Description

更特别地,本发明涉及具有以下类型的地板,该类型包含:包含热塑性材料的基材,和其上设置的装饰物,以及在至少一对相对边缘上至少部分由该基材实现的连接部,所述连接部允许实现在两个这样的地板之间的机械锁定,即没有使用胶或类似物。这种类型的地板允许以顺滑和使用者友好的方式形成防水的地面覆盖物。与具有例如MDF或HDF基材的基于木材的层合地板相反,还可在潮湿的房间例如浴室中毫无问题地应用这样的地面覆盖物,该基于木材的层合地板较不适合于这样的应用。
文献WO 2013/026559描述了这样的地板,其中基材包含一个或多个软或柔性聚氯乙烯(缩写为PVC)基材层。然而,这样的地板带来许多问题。例如,存在不容忽视的透印(telegraphy)效应风险。在此,在一段时间之后在下面的表面或底层地板(在其上安装地板)中的缺陷将在地板的表面上变得可见。当在具有许多直射阳光的房间(例如走廊等)内安装地板时,还存在出现推起(pushed-up)边缘和/或在互相连接的地板之间形成间隙的高风险。这是基材经历变化的温度而膨胀/收缩的结果。虽然使用玻璃纤维层可提高地板的尺寸稳定性,但是这仍然经常被证明不足以避免上述问题。此外,由于地板的安装不可能总表现得同等顺滑,地板是相对柔性且可弯曲的。此外,地板上侧上存在的漆层在耐磨性、耐刮擦性、耐污性等领域大多得分不足。
从文献WO 2014/006593已知的地板已经解决了许多提到的问题。它具有通过挤出方式形成的刚性基材层,该刚性基材层在一方面包含高密度聚乙烯(缩写为HDPE)或PVC,并且在另一方面包含竹、木和/或软木的粉末。将这种基材层与饰面(veneer)层例如装饰性乙烯基层胶合在一起。这种地板已经提供相当更高的耐透印效应性。由于其刚性,地板还较容易安装。然而,其也有缺陷。所以,不能保证地板的平整性。存在相当大的地板将翘曲的风险。此外,地板看起来对在其上侧中形成压痕敏感,例如当在其上放置桌腿或椅腿时。进一步,可出现分层问题,其中饰面层从基材层脱离。
本发明目的是提供对一个或多个前述和/或其他问题的解决方案。
为了这个目的,本发明根据其第一独立方面涉及具有前述类型的地板,特征在于该基材包含热塑性材料的刚性基材层,并且在地板中存在玻璃纤维层。发明人发现了应用玻璃纤维层与刚性基材层是极其有利的。它提供减小的地板翘曲风险。此外,当在走廊等安装地板时,存在不太高的推起边缘和/或间隙形成的风险。仍然存在膨胀/收缩,然而,这看起来不太导致上述不利效果。在本文中注意到膨胀自身不构成问题,因为这可通过提供必要的膨胀空间来抵消。
注意到通过术语基材,是指位于装饰物或可能的装饰物载体下方的那部分地板。
优选通过使基材层的热塑性材料为刚性的来获得基材层的刚性。这可能是通过使用合适量的增塑剂或根本没有使用增塑剂。如果使用了增塑剂,这优选采用小于15phr、小于10phr或小于5phr的量。注意到小于15phr的增塑剂量意指每100份热塑性合成材料存在小于15份的增塑剂。可应用的增塑剂的实例为基于邻苯二甲酸酯的增塑剂例如邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(缩写为DINP)、或邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(缩写为DOP或DnOP),或者作为对于基于邻苯二甲酸酯的增塑剂的替代物,对苯二甲酸二辛酯(缩写为DOTP)或1,2-环己烷二甲酸二异壬酯(缩写为DINCH)。
刚性基材层的热塑性材料优选包含以下热塑性合成材料中一种或多种:PVC、聚乙烯、HDPE、聚丙烯、聚酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(缩写为PET)、聚氨酯和/或弹性体。最优选的合成材料为PVC。
刚性基材层的热塑性材料优选包含一定量的填料。填料促进地板的刚度。可应用各个种类的填料,无论是否组合:
-无机填料,例如白垩、石灰和/或滑石;
-有机填料,例如木、竹和/或软木;和/或
-矿物填料。
还注意到填料滑石是特别有利的。即显示了这种填料对板的尺寸稳定性有积极效果。
填料的百分比优选介于30和70重量%之间或45和65重量%之间。在本文中注意到关于基材层中热塑性材料的总重量考虑重量百分比。
填料的比例优选为至少40重量%、更优选至少50重量%和仍然更优选至少60或至少70重量%。已经显示了这样的相当高比例的填料提高基材层的尺寸稳定性。
刚性基材层的热塑性材料可包含冲击改性剂,稳定剂例如Ca/Zn稳定剂,和/或颜色颜料例如炭黑。
还注意到基材层的热塑性材料可以是或可以不是回收材料。
优选地,刚性基材层是未发泡的或几乎未发泡的。发明人发现了这样的基材层不仅提供比发泡层更好的耐透印效应性,还提供耐压痕性。还注意到几乎未发泡的意指通过发泡使未发泡热塑性材料的密度减小最大10%和优选地最大5%或最大2%。未发泡的或几乎未发泡的基材层的密度优选介于1300和2000kg/立方米之间或1500和2000kg/立方米之间。
然而,不排除刚性基材层是发泡的。事实上,发明人发现了发泡对尺寸稳定性有积极影响。优选地,密度减小大于10%。这意味着未发泡热塑性材料的密度通过发泡减小大于10%。
可通过各种技术例如散布、挤出或压延方法的方式来形成刚性基材层。优选散布方法,其自身从文献WO 2013/179261和BE 2015/5572是已知的。事实上,可通过这样的方法更好保证基材层的平整性。
玻璃纤维层可涉及例如玻璃纤维绒头织物(fleece)、玻璃纤维布或玻璃纤维网。
玻璃纤维层优选邻接刚性基材层。在这一位置,玻璃纤维层可最好地抵消基材层可能的翘曲或尺寸变形。
玻璃纤维层优选至少部分浸渍有刚性基材层的热塑性材料。这提供玻璃纤维层的良好嵌入,由此其工作更有效。也减小了分层的风险。
还注意到玻璃纤维层优选涉及玻璃纤维绒头织物。这样类型的玻璃纤维层更好粘合至基材层。更好的浸渍也是可能的。
基材可包含热塑性材料的第二刚性基材层。这种基材层可显示首先提到的基材层的特征中的一个或多个。
优选地,玻璃纤维层与首先提到的以及与第二基材层相邻。在本文中玻璃纤维层位于两个基材层之间。这可采用不同方式获得。
优选的是通过散布处理的方式设置两个刚性基材层。在这种情况下,可散布一个基材层,可在其上设置玻璃纤维层,并且可在这个复合体上散布另一基材层。随后,可将整体固结。自身从文献WO 2013/179261已知这样的方法。其提供可将玻璃纤维层非常好地嵌在在两个基材层之间的优势。
另一种可能性是其中通过散布处理的方式设置一个基材层,在其上设置玻璃纤维层,固结这个复合体并且然后仅在这个固结的复合体上设置另一基材层的可能性。从文献WO 2016/079225已知这样的方法。它提供可将玻璃纤维层的变形和/或损坏的风险最小化的优势,因为直接使用玻璃纤维层可正好地开始可能采用的压机装置的压机元件。可例如通过压延技术的方式设置另一基材层。
仍然另一种可能性是通过挤出的方式制造两个刚性基材层。在该情况下,可将挤出的基材层和玻璃纤维层堆叠在彼此顶部并且随后可将挤出的基材层和玻璃纤维层彼此粘合。可在压机装置例如在单日光或多日光压机中进行相互粘合。
另一个选择是通过挤出的方式形成一个基材层,输送这个挤出的基材层并在所述输送过程中在所述挤出的基材层上设置玻璃纤维层。这种方法相对于前一种方法的优势是其可连续进行。例如,可沿着导辊输送一个基材层并且可在这些导辊之间与基材层一起提供玻璃纤维层。之后可在玻璃纤维层上设置另一基材层。或者可能在一个基材层上在其输送过程中与玻璃纤维层一起设置这个基材层。
玻璃纤维层可为未处理的。然而,还可能的是预处理该玻璃纤维层。后者可提供与一个或多个与玻璃纤维层相邻的基材层更好的连接。预处理可包括在玻璃纤维层上设置涂层或者浸渍该玻璃纤维层。涂层或浸渍材料可涉及增塑溶胶,优选PVC增塑溶胶。预处理可发生在离线用(offline)步骤中。
玻璃纤维层的重量可介于30和100克/平方米之间。然而,优选地这一重量小于65克/平方米。这提供可将玻璃纤维层更容易和更快地嵌入基材中的优势。此外,这样的较轻重量的玻璃纤维导致尺寸稳定性的仅轻微减小至没有减小,至少不像发明人相当出乎意料地发现的与刚性基材层一起应用的玻璃纤维。
在地板中优选存在第二玻璃纤维层。使用多于一个玻璃纤维层已被证明比使用单个玻璃纤维层更有效。第二玻璃纤维层可显示首先提到的玻璃纤维层的特征中的一个或多个。
特别地,第一以及第二玻璃纤维层具有小于65或至多50克/平方米的重量。这对加工速度有积极影响并且对尺寸稳定性实际上没有不利影响,至少不在使用刚性基材层的应用中。
两个玻璃纤维层优选位于偏离地板中心。以这种方式,它们的效果更好地分布在地板内。优选地,一个玻璃纤维层位于地板的下半部中,而另一玻璃纤维层位于上半部中。
两个玻璃纤维层优选位于距彼此至少1/5或至少1/4地板厚度的竖直距离处。这提供玻璃纤维板的效果在地板的整个厚度内的良好分布。最优选地,它们位于距彼此大约1/3地板厚度的竖直距离处。
优选地,两个玻璃纤维层包封第一基材层。在本文中通过一个玻璃纤维层形成该第一基材层的上侧的边界,并且通过另一玻璃纤维层形成该第一基材层的下侧的边界。在这种情况下第一基材层的厚度优选为至少1/5、至少1/4或大约1/3的地板总厚度。两个玻璃纤维层优选位于偏离地板中心,使得在这种情况下地板的中心线贯穿第一基材层。
一个玻璃纤维层优选被封在热塑性材料的第一基材层和第二刚性基材层之间,而另一基材层优选被封在第一基材层和热塑性材料的第三刚性基材层之间。这导致特别平衡和稳定的夹层结构。第二和第三基材层可显示第一基材层的特征中的一个或多个。第一基材层优选位于在中心,即地板的中心线贯穿该第一基材层,而第二和第三基材层优选位于中心,其中第二基材层在地板的上半部和第三基材层在地板的下半部。优选使第二和第三基材层比第一基材层更薄,然而优选其厚度为至少1/5或至少1/4第一基材层的厚度。优选使第三基材层比第二基材层更厚,然而最大2.5倍或最大2倍厚。
热塑性材料的一个或多个刚性基材层形成地板的刚性部分。这个刚性部分优选具有至少2mm的总厚度。即发明人发现了从这样的厚度开始,耐透印效应性和弯曲刚性非常好。更好的是刚性部分的总厚度为至少2.5mm或至少3mm。刚性部分的总厚度优选为最大8mm、最大6mm或最大4mm。以这种方式,仍然可限制地板的重量。刚性部分的总厚度优选介于2和8mm之间、2和6mm之间或2和4mm之间。刚性部分的总厚度优选为至少50%、至少60%、或至少65%的地板总厚度。
基材优选包含比第一刚性基材层更柔性或更可压缩的基材层。这种更柔性的基材层提供可消除当在安装的地板上行走时产生的声音的优势。优选地,这种柔性基材层位于第一基材层和装饰物之间。优选地,这种更柔性的基材层直接位于装饰物或其上设置装饰物的可能的装饰物载体下方。在该情况下,其还帮助在地板上侧中有效地获得深的凸纹结构。出于这个目的,确实期望使装饰物下方的材料变形,其在当这种材料是相对柔性的时更容易。
优选由热塑性材料构造更柔性的基材层,其中最好使用PVC作为热塑性合成材料,然而其中不排除使用其他合成材料例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯例如PET、聚氨酯和/或弹性体。优选通过实现基材层的热塑性材料为软的或半刚性的来获得这种基材层的柔性。通过使用合适的增塑剂量,当然,在应用PVC作为热塑性合成材料的情况下,这是可能的。在更柔性的基材层中增塑剂的量优选为至少15phr并且仍然更好的至少20phr。可使用的增塑剂的实例,当然在PVC的情况下,为基于邻苯二甲酸酯的增塑剂,例如DINP或DOP,或作为基于邻苯二甲酸酯的增塑剂的替代物,DOTP或DINCH。
当实现更柔性的基材层时,可应用挤出、压延或散布技术。
优选的是通过热层合将更柔性的基材层连接至第一或可能的第二刚性基材层,其与使用胶水等对比而言限制了分层的风险。优选地,这是通过压延方法例如通过由多于两个压延辊组成的压延装置的方式进行的。
然而,不排除更柔性的基材层由除了热塑性材料的另一种材料组成。例如,可能的是这种基材层涉及毡层,或者大体上织物层,或者由橡胶或软木制成。在这些情况下,优选的是通过胶水等(优选为防水胶例如热熔胶)方式将相应基材层连接至第一或可能的第二刚性基材层。本文还注意到例如在毡层的情况下,在这个毡层中实际上包含装饰物。
更柔性的基材层的厚度优选介于0.5和3mm之间,仍然更好的在0.5和2mm之间,并且最好的在0.5和1mm之间,或者在所包括的极值之间,因为使用这些厚度将特别好地显示本文以上描述的优势。
基材可包含在其下侧处的基材层,该层优选比第一刚性基材层更柔性或更可压缩。通过位于基材下侧处的这样的基材层,获得了可消除当在安装的地板上行走时产生的噪音的优势。这个基材层可由热塑性材料组成,其中使用合成材料例如PVC、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯例如PET、聚氨酯和/或弹性体是可能的。相应基材层优选是发泡的,考虑到这可改进其吸音特征。这样的基材层的优选实施方案是包含XPE或交联的聚乙烯泡沫的基材层。
当实现位于基材下侧处的所述基材层时,可使用挤出、压延或散布技术。
通过热层合连接这个基材层与第一或可能的第三刚性基材层是一种选择,其与使用胶水等对比而言限制了分层的风险。然而,不排除以另一种方式将相应基材层连接至第一或可能的第三刚性基材层,例如使用胶水等,在该情况下优选使用防水胶例如热熔胶。
还不排除背衬层由除了热塑性材料的另一种材料组成。例如,可能的是背衬层涉及织物层或由软木或橡胶组成。在这些情况下,优选的是通过胶水等(优选为防水胶例如热熔胶)方式将背衬层连接至芯部。
位于基材下侧处的所述基材层的厚度优选介于1和4mm之间,仍然更好的在1和3mm之间,并且最好的在1和2mm之间,包括极值,其中大约1.5mm的厚度经证明是理想的。
装饰物优选涉及压印的(imprinted)或印刷的装饰物,其中这种压印的或印刷的装饰物最好描述自然产物,例如木材或石材。在木材的情况下,装饰物可描述例如木材脉路(nerves)和/或木材孔。对于压印或印刷而言,可使用任何以下技术:胶版印刷、轮转凹版印刷和数字印刷技术,其中例如采用数字印刷机或喷墨印刷机。
可将装饰物压印或印刷在装饰物载体上。或者可将装饰物直接压印或印刷在基材上,在该情况下这涉及所谓的“直接印刷”。在本文中可能的是基材在其上压印或印刷之前设有基底涂层或漆,可能为多个基底涂层或漆。
当在装饰物载体上压印或印刷装饰物时,这优选涉及箔或膜,其可为热塑性的。这例如可涉及PVC、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氨酯、或聚酯例如PET的箔或膜。
还可能的是装饰物载体涉及基于纤维素的层,优选地浸渍有树脂。例如,基于纤维素的层涉及纸,例如标准纸或牛皮纸。树脂优选包含蜜胺树脂和/或酚醛树脂。
还注意到,在装饰物载体涉及基于纤维素的层的情况下,在其下方还可存在一个或多个基于纤维素的层,这改进地板的刚性。这些一个或多个额外的基于纤维素的层优选浸渍有树脂,例如蜜胺树脂和/或酚醛树脂。
作为对压印的或印刷的装饰物的替代,例如可在基材上设置木材或石材的饰面,其然后形成装饰物。优选地,处理可能的木材饰面使得它是防水的或总体上防水的。
优选地,地板包含在装饰物上设置的耐磨层和/或漆层用于保护装饰物和用于防止其磨损。优选地,这些层是透明或半透明的使得装饰物保持可见。
耐磨层优选涉及箔或膜,其最好是热塑性的。这可涉及例如PVC、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氨酯、或聚酯例如PET的箔或膜。这样的箔或膜的厚度优选介于250和750微米之间,包括极值。在装饰物被压印或印刷在箔或膜上的情况下优选应用这种类型的耐磨层。
还可能的是耐磨层涉及基于纤维素的层,优选地浸渍有树脂。例如,基于纤维素的耐磨层涉及纸,例如标准纸或牛皮纸。树脂优选包含蜜胺树脂和/或酚醛树脂。优选地,基于纤维素的耐磨层包含耐磨颗粒,例如陶瓷颗粒或刚玉。在装饰物被压印或印刷在基于纤维素的层上的情况下优选应用这种类型的耐磨层。
优选在丙烯酸氨基甲酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯和/或环氧丙烯酸酯的基础上实现漆层。优选地,这涉及可通过UV辐射或受激准分子辐射的方式硬化的漆层。漆层可包含陶瓷颗粒例如氧化铝和/或二氧化硅。可在地板上侧中形成可能的凸纹之前或之后设置漆层。当然使用相当深的凸纹,例如达到比100或250微米更深的凸纹,考虑到这帮助防止漆层中断,有利的在形成凸纹之前设置漆层,例如从文献BE 2016/5732已知的。这当然证明当应用高光泽度耐磨层例如PVC耐磨层时其可用性,因为以这种方式可避免由这样的耐磨层产生的闪光点的存在,例如文献BE 2016/5732中描述的。
还注意到可在装饰物之上存在多个漆层。在地板上侧中设置凸纹的情况下这是特别有利的。在该情况下,可在形成凸纹之前设置第一漆层,以便提供这些漆层不显示任何中断并且以便防止闪光点的出现,并且可在形成了凸纹之后设置第二漆层,其中对于这个第二漆层而言可应用较硬的漆,其原理自身从BE 2016/5732已知。
还注意到本发明允许应用较刚性的漆。这是因为刚性基材层的存在。事实上,这个基材层可抵消漆受到的卷曲,而不使板由此翘曲或变形。应用较刚性的漆提供它们是更有效的并且提供更好的机械抗性和耐化学性的优势。
地板上侧可显示模拟自然产物例如木材、石材或陶瓷的纹理的凸纹。在木材的情况下,除了其他的,凸纹可模拟木材脉路和/或木材孔。考虑到它们不涉及模拟自然纹理而是实现木板效果的事实,在地板上侧的一个或多个边缘上可能的斜角不属于这样的凸纹并且不被认作形成部分凸纹。可通过机械和/或化学压纹的方式设置凸纹。
凸纹优选具有大于100微米并仍然更好的大于200或250微米的最大凸纹深度。这样的深凸纹提供地板将看起来并感观上非常自然。当如上文所述应用更柔性的基材层时,使用这样的深凸纹特别有利。事实上,可容易变形或压印这样的基材层以便形成深凸纹。
在地板上侧中形成凸纹的情况下,最好存在耐磨层,在该耐磨层中凸纹延伸。可能的是凸纹(当然为深凸纹)在耐磨层中延伸,然而向上延伸至基材中,优选向上延伸至可能的更柔性的基材层中。
可以或可以不与装饰物对齐来完成凸纹。进行对齐带来了获得更自然外观和感观的地板的优势。特别地从以下文献已知各种技术以便实现这样的“对齐的”实施方案:EP 2636 524、EP 2 447 063和EP 2 447 064。
注意到在基材之上设置木材或石材的饰面的情况下,自动地赋予地板上侧分别具有木材或石材纹理的凸纹。
地板上侧可包含在其一个或多个边缘上的斜角。这可涉及没有达到比可能的耐磨层更深的斜角。然而,可能的是斜角达到比耐磨层更深,例如直至基材中,在该情况下斜角优选是经装饰的。通过在斜角上设置分开的装饰,即装饰与装饰物分开,例如漆、涂料或转移箔,这是可能的。或者装饰物可在斜角上方不间断延伸。在该情况下,这可涉及例如所谓的“受压斜角”,其中通过在地板边缘周围压印包括装饰物的地板的上侧来形成斜角。
地板优选显示以下特征中的一个或多个:
-地板在它自身重量下弯曲小于10cm/米并且仍然更好的小于5cm/米;和/或
-地板显示至少2000N/平方毫米、至少3000N/平方毫米、或至少3500N/平方毫米的弹性模量或杨氏模量。
可通过在地板的一个末端上固定夹紧地板并测量剩余自由部分的弯曲来测量弯曲。在长方形矩形板的情况下,固定夹紧的末端可涉及例如纵向末端之一。
弹性模量应理解为在25℃室温下的弹性模量。
地板的总厚度优选介于3和10mm之间、或在3和8mm之间、或在3.5和8mm之间、或在3.5和6mm之间、或在4和6mm之间,包括极值,其中理想的厚度为约4.5mm。
通过在两个这样的地板的连接状态下连接部实现的机械锁定可至少或仅在水平方向,即在垂直于连接边缘的连接地板的平面内的方向上起作用。可通过配合的锁定表面来实现这个水平锁定。这些锁定表面配合的区域优选至少部分或完全位于第一、可能的第二或可能的第三刚性基材层中,其提供可设置强锁定并且可使间隙形成最小化的优势。还可能使玻璃纤维层位于这个区域的高度处,其改进锁定的强度。
通过在两个这样的地板的连接状态下连接部实现的机械锁定可至少或仅在竖直方向,即在垂直于连接地板的平面的方向上起作用。可通过配合的锁定表面来实现这个竖直锁定,其中这些锁定表面配合的区域优选至少部分或完全位于第一、可能的第二或可能的第三刚性基材层中,其提供可设置强锁定并且可使间隙形成最小化的优势。还可能使玻璃纤维层位于这个区域的高度处,其改进锁定的强度。
优选的是存在水平锁定和竖直锁定两者,最好通过配合的锁定表面来实现,其中锁定表面配合的一个或多个区域优选至少部分地位于第一、可能的第二或可能的第三刚性基材层中。玻璃纤维层可位于锁定表面配合的区域的高度处。在存在多个在其中锁定表面配合的区域的情况下,当使用多个玻璃纤维层时,这些玻璃纤维层或至少一部分这些玻璃纤维层可位于前述区域的高度处。
可作为榫槽连接实现连接部,通过上凸缘和下凸缘形成槽的边界。这种连接优选包含锁定元件,例如以在榫下侧处的突出和在下凸缘上侧中的凹部的形式,其在连接状态下抵制在水平方向上榫槽的移动分开。优选地,这种榫槽连接显示以下特征中的一个或多个,只要它们不矛盾,该特征都提高锁定的稳定性和强度:
-至少部分由第一或可能的第二刚性基材层实现上凸缘;
-至少部分由第一或可能的第三刚性基材层实现下凸缘;
-通过榫的中心线位于第一刚性基材层中;
-槽的最向内的定位点位于第一刚性基材层中;
-榫的上侧与上凸缘的下侧配合的区域至少部分或者完全位于第一或可能的第二刚性基材层中;
-可能的锁定元件配合的区域至少部分或者完全位于第一或可能的第三刚性基材层中;
-玻璃纤维层位于榫的上侧与上凸缘的下侧配合的区域的高度处;
-玻璃纤维层位于可能的锁定元件配合的区域的高度处;
-玻璃纤维层位于通过榫的中心线上;
-玻璃纤维层位于槽的最向内的定位点的高度处;
-在榫的上侧与上凸缘的下侧配合的区域位于除可能的锁定元件配合的区域外的另一个位置处的情况下,优选存在至少两个玻璃纤维层,其中优选有效的是一个玻璃纤维层位于榫的上侧与上凸缘的下侧配合的区域的高度处,并且另一个位于可能的锁定元件配合的区域的高度处;
-玻璃纤维层在下凸缘或上凸缘中不间断或连续地延伸;和/或
-玻璃纤维层在连接部中的至少一者中不间断或连续地延伸。
作为榫槽连接实现的连接部优选选自以下类型:
-其中构造连接部使得它们允许在各个边缘处通过转动的方式连接两个这样的地板的类型,在所述转动中具有榫的地板从榫已经部分位于槽中的倾斜位置向下旋转以便使榫完整地进入槽并且将各个边缘彼此连接;
-其中构造连接部使得它们允许在各个边缘处通过在地板的平面内并与各个边缘基本上垂直的基本上线性运动的方式连接两个这样的地板的类型,优选以搭锁动作(snapaction)进行;
-其中构造连接部使得它们允许在各个边缘处通过如上文所述的转动的方式和通过在地板的平面内并与各个边缘基本上垂直的基本上线性运动的方式连接两个这样的地板的类型,优选以搭锁动作进行。
还注意到在地板是方形或长方形的矩形的情况下,可在地板的每对相对边缘处应用榫槽连接。
供选择地,可以钩形部的形式实现连接部,所述钩形部在一方面由具有凸缘的向上导向的钩形锁定部和向上导向的锁定元件组成,并且在另一方面由具有凸缘的向下导向的钩形部和锁定元件的向下导向的钩形部组成,在两个这样的地板的连接状态下抵制在水平方向上钩形部的移动分开。通过这些钩形部实现的机械锁定优选还可在竖直方向上起作用,并且为了这个目的它们可设有竖直活动的锁定元件。优选地,钩形部显示以下特征中的一个或多个,该特征都改进锁定的稳定性和强度:
-至少部分由第一或可能的第二刚性基材层实现向下的钩形部的凸缘;
-至少部分由第一或可能的第三刚性基材层实现向上的钩形部的凸缘;
-向上导向的锁定元件与向下导向的锁定元件配合以便实现水平锁定的区域至少部分或者完全位于第一或可能的第三刚性基材层中;
-可能的竖直活动的锁定元件配合的一个或多个区域至少部分或者完全位于第一、可能的第二或可能的第三刚性基材层中;
-玻璃纤维层位于向上导向的锁定元件与向下导向的锁定元件配合以便实现水平锁定的区域的高度处;
-玻璃纤维层位于可能的竖直的锁定元件配合的一个或多个区域的高度处;
-在向上导向的锁定元件与向下导向的锁定元件配合以便实现水平锁定的区域位于除可能的竖直活动的锁定元件配合的区域外另一个位置处的情况下,优选存在至少两个玻璃纤维层,其中优选有效的是一个玻璃纤维层位于向上导向的锁定元件与向下导向的锁定元件配合以便实现水平锁定的区域的高度处,并且另一个位于可能的竖直活动的锁定元件配合的区域的高度处;
-玻璃纤维层在向下的钩形部的凸缘中或在向上的钩形部的凸缘中不间断或连续地延伸;和/或
-玻璃纤维层在钩形部中的至少一者中不间断或连续地延伸。
竖直活动的锁定元件可以或可以不包含单独的插入件(insert),优选为可弹性变形的和/或可移动的插入件,其自身,除了其他的,从文献WO 2006/043893、WO 2008/068245和WO 2009/066153已知。插入件提供以下优势,竖直锁定的强度很大程度上与地板自身的材料无关,并且与由地板自身的材料实现的锁定元件对比可提供大多数情况下更强的竖直锁定。当然关于减小在相互连接的地板之间形成间隙的风险方面,这样的插入件因此是可用的。
插入件优选被设置在向上或向下的钩形部的凹部中。这个凹部优选地至少部分位于第一刚性基材层中。
在没有利用这样的插入件的情况下,优选地由地板自身的材料并且仍然更好的由第一、可能的第二或可能的第三刚性基材层的材料实现竖直活动的锁定元件。这种基材层的刚性特征提供了这些锁定元件,也提供了强竖直锁定。
优选地可通过垂直于连接地板的平面或垂直于地面覆盖物的平面的基本上线性运动的方式将钩形部彼此钩住。
还注意到在地板是方形或长方形的矩形的情况下,可在地板的每对边缘处应用钩形部。
优选地,地板是方形的或长方形的矩形,并且可通过折叠(fold-down)技术的方式将地板连接至相邻的地板。为了这个目的,这种地板包含,在一方面在一对相对边缘上,以榫槽连接的形式实现的并且具有以下类型的连接部,其允许通过转动的方式连接这种地板至位于前一行中的已经安装的类似地板,和在另一方面在另一对边缘上,以钩形部的形式实现的并且允许以一种相同的转动连接相应地板至位于同一行中的已经安装的类似地板的连接部。已经显示这种折叠技术极好地适合于安装根据本发明的地板。
还注意到可应用任何增强层代替玻璃纤维层。优选地,这是包含增强纤维例如碳纤维的增强层。
根据第二独立方面,本发明涉及具有前述类型的地板,特征在于基材包含热塑性材料的刚性未发泡基材层。据此,与具有发泡的基材层的地板对比,该地板对压痕效应例如在桌腿和/或椅腿的影响下较不敏感。
注意到这个优势还显示在刚性基材几乎不是发泡的情况下,即在由于发泡所致刚性基材层显示最大10%的密度减小的情况下。
根据第三独立方面,本发明涉及具有前述类型的地板,特征在于基材包含热塑性材料的基材层,其通过热层合被连接至位于装饰物和刚性基材层之间的更柔性的基材层。据此,减小了分层风险。
根据第四独立方面,本发明涉及具有前述类型的地板,特征在于在地板中存在至少两个玻璃纤维层,每个具有小于65g/平方米或甚至至多50g/平方米的重量。
还注意到可将第二至第四方面的每个与第一方面的特征中的一个或多个结合而不必使地板必须显示这个第一方面的特征。
根据第五独立方面,本发明涉及用于制造地板的方法,该地板具有包含热塑性材料的基材和其上设置的装饰物,其中该方法包括以下步骤:
-通过第一散布处理的方式设置热塑性材料的第一刚性基材层;
-在散布的基材层上设置玻璃纤维层;
-通过第二散布处理的方式在该玻璃纤维层上设置热塑性材料的第二刚性基材层;
-在压力和/或热的影响下固结该散布的基材层和玻璃纤维层;
-在固结的第二基材层上通过以液体状态应用这种热塑性材料来设置热塑性材料的更柔性或更可压缩的基材层。
该方法的独特性是刚性基材层是固结的并且随着仅在其上设置更柔性的基材层。考虑到在刚性/柔性中的差异,这允许根据刚性基材层的热塑性材料的特征(不同于更柔性的基材层的那些)以优化的方式调节固结参数,例如压力和/或温度。
可以颗粒或粉末的形式散布第一和/或第二基材层的热塑性材料。优选地,以粒化形式散布这种材料或其至少一部分,然而当然在这种材料或其一部分必须是发泡的情况下,可有利的作为干混物散布这种材料。这样的干混物事实上以更好的方式保证添加至该材料的发泡剂的特征,如在文献BE 2015/5572中所述。
可在压机装置中,优选双带式压机装置中进行固结。这种压机装置可包含S-辊,该S-辊可提供所散布材料的校准。
优选地,通过压延装置的方式在第二基材层上设置更柔性的基材层。压延装置优选包含多于两个压延辊。
清楚的是该方法还可包括设置装饰物和可能的耐磨层和/或漆层。
前述层优选地形成连续的材料网,例如通过切割处理的方式最终将该连续的材料网分割成单独的部件用于形成地板。
在分割成单独的部件之后,地板沿着一个或多个边缘可设有允许在两个这样的地板之间实现机械连接的连接部。优选地通过切割工具例如铣削工具的方式进行设置这些连接部。
根据本发明获得的地板进一步可显示根据所述第一、第二、第三和/或第四方面的地板的特征中的一个或多个。
注意到本发明不仅可应用于地板。其可以有利的方式应用于任何类型的板,例如墙板、天花板或门板。
与仅使用板相比,还可更广泛地应用本发明。其可有利地应用于任何类型的地面元件、墙元件、天花板元件或门元件。它的实例为辊上的地面元件或墙至墙(wall-to-wall)地面元件,例如墙至墙的乙烯基树脂。
还注意到对于每个提到的值区间,如果没有另外明确说明,则包括极值。

图1表示根据本发明的地板1。所表示的地板1包含装饰物2,该装饰物2涉及印刷的木材装饰物。这涉及长方形的矩形地板1,其因此具有一对长边3-4和一对短边5-6。每对边缘设有连接部,该连接部分别由附图标记7-8和9-10指出。
从图2可见连接部7-8的形状。这涉及包含榫11和槽12的榫槽连接,通过上凸缘13和下凸缘14形成该槽的边界。下凸缘14突出超过上凸缘13。另外,连接包含以下形式的锁定元件15-16,在榫11下侧上的突出15和突出超过上凸缘13的下凸缘14部分中的向上导向的锁定元件16,其通过配合的锁定表面17-18抵制在水平方向H上榫11和槽12的移动分开。榫11的上侧19与上凸缘13的下侧20配合以便抵制竖直方向V上的分开。
图3和4显示可如何通过转动(图3)以及基本上水平的移位运动(图4)的方式连接连接部7-8。
图2还显示地板1的构造。其由基材21、具有装饰物2的装饰物载体22、耐磨层23和漆层24构成。
基材21由以PVC为基础实现的两个基材层21A和21B组成。
基材层21A是刚性的。出于这个目的,在这个层21A中不存在增塑剂,或者增塑剂仅以小于15phr的量存在。已经提到了可使用的增塑剂的实例。基材层21A还包含介于30和70重量%之间的一部分填料。优选地,使用白垩、滑石和/或石灰,可能用木、竹和/或软木颗粒补充。此外,基材层21A可包含冲击改性剂、稳定剂例如Ca/Zn稳定剂、和/或颜色颜料例如炭黑。基材21A的厚度T1为至少2mm。结果是基材层21A具有高弯曲刚性。考虑到一定程度抵消了地板1翘曲和在已经入射的阳光下形成推起边缘的风险,这是有利的。
进一步由于玻璃纤维绒头织物25的存在显著减小这种风险。虽然看起来不能防止由于变化的温度基材21的膨胀/收缩,但是其确实抵制了翘曲或推起。考虑到可通过设置还在木层合地板领域中自身已知的合适的膨胀空间来抵消膨胀/收缩自身,这实际上是最重要的。玻璃纤维绒头织物25被包封在基材层21A和21B之间。以这种方式,它可以它的最佳状态发挥其功能。可能地,玻璃纤维绒头织物25至少部分浸渍有基材层21A和/或21B的热塑性材料。这提供在基材21中的强烈嵌入,使得它可甚至更好地发挥其功能。玻璃纤维层25的位置提供其在两个连接部7-8中不间断延伸。这对于其有效性是积极的,当然在地板1的各个边缘3-4处。
通过散布工艺的方式获得刚性基材层21A。通过这样的工艺,可获得使用玻璃绒头织物25的非常良好的连接。在这样的工艺中,玻璃绒头织物25还可具有支撑功能。可能地,玻璃绒头织物25还可形成在散布的层21A和层21B之间的分隔(如果后者也是散布的)。在固结之前这当然是可用的,因为这防止在层中所散布材料的相互混合。
同样,基材层21A是未发泡的。与发泡层对比,据此提供更好的耐透印性和耐压痕效应性。层21A的密度介于1300和2000kg/立方米之间。
榫的上侧19和上凸缘的下侧20配合的区域完全位于刚性基材层21A中,和锁定元件15-16配合的区域一样。这提供可实现强机械连接,其中间隙形成将较不容易产生。由层17A部分实现上凸缘13,并且甚至由层17A完全实现下凸缘14。这提供减小的凸缘13-14中一者或两者破裂的风险。当然使用下凸缘14这是有利的,因为由于在连接边缘3-4的过程中经历的可能的弯曲这个凸缘14可能不会破裂。否则将失去连接。
基材层21B比层21A更柔性。为了这个目的,在这个层21B中存在更多增塑剂,即至少15phr。不管相对硬的地板1,这个柔性层21B提供当在这个地板1上行走时没有产生滴答声。因此,由于软的特性,其具有声音吸收性质。此外,这样的层21B较容易变形以便在板1的上侧中产生深的凸纹。在这个层21B中填料的比例介于30和70重量%之间。此外,基材层21B可包含冲击改性剂、稳定剂例如Ca/Zn稳定剂、和/或颜色颜料例如炭黑。基材层21B的厚度T2介于0.5和1mm之间。
通过热层合的方式彼此连接层17A和17B。以这种方式,与使用胶水等对比获得减小的分层风险。
其上印刷装饰物的装饰物载体22涉及PVC膜或箔。
透明耐磨层23涉及具有厚度介于250和750微米之间的PVC层。
地板1的总厚度T介于3.5和6mm之间。
图5更好地显示设置在耐磨层23上的漆24。这涉及以丙烯酸氨基甲酸酯为基础实现的漆。设置在板1上侧中的凸纹26也是可见的。
图6显示类似于来自图2那些的连接部7-8,然而,基材21是不同构造的。类似于图2的层21A来构造该层21A,然而更薄。无论如何,基材21中也存在第二刚性基材层21C,该第二刚性基材层21C也由PVC制成。基材层21C不含有增塑剂或者仅含有以小于15phr的量的增塑剂。基材层21C还包含介于30和70重量%之间的比例的填料。此外,基材层21C可包含冲击改性剂、稳定剂例如Ca/Zn稳定剂、和/或颜色颜料例如炭黑。基材层21A和21C的总厚度T1为至少2mm。结果是基材层21A和21C两者的整体赋予板1高弯曲刚性,甚至通过包封的玻璃绒头织物25来提高弯曲刚性。玻璃绒头织物25的位置使得它不间断地贯穿两个连接部7-8。并且将其定位在榫11中心线的高度处并且穿过槽12的最向内的定位点。因此,在那些位置处产生有益于榫11和槽12强度的额外支撑。
通过自身从WO 213/179261已知的散布工艺的方式形成刚性层21A和21C。它提供可将玻璃绒头织物25非常好地嵌入刚性整体中的优势,产生特别稳定的夹层。
刚性层21C还是未发泡的。
图7显示类似于来自图6那些的连接部7-8,然而基材21是不同构造的。类似于图6的层21A和21C来构造基材层21A和21C。然而,存在也由PVC制成的第三刚性基材层21D。基材层21D不含有增塑剂或者仅含有以小于15phr的量的增塑剂。同样,基材层21D包含介于30和70重量%之间的比例的填料。此外,基材层21D可包含冲击改性剂、稳定剂例如Ca/Zn稳定剂、和/或颜色颜料例如炭黑。基材层21A、21C和21D的总厚度T1为至少2mm。结果是基材层21A、21C和21D整体赋予板1高弯曲刚性,甚至通过存在两个包封的玻璃绒头织物25A和25B来提高弯曲刚性。两个玻璃绒头织物25A和25B位于板1的中心之外,在距彼此至少1/5的板1厚度T的距离D处。基材层21C和21D实现比中心层21A更薄,然而具有的厚度为至少1/5的中心层21A厚度。结果是特别平衡且稳定的夹层构造。基材层21A、21C和/或21D自身可包含多个基材层并因此是多层的。基材层21A例如可包含多个基材层,其可以或可以不具有相互不同的组成,例如相互不同比例的填料或增塑剂。同样可适用于层21C和21D,并且更通常地可适用于本文中提到的所有基材层。
两个玻璃绒头织物25A和25B具有小于65克/平方米的重量。这对工艺速度有积极影响并且对尺寸稳定性实际上没有有害影响,至少不在使用刚性基材层的应用中。
图8显示图7的变体,其中下侧处的基材21包含XPE泡沫的声音吸收基材层21E。这个层21E的厚度介于1和2mm之间。
图9显示图7的变体,其中稍微不同地放置玻璃绒头织物25A-25B。玻璃绒头织物25A中心穿过榫11的上侧19与上凸缘13的下侧20配合的区域,而玻璃绒头织物25中心穿过锁定元件15-16配合的区域。这提供优异的水平和竖直锁定。
图10显示图9的变体。类似地放置玻璃绒头织物25A,然而玻璃绒头织物25B在连接部8中不间断延伸。它连续地延伸通过下凸缘14。这有益于这个凸缘14的强度。
图11显示与图10中基材21类似的构造,然而连接部7-8具有另一种构造。榫11的下侧是凸面的,而下凸缘14的上侧是凹面的。
图12和13显示另两个变体,其中榫11的下侧和下凸缘14的上侧包含平的部分。
图14和15表示可如何通过折叠技术的方式彼此连接地板1。
为了这个目的,板1的一对短边5-6设有图16中所示的连接部9-10。以向下的钩27和向上的钩28的形式实现那些。向下的钩27具有凸缘29,该凸缘29具有向下导向的锁定元件30,而向上的钩28具有凸缘31,该凸缘32具有向上导向的锁定元件32。锁定元件30和32通过锁定表面33-34配合,以便抵制在水平方向上钩27-28的移动分开。钩27-28还设有竖直活动的锁定元件35-36。使竖直活动的锁定元件35作为设置在向下的钩27的凹部37中的单独的插入件。这个凹部部分地位于刚性层21A和21C中,还可能在向上的钩28中设置插入件35。
由刚性层21A和21C部分形成凸缘29。由刚性层21A和21D完全形成凸缘31。锁定元件30和32配合的区域完全位于刚性层21a中。所有这些措施有利于锁定的强度。插入件35与锁定元件36配合的区域位于更柔性的层21B中。然而,不排除这个最后区域至少部分或完全位于刚性层21A和/或21C中。
玻璃纤维层25A位于凹部37的高度处。这在此提供额外的稳定性,其中地板由于凹部37稍微较弱。
玻璃纤维层25A在向上导向的钩28的凸缘21中连续地延伸。
图17显示图16的变体。在此,在向上的钩28的凹部37中设置插入件36。然而插入件36与锁定元件35配合的区域实际上位于刚性基材层中,即在刚性层21A中。这提供非常好的竖直锁定。
图18显示图16和17的变体,其中由板1的材料实现竖直活动的锁定元件。那里甚至存在两对竖直活动的锁定元件,即锁定元件35-36以及锁定表面33-34,其提供水平以及竖直锁定。由刚性层21A和21C制成所有竖直锁定元件。此外,玻璃绒头织物位于锁定元件35-36配合的区域的高度处。玻璃绒头织物25B连续地延伸穿过凸缘31。这提供凸缘31实现非常稳定,并且例如在连接过程中在凸缘31的弹性弯曲过程中它的损坏风险非常小,尽管在凸缘31下侧中设置凹部,该凹部提高凸缘31的可弯曲性并因此容易安装。
图19显示图18的变体,其中竖直活动的锁定元件35-36位于凸缘31末端。玻璃绒头织物25B从中穿过。
图20表示根据本发明第五方面的方法。可使用这个方法以便获得例如图7中板1的基材构造。通过散布处理的方式依次设置刚性基材层21D、21A和21C。通过散布装置38的方式将刚性基材层21D、21A和21C的刚性热塑性材料散布至输送带39上。在散布的层21D和21A上分别设置玻璃绒头织物25B和玻璃绒头织物25A。为了这个目的,从辊40展开玻璃绒头织物25A和25B并设置在相应基材层21D和21A上。随后将发泡的复合体运输至双带式压机41,其中发泡的复合体在压力和/或热的影响下固结。压机装置41在输送方向上包含加热元件42、S-辊43和冷却元件44。加热元件42加热被带入压机装置41的复合体,结果是可更容易且更好地彼此连接单独的层。使用S-辊43是有利的,因为它提供各个层的校准。冷却元件44最终冷却所固结的复合体,使得可更迅速地加工所固结的复合体。随后,通过由多于一个压延辊46组成的压延装置45的方式在固结的整体上设置更柔性的基材层21B。
清楚的是在随后的步骤中可应用具有装饰物2的装饰物载体22、耐磨层和漆层23和24.
图21显示图20的变体。在此,使玻璃绒头织物25与压机装置43中的压机元件接触。这不同于图20,在图20中每个玻璃绒头织物包封在刚性基材层之间。
图22显示在刚性基材层上设置玻璃绒头织物25的另一个供选择的方式。附图标记47指出用其制造刚性基材层21A的挤出装置。随后在导辊48之间输送这个基材层21。从辊49解开玻璃绒头织物25并且在两个这样的导辊之间在基材层21A上设置玻璃绒头织物25。清楚的是可进一步加工并且可能地使用随后的基材层和/或玻璃绒头织物补充这个整体。还注意到这种技术并且以使用任何类型的热塑性材料的基材层的有利方式应用,其独立于这是否涉及刚性、半刚性或柔性基材层。
本发明绝不限于本文以上描述的实施方案,相反,这样的方法、地板和载体材料可根据各种变体实现,而不脱离本发明的范围。

Claims (40)

1.地板(1),具有包含热塑性材料的基材(17),其上设置的装饰物(2),和在至少一对相对边缘(3-4、7-8)上至少部分由该基材(17)所实现的连接部(5-6、9-10),所述连接部允许实现在两个这样的地板(1)之间的机械锁定,特征在于该基材(17)包含热塑性材料的刚性基材层(17A),并且在该地板(1)中存在玻璃纤维层(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地板,其中该刚性基材层(17A)包含采用小于15phr、小于10phr或小于5phr的量的增塑剂,或不包含任何增塑剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的地板,其中该刚性基材层(17A)的热塑性材料包含PVC。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的地板,其中该刚性基材层(17A)的热塑性材料包含一部分填料,该一部分优选介于30和70重量%之间或45和65重量%之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的地板,其中该一部分填料包含无机填料例如白垩、石灰和/或滑石,和/或有机填料例如木、竹和/或软木。

-该玻璃纤维层(18)位于该槽(12)的最向内的定位点的高度处;
