.
