Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种实木夹芯复合地板,属于全部用木料制作的由若干类似构件组成的地板层。它包括形成地板条的分别为单层或复层的面板、底板及其间的芯板,地板条四周端面形成有插接配合结构;其芯板两侧纵边条之间依次排列有与之垂直的横板条。这样设计的本实用新型不仅可以充分利用速成材和零碎木材,节约大量珍贵木材,而且合理的解决木材的应力变化,使其抗变形能力增强,更适于地热采暖的地板铺设。

实木夹芯复合地板
技术领域
本实用新型涉及全部用木料制作的由若干类似构件组成的地板层,具体是一种抗变形能力强的实木夹芯复合地板。
背景技术
随着建筑材料的现代化,建筑物地板的材料也发生巨大变化,例如高强度耐磨地板、各种纤维材料的复合地板等等种类繁多。但是,许多用户普遍追求高强度、耐磨、自然、不变形的木质地板。
在实木地板中,依其形状、结构可分为用木材直接加工而成无榫槽的平接地板;侧端面为榫、槽的榫接地板;由榫接或平接地板组成方形单元在用铅丝、胶纸或胶网将这些单元纵横拼装而成方形团的镶嵌地板等。
在实木复合地板中,常见的三层地板包括底层、面层和芯层,其中的芯层可以是刨花板,或中密度纤维板,或其它纤维材料的人造板;常见的多层板其芯板则是复层胶合板。
在实木地板的使用中,用户除了要求较好木质的强度之外,最为关注的是地板的抗变形能力。
中国专利2179889公开了一种“拆装式复合木质地板”,由基材、木质薄木镶嵌饰面、表面涂饰高级装饰漆,背面和四周涂石蜡等防潮、防腐材料,四周开有装配槽、并由连接件固定在地楞之上构成的可拆装饰全封闭复合木质地板。
中国专利2320715公开了“一种简易组合木质地板”,其是由木质地板条或木质地板块、槽型框条、方形框条、和螺丝钉构成,在地板条或地板块地面横向等距离处钉有螺丝钉,在槽形框条和方形框条上面有螺丝帽插入孔,该螺丝帽插入孔连有一窄长孔,将钉有螺丝帽的木质地板条、地板块插入该槽型框条或方形框条的螺丝帽插入孔中,推向窄长孔内将木质地板条(块)固定在槽型框条上。
中国专利2186775公开了一种“对接组合式木质地板条”,它是由许多块宽度、厚度相等的短板条连接而成,其连接方式有:短板条的两端带有连接孔或连接槽,中间用连接件连接,也可以是短地板条的一端带有槽,另一端带有齿,由齿插入槽内连接成长板条。由该长板条铺设木质地板,可以充分利用长短不等的木材,特别是边角余料。
中国专利1228550公开了“一种插接组合式木质地板”,它是由木质地板条块、底方和固定件螺丝钉组成,在木质地板条块下面固定有底方,底方下面贴有一层消音垫,在该地板条块横向靠墙壁上装有压缩弹簧或拉伸弹簧,底方和底方的连接可通过底方本身的榫、榫孔连接,也可通过连接件连接底方。
发明内容
本实用新型就是为了解决现有技术中实木地板年久变形的问题,而提供一种抗变形能力强的实木夹芯复合地板。
本实用新型是按以下技术方案实现的。
一种实木夹芯复合地板,包括形成地板条的分别为单层或复层的面板、底板及其间的芯板,地板条四周端面形成有插接配合结构,而在芯板两侧纵边条之间依次排列有与之垂直的横板条。
这样设计的本实用新型不仅可以充分利用速成材和零碎木材,节约大量珍贵木材,生产加工成本比较一般的实木地板和复合地板明显降低;而且合理的解决木材的应力变化,使其抗变形能力增强;脚感弹性增强,更适合于地热采暖铺设之用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。
一种实木夹芯复合地板,包括形成地板条的分别为单层或复层的面板、底板及其间的芯板,地板条四周端面形成有插接配合结构,其特征在于芯板两侧纵边条之间依次排列有与之垂直的横板条。
所述的实木夹芯复合地板,其横板条同一平面上开有与其中心线垂直连通的线槽。而且形成与纵边条相互平行的至少2条线槽。
所述的实木夹芯复合地板,其横板条上的线槽内嵌入将横板条串接成板片的连接线。
所述的实木夹芯复合地板,将横板条串接成板片的连接线是细纸绳,或尼龙线,或铅铝合金线。
所述的实木夹芯复合地板,其通常的地板条的面板厚度>底板厚度,根据需要也可面板厚度≤底板厚度,而且面板采用质地较好的材料,以使本实用新型耐磨、美观。
所述的实木夹芯复合地板,其芯板两侧纵边条的外侧的端面形成有插接配合结构是分别形成边榫和边槽,或上下对应的条状锁扣。
本实用新型制作时,先将芯板的坯板加工成相同规格的横条板,并在同一平面即上面的近两端处切割形成直线连通的线槽,槽深相当于横板条厚度的1/3-1/2,槽内嵌入纸绳或其它材料制成的细绳,从而将横条板串接成紧密排列的平面芯板,平面横条板的两端用外侧分别由形成边榫和边槽的纵边条夹紧,并用马钉芯稳固连接,横条板连成片板,并于其上下附以面板和底板,涂胶后经热压机压合。
线槽也可形成在同一平面横板条的底面。
夹紧并用马钉稳固的纵边条外侧边可以是条状锁扣。
采用单层面板和单层底板制作的地板条,其木纤维纹理方向与横板条相垂直,从而使本实用新型增加抗变形能力,又能保持板面美观。
根据用户需求,本实用新型可以加工制成不同长度和宽度的地板条。本实用新型芯板厚5-30mm,一般为10mm;地板条幅面宽50-300mm;两侧纵边条的宽度相当于地板条幅面宽的1/3-1/2。纵边条与横条板之间可以是马钉平接;或胶连接;或榫槽连接。
本实用新型更适于地热采暖的地板铺设。

Claims (3)

1.一种实木夹芯复合地板,包括形成地板条的分别为单层或复层的面板、底板及其间的芯板,地板条四周端面形成有插接配合结构,芯板两侧纵边条之间依次排列有与之垂直的横板条,其特征在于横板条同一平面上开有与其中心线垂直连通的线槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的实木夹芯复合地板,其特征在于横板条上的线槽内嵌入将横板条串接成板片的连接线。
3.根据权利要求2所述的实木夹芯复合地板,其特征在于将横板条串接成板片的连接线是细纸绳,或尼龙线,或铅铝合金线。
