背景技术

发明内容

对于透明的热塑层，可应用PVC基层。可替代物是例如PVdC(聚偏二氯乙烯)基层、PU(聚氨酯)基层或PP(聚丙烯)基层。如上所述，根据本发明的热塑层优选地具有有限的厚度。透明的热塑层的厚度的合适值处于例如0.15毫米至0.4毫米之间。优选地，透明的热塑层没有固体添加剂，例如，用于提高耐磨性的陶瓷颗粒，尽管不排除这种类型的颗粒。然而，本发明人已经发现，为了获得良好的透明，可以将其省略，然而仍保持可接受的耐磨性，即，与如根据EN 13329测量的AC2或AC3级的层压板的耐磨性相当或更好的耐磨性。
如已经提到的，可以将漆层应用为地板镶板的顶层。在此，这可以涉及UV或电子束硬化漆层，或者涉及PU漆层。优选地，此漆层在斜面上连续地延伸。最简单地，这可以与上述第二可能性相结合实现，并且不排除与上述第一可能性结合。优选地，在通过上述第一可能性实现的斜面的表面上省略所述漆层。
优选地，所述印刷物设置在载体板(carrier sheet)上，其中，载体板与印刷物一起形成印刷合成薄膜。优选地，使用PVC基薄膜、PU基薄膜或PP基薄膜作为合成薄膜。优选地，用溶剂油墨或用水基油墨执行印刷。优选地，在最终的地板镶板中，载体板位于印刷物下方。然而，不排除印刷物可以位于载体板的底面上，其中，于是使用透明的载体板，该载体板于是有效地形成透明的热塑层的一部分，这总体上优选地符合本发明的优选厚度。
整个顶层(即，包括可能的载体板的印刷物、透明的顶层和可能的背层)优选地由退火的或松弛的热塑层组成。顶层的组成层的一般厚度优选地在0.5毫米至3毫米之间，或者还更好地，在1毫米至2毫米之间。
优选地，在将顶层与基板连接之前装配顶层。例如，可通过胶合层(例如，通过基于聚氨酯的分散胶)来执行与基板的连接。不排除与和基板的连接部分或完全地同时装配顶层。根据其另一可能性，例如，可以至少将顶层和/或背衬层部分地提供为基板上的液体或糊状物质，在此使其硬化。
基板优选地包括具有大于450千克每立方米、或者甚至大于650千克每立方米的密度的板材。优选地，所述基板基本上由木质材料(例如，MDF或HDF(中密度或高密度纤维板))组成，或者，对于基板使用基于胶合在一起的木材颗粒或木材纤维的另一板材。这种基板用于获得相对硬或刚性的镶板，其可以平滑的方式无胶地安装。
优选地，基板具有2毫米至10毫米的厚度。整个地板镶板优选地具有处于5毫米至15毫米之间的厚度。优选地，基板至少形成地板镶板的厚度的一半。
在基板的下侧上，可以设置背衬层或子层，优选地是汽密层。这种背衬层或子层优选地由热塑性合成材料层和/或热熔胶组成。背衬层优选地具有与顶层(包括可能的背层)的厚度相对应的厚度，然而，优选地制造得较薄。
在印刷物和基板之间应用背层或其他中间层的情况中，在两个这种地板镶板的安装状态中，两个地板镶板优选地具有形成于相应的背层或中间层上的接触表面，其中，此接触表面在相应斜面的最深点下方延伸。这种接触可形成阻挡将渗透到两个地板镶板之间的缝隙或接缝中的湿气的第一阻挡件。所述背层或中间层优选地在接触表面的位置处包括压缩部分。
优选地，本发明应用有这样的地板镶板：其在相应的边缘处设置有机械接合装置，该机械接合装置允许可以将两个这种地板镶板彼此接合，使得在垂直于接合的镶板的平面的竖直方向上、以及在垂直于接合的边缘的且位于镶板的平面中的水平方向上获得锁定。优选地，接合装置还表现出以下特征中的一个或两个以上的组合：

-这样的特征：机械接合装置允许通过将凸接合部件(例如，具有舌状件)向下引导到凹接合部件(例如，具有凹槽)中的移动而接合。通过这种类型的镶板，当边缘将沿着彼此摩擦时，存在在接合运动过程中在镶板边缘附近向上推动热塑层的风险。通过应用本发明，减小了此风险；
-这样的特征：机械接合装置、或至少相关的上边缘通过使用旋转的铣削工具进行铣削处理而实现。铣削工具的使用可以导致在地板镶板的制造过程中出现已经被向上推动的边缘。通过应用本发明，减小了此风险。
优选地，所述接合装置基本上在所述基板中实现。优选地，所述接合装置通过使用旋转的铣削工具进行铣削处理来提供。优选地，本发明的地板镶板涉及这样一种矩形的(长方形的或正方形的)镶板，其在两对相对的边缘上设置有机械接合装置。
优选地，两个相对的边缘上的斜面被制造成相同或基本相同的。
优选地，从总体上看，根据本发明而应用的斜面与镶板表面具有35°至55°的角度，其中，大约45°的角度是最佳的。小于35°的角度导致较宽的边缘，而较大的角度是不利的，因为，当在地板上行走时，其具有较大的被向上推动的风险。
优选地，在具有本发明的特性的两个地板镶板的接合状态中，斜面形成V形凹槽，其中，此V形凹槽的可能底部的宽度小于V形凹槽在接合镶板的上表面处的开口的宽度的1/5且还更好地小于1/7。
优选地，在具有本发明的特性的两个地板镶板的接合状态中，斜面形成V形凹槽，其中，此V形凹槽的可能底部的宽度小于相应V形凹槽的深度。优选地，可能底部的宽度小于相应V形凹槽的深度的一半。
本发明的斜面或V形凹槽的优选实施方式的上述特征每个分别(然而，优选地相结合)理想地与代表木材图案的印刷物一起应用。
优选地，本发明的地板镶板的特征还在于，所述地板镶板被制造成矩形的和长方形的，并且，所述斜面至少或唯一地设置于较长的一对相对的边缘上。当然，这种斜面也可以设置在或仅设置在较短的一对相对的边缘上。
根据一个特定实施方式，从横切于相应边缘的横截面来看，所述斜面具有沿着相应边缘变化的几何形状。优选地，在相应边缘的长度的大部分上，或者在相应边缘的整个长度上，此斜面具有这样的独创性特征：此斜面延伸至印刷物的总体水平面下方。该变化的几何形状优选地至少包括斜面延伸的总体角度的变化。
根据另一特定实施方式，所述基板至少在相应边缘处被制造成是防水的，或者，至少已经在相应边缘处采取这样的措施：获得增加的防止湿气或者防止湿气渗透到基板中。这可以不同的可能方式来实现，例如，基板是防水的，基板在相应边缘处设置有由防水物质形成的覆盖物，或者，基板在相应边缘处包括合成边缘部。
根据第二独立方面，本发明涉及一种其中可提供安装优点的地板镶板。为此目的，根据其第二独立方面，本发明还涉及一种地板镶板，其中，此地板镶板被制造成矩形的和长方形的，并且包括基板和设置于此基板上的顶层，其中，顶层至少由印刷物和位于此印刷物上方的透明的热塑层组成，其特征在于，地板镶板具有大于180厘米的长度，其中，地板镶板优选地还包括用于通过其自重限制弯曲的装置。当使用较长的地板镶板时，可通过较少的操作安装表面。限制弯曲的装置允许甚至更大地改进安装优点。即，通过减小弯曲，更易于销售和/或安装镶板，在当使用至少在一对相对的边缘处设置有机械接合装置(为了安装，其必须设置在彼此中)的镶板时的情况中肯定是这样。优选地，最后获得小于50厘米每米、或者甚至小于25厘米每米或小于10厘米每米的弯曲。
限制弯曲的装置可包括以下特征中的一个或两个以上的组合：

优选地，地板镶板的印刷物表现出木材图案，该木材图案优选地在地板镶板的纵向方向上随着孔隙方向延伸。优选地，至少在地板镶板的纵向方向上(优选地，也在宽度方向上)，木材图案没有重复。
优选地，在此，这涉及一种设置于载体板(例如，印刷合成材料薄膜)上的印刷物。这种合成材料薄膜可基本上由PVC(聚氯乙烯)、PU(聚氨酯)或PP(聚丙烯)组成。
优选地，印刷物通过位于所述载体板上的或可能直接位于下面的基板或可能的背层上的胶印处理来施加。然而，不排除可能施加数字印刷物，例如，通过喷墨印刷装置。优选地，将UV基油墨或溶剂基油墨应用为油墨。不排除可能施加水基油墨。优选地，施加基于颜料的油墨。优选地，在这种合成薄膜、背层的网或辊上、或者在下面的基板材料的较大的板上执行印刷，其中，所述孔隙方向优选地横切于此网而延伸。因此，可以通过应用印刷筒的胶印或其他印刷处理获得在地板镶板的纵向方向上没有重复的图形，甚至是对于具有1.8米或更大的长度的地板镶板。
使用快干油墨(例如基于颜料的油墨)使得在胶印中也能够使用这种技术而在下面的合成材料层上印刷，例如，在合成材料薄膜、背层、或者基于合成材料的下面的基板上印刷。特别地，UV基油墨或溶剂基油墨适合于此目的。在数字技术的情况中，至少通过使用水基油墨，优选地在每个印刷筒或打印头之后，应用适当的干燥技术。对于这种下面的合成材料层上的横向地印刷的木材图案，快干对于获得良好的分辨率(例如，大于250点每英寸、或者还更好地大于500点每英寸的分辨率)来说很重要。
显而易见的是，通过细分相应的层或板，可应用合成薄膜、背层或基板材料的较大的印刷板的这种印刷网来制造多个地板镶板。
优选地，地板镶板在其表面上具有浮雕(relief)，该浮雕被制造成与所述印刷物相对应，使得获得所谓的浮凸对齐结构。
显而易见的是，在第二方面的地板镶板中，第一方面的材料和组成可用于基板、顶层、印刷物、背层和/或下层，在此并非必须应用斜面。而且，可应用在此提到的接合装置和锁定部件。当然，不排除将根据第一方面的斜面与表现出第二方面的特性的地板镶板相结合。
根据所有方面，可能的是，基板基本上由热塑性材料组成。因此，例如，可应用乙烯基的基板(例如PVC)、聚乙烯基的基板、聚丙烯基的基板或聚氨酯基的基板。这些材料具有良好的防水性或防湿性，并且可容易地获得。优选地，基板基本上由泡沫合成材料板组成。优选地，在该情况中，涉及闭孔泡沫类型的合成材料。通过用一定量(可与EP 1 938 963的地板镶板的合成材料的量相比)的合成材料发泡获得较厚且较硬的基板，使得可以将出现从下层到地板覆盖物的表面的移动作用的风险减到最小。
不排除，可对基板6使用软质PVC。对于本领域的技术人员来说，已知软质PVC是这样一种材料：其在PVC和增塑剂的基础上获得，并且其具有小于1.35克每立方米的密度。
优选地，在各种方面中提到的透明的热塑层基本上由PVC和/或增塑剂组成。优选地，对于此层的制造来说，使用包含处于5重量百分比至75重量百分比之间的一定百分比的增塑剂的浆料。优选地，所述透明或半透明层具有50至100之间的邵氏A硬度。
显而易见的是，在提到“硬度”的地方，硬度指的是在其平的一侧(即，其在最终的地板镶板中指向上的一侧，或者与出现或不出现永久性的印痕相关的一侧)上测得的相应层、基板、或其他材料的表面的硬度。
根据所有方面，本发明优选地涉及地板镶板或其他同样刚性且由此不会卷曲的镶板。优选地，地板镶板表现出大于5毫米的厚度，然而，优选地小于15毫米。该厚度的适当的值是7毫米至10毫米。这种镶板非常适于在其上提供机械接合装置，这允许将两个或多个这种镶板在其边缘处彼此连接。显而易见的是，形成多个这种地板镶板的可能更大的板和基板同样地是刚性的。优选地，地板镶板、板和基板如此硬以致其在其自重下将弯曲小于10厘米每米。
根据所有方面，地板镶板优选地具有8厘米或更大的宽度。特别优选的尺寸是14厘米至22厘米之间的宽度以及118厘米至220厘米之间的长度。
显而易见的是，根据本发明，“基板”意味着地板镶板本身的内层，可将其制造成是一层或多层的，然而，其中，相应的一层或多层优选地具有大于整个相应镶板的厚度的一半的总厚度，和/或其中，相应的一层或多层具有优选地大于整个相应镶板的重量的一半的总重量。优选地，相应接合部件的轮廓件基本上或完全在基板中实现。
优选地，可能的中间层或背层在由地板镶板的中心线确定的水平面上方延伸，还更好地，在可能的接合部件的中心线上方延伸，例如，在由凹槽舌状件接合确定的中心线上方延伸。优选地，可能的中间层或背层在接合部件上方延伸，接合部件的大部分用于垂直锁定。即，优选地在基板中实现这些接合部件。

具体实施方式
图1示出了具有本发明的第一方面的特征的地板镶板1。在此情况中，这涉及一种矩形的和长方形的地板镶板1，其具有一对长边或边缘2-3和一对短边或边缘4-5。
图2示出了，地板镶板1属于这样的类型：其包括至少基板6和设置于基板6上的顶层7。在该实例中，顶层7具有至少0.5毫米的厚度T。这里，特别地，涉及一种退过火的热塑性顶层，其基本上由PVC组成。
图3示出了，热塑性顶层7优选地由背层8、设置在背层上的图形9以及透明的热塑层或耐磨层10组成。这里，背层8优选地覆盖多于顶层7的总厚度T的45％的厚度T1。在此情况中，背层8由软质再生的PVC的层组成，该PVC的层填有白垩。在此情况中，背层8具有比所述透明或半透明的层10更大的密度。在此情况中，在载体11上设置图形9。在此情况中，这涉及印刷PVC膜。对于透明的热塑层或耐磨层10，优选地，应用具有最小0.2毫米的厚度T2的PVC层。优选地，PVC层的厚度不厚于0.5毫米。本发明人已经发现，即使在不应该添加诸如陶瓷颗粒(例如氧化铝颗粒)等会造成耐磨性增加的固体添加剂时，0.15毫米至0.4毫米的厚度T2可达到良好的耐磨性。所述顶层7的总厚度T优选地在0.5毫米至3毫米之间，其中，1毫米至2毫米的厚度T是人们所希望的。在不使用背层8的情况中，顶层7的总厚度肯定更薄，例如，在0.2毫米至1毫米之间的厚度，例如，大约0.5毫米的厚度。
对于图1的地板镶板1的基板6，使用包括小木块(wood particle)(在此情况下是用粘合剂粘结的木质纤维)的基板6，例如MDF或HDF。优选地，所应用的基板材料具有小于10重量百分比的剩余含水量。还可选择具有低密度的基板来代替MDF或HDF，例如，小于600千克每立方米的密度的基板。例如，这可能涉及一种包括木质纤维的基于木材的材料，所述木质纤维是从回收的木材获得的并且也是用粘合剂粘结的。而且，可能选择刨花板。
在基板6的下侧，存在下层12或背衬层。在此情况中，背衬层包括热塑性合成材料。优选地，对于背衬层或下层12而言，应用PVC(优选地，回收的PVC)，填有白垩或热熔胶。原则上，对于背衬层或下层12，可采用与位于顶层7中的背层8相似的组成。当然，在不存在背层8的情况中，或在使用退过火或松弛的热塑性顶层的情况中，肯定优选地可选择气密层。例如，这种气密背衬层或下层可由以液体状态施加的物质(例如，基于乙烯基的物质或热熔胶，基于聚氨酯是优选的)组成，这种物质在基板的下侧上硬化。
优选地，用与所述背层8的颜色相应的颜色对基板6上色，例如，基板6和背层8都是黑色，或者都是白色。
图1至图4的地板镶板1示出了在至少一个边缘4上(在此例中，是在较短的一对边4-5的两个相对边缘上)的合成材料的边缘部13，其中所述合成材料与基板材料6不同。此合成材料涉及用于获得增加的防止湿气或者防止湿气渗透到基板材料6中的措施。在此情况中，合成材料延伸至少超过基板的厚度T3的80％。通过使所述合成材料在基板材料6的相应部分上硬化来获得边缘部13与基板材料6的附接。在此情况中，通过合成材料的硬化，也获得了与顶层7的下侧和与背衬层12的横向边缘14的粘合。后者并非是必须的情况。因此，例如，可将顶层7或背衬层12分别粘在边缘部13的上侧或下侧。
图2示出了，边缘部13和基板材料6之间的连接在整个边界表面15上延伸，边界表面15包括垂直于镶板1的表面17的法线延伸的部分表面16。在此情况中，相应的部分表面16分别大致水平地延伸。然而，不是必须这样，可使用倾斜的部分表面和/或弯曲的边界表面。
该实例还示出了，基板材料6的相应边缘4-5可仅由所述边缘部13形成。在那些情况中，在相应边缘4-5上获得基板材料6的适当的完全保护。
对于边缘部13的合成材料，使用在双组分系统的基础上获得的材料。优选地，应用在多元醇和异氰酸盐成分的基础上获得的聚氨酯。通过此材料，可获得与基板6的刨花的化学接合。此外，聚氨酯优选地具有热硬化聚合物的特征。
图2示出了，将相应边缘4-5制造成具有一定轮廓件(profile)，并且，此轮廓件包括接合装置18，通过该接合装置18，可将此镶板1与其他相似的镶板1接合，如虚线19所示。在接合状态(这里未示出)中，在垂直于边缘且位于镶板1的平面中的水平方向H1上、以及在垂直于该平面的竖直方向V1上实现锁定。这里示出的接合装置18基本上被制造成由下唇缘22和上唇缘23相接的舌状件20和凹槽21。为了获得在水平方向H1上的锁定，舌状件20和凹槽21设置有配合的锁定部件24-25，在此例中，锁定部件24-25是舌状件20下侧的突起24和下凹槽唇缘22中的凹部25的形式。在此情况中，可至少通过沿着相应边缘的转动运动W将舌状轮廓件插入凹槽21，以获得接合状态。优选地，接合装置18还允许其他接合运动，例如，通过镶板1朝着彼此的基本上水平的平移运动来实现的接合。
显而易见的是，在地板镶板1的长边2-3上也可使用边缘部13，如通过图2示出的。
图4示出了，在另一对相对边缘2-3上(在此例中，在地板镶板1的长边2-3上)，执行用于获得增加的防止湿气或者防止湿气渗透到其基板中的其它措施。基板在相应边缘2-3上具有轮廓件26，并且，在此轮廓件26上应用防湿的或密封的覆盖层27(在此例中是热熔胶)，其例如可以基于聚氨酯。
在该实例中，此覆盖物27至少在较短的一对边缘4-5的边缘部13之间的整个距离上，沿着地板镶板1的长边2-3延伸。在此，这涉及覆盖物27，其已经至少在轮廓件边缘区域或轮廓件26的一部分上校准，使得，当进行接合运动时，不阻碍或几乎不阻碍存在于其上的接合装置18和锁定部件24-25。
在此示出的覆盖层27的特性是，其在轮廓件26上一直延伸至所述顶层7的侧面表面28。这通过图5清楚地示出。此外，至少在一个长边缘上(在此例中，在两个长边缘2-3上)，在所述侧面表面28中实现的切口29中设置有覆盖层。通过此措施，可以实现，在接合状态中，在镶板1的上边缘30之间获得小于0.2毫米的间隙(在此情况中甚至没有间隙)。
覆盖物27最多延伸至位于离上边缘30或相应镶板1的装饰侧17一定距离的点31处。在此点31处，使覆盖物27至少部分地(在此情况下，甚至是完全地)埋入所述凹部29中。
通常，点31优选地位于设置于顶层7的侧面表面28中的所述凹部29中。优选地，所述凹部基本上或甚至完全地在顶层7的图形9的下方延伸，例如，和这里的情况一样。
在图4的实例中，至少在轮廓件边缘区域或轮廓件26的部分上校准覆盖物27，该轮廓件26在两个这样的镶板1的接合状态中，形成接触表面32-33-34-35。在此情况中，至少在接触表面32-33上提供对垂直锁定V1负责的校准，并在接触表面34-35上提供对水平锁定H1负责的校准。
根据图4的实例，在较长的一对相对边缘2-3上应用与较短的一对相对边缘4-5上相似的接合装置18，因为其也允许至少通过沿着相应边缘的转动运动W的接合。然而，并非必须这样，可能仅在较长的一对边缘2-3上通过转动接合，而较短的一对边缘4-5例如允许至少通过相应边缘4-5朝着彼此的基本上水平的或向下的接合运动N来接合。在图6上示出了这种实施方式。
图6的地板镶板1在较短的一对边缘4-5上设置有接合装置18，其允许通过一个边缘4上的接合装置在另一边缘5上的接合装置中的向下运动N来接合。在此，将接合装置18实现为凸接合部件36和凹接合部件37，其中，可通过所述向下运动N将凸接合部件36设置在凹接合部件37中。
图6示出了如何能够接合这些镶板1，其中，这些镶板1在长边2-3上设置有接合装置18，其至少允许通过转动运动W的接合，并且，在短边4-5上设置有接合装置18，其至少允许通过向下运动N的接合。如所示出的，其可通过一个折叠运动N而接合在彼此之中，其中，将长边2-3转动到彼此之中，并且在短边4-5上自动地产生向下接合的运动N。通过在长边2-3上转动，以及通过在较短的一对边缘上的自动向下运动N，地板镶板的上边缘30之间可能存在接触，通过该接触，在这些上边缘30的位置会发生耐磨层10的热塑性材料的膨胀。本发明可将出现这种膨胀边缘的风险减到最小。
本发明根据其第一方面的特性是，如通过图1至图5清楚地示出的，地板镶板1至少在两个相对的边缘2-3处设置有斜面38(在此情况中是笔直的斜面)。在实例中，将此斜面38与相对薄的透明的热塑层或耐磨层10组合，例如，层10具有大约0.3毫米的厚度T2。在此，斜面38延伸至印刷物9的总体水平面N1的下方，优选地延伸至印刷薄膜或载体11的总体水平面N2的下方。在所示情况中，这每次涉及通过在引言中提到的其第一可能性实现的斜面38。因此，在斜面38的表面的一部分上省略印刷物9。所示斜面38-38A与镶板表面或装饰侧17形成大约45°的角度A。在两个这种地板镶板1的接合状态中，如这里示出的，形成V形凹槽。在此情况中，V形凹槽的底部39形成为线(或者，在此横截面中看，形成为点)，从而，明显小于接合的镶板的上表面或装饰侧17处的V形凹槽的开口的宽度B1的1/5，并且，该宽度也比V形凹槽的深度D1小。
在图1至图5的实例中，在矩形和长方形的地板镶板1的所有边缘2-3-4-5上设置有这种斜面38。根据变型，例如，可在较短的一对边缘4-5上省略这种斜面38。还应指出，在图3中，用虚线示出了斜面38A，其延伸至载体11的总体水平面N2的下方，而用实线示出的斜面38实际上延伸至印刷物9的总体水平面N1的下方，而未延伸至载体的总体水平面N2的下方。
图5示出了，这种斜面38可设置有分离的装饰层40，例如，设置有漆层或转印层。在接合镶板1的相应斜面38的最深点或底部39的下方，在背层8上形成接触表面41。优选地，在此，在接触表面41的位置处将发生背层8的材料的压缩。接触表面41在所述水平方向H1上的锁定中起作用。在实例中，在横截面中看，闭合的腔室或腔体42位于此接触表面的下方。
通过在引言中提到的其第一可能性来实现以上列出的斜面38-38A的实例。
图7示出了一种用于实现斜面38的可能性，其中，在此情况中，应用在引言中提到的第二可能性。通过在相应边缘5处局部地向下挤压顶层7，来形成相应的斜面。在此，应用挤压元件43(在此情况下是滚动元件43)，可能对其加热。还可能在向下压之前例如通过红外光束装置加热透明的热塑层10，其中，随后可能使用仅稍微加热的挤压元件43，例如，对于未加热的(因此，在室温下)加热至最多40℃或35℃，或者对于冷却至低于室温的例如加热至最多15℃。关于图7，还应注意，在此情况下的向下压还导致基板6的局部压缩。还可能局部地压缩可能的背层8而不是基板6，或者是可能的背层8和基板6的组合。
图8和图9还示出了用于实现斜面38的所述第二可能性的一个实例。为了便于向下压，在此情况中，基板6设置有切口44，其至少部分地为被向下压的材料部分提供空间。当然，可在切口中提供胶45，以最小化或防止向下压的上边缘30的回弹。可能必须对斜面38的侧面边缘46进行后处理，以获得地板镶板1的良好邻接，例如，通过例如依靠切割处理来设置垂直于总体装饰侧17延伸的诸如由虚线表示的侧面边缘46A。
图10示出了用于实现斜面38的上述第二可能性的另一实例。所示出的是包括至少两个地板镶板1的基板6的更大的基板材料板。其中，通过对该更大的板进行再分，来获得这些地板镶板1。在此，将损失位于相应地板镶板1的最终实现的轮廓件边缘4-5之间的一定量的材料47。为了便于向下压，使基板6预成形。为此，在将设置的斜面38的高度处，在最终的装饰侧17中设置凹部48或印痕(这里用虚线示出)。经由粘结层49(例如，聚氨酯分散胶)，将顶层7的复合层9-10-11与预成形的基板6连接。在胶粘之前，可使复合层9-10-11已经彼此相互粘结，例如，融合或层压。当然，复合层还可能包括背层8，然而这里未示出。为了在基板6上获得复合层9-10-11的良好挤压，如图中所示可能使用挤压元件50，挤压元件50包括与凹部48相对应的突起51。还可在基板6未预先变形的情况下使用这种挤压元件50，其中，在挤压过程中，能够实现基板材料的压缩。
在图7至图10的实例中，分别实现了，印刷物9在斜面38的整个或大致整个表面上从地板镶板1的表面或装饰侧17上连续地延伸。
根据随后实现该斜面38的可能性，可在实现斜面38之前或之后，在地板镶板上设置和/或硬化合适的表面漆层，例如，UV硬化漆层。例如，在第二可能性的情况下，仅在实现斜面38之设置供和/或硬化漆层是有利的。即，当与透明的热塑层10一起被向下压时，硬化的漆层可能破裂。
图11示出了具有斜面38的其它地板镶板，斜面38与图5的斜面相似，但是其被制造成是弯曲的，并总体上按照与镶板表面或装饰侧17呈大约40°的角度A而延伸。
图12示出了具有斜面38的其它地板镶板，其中，处于接合状态中的这些地板镶板1呈现出由斜面38形成的V形凹槽，并且，其中，此V形凹槽的底部39呈现出宽度B2，该宽度B2小于接合地板镶板1的装饰侧17处的V形凹槽的开口的宽度B1的1/3。
图13示出了一个实例，其中，也采取用于获得增加的防止湿气或者防止湿气渗透到基板6中的措施。在此情况中，使用基于防水物质的覆盖层27。一开始，可在边缘部的未完全完成的轮廓件26上形成覆盖物27。在此情况中，仍通过按照虚线52切割顶层7的最终侧面表面28，并通过形成斜面38的表面以用此方式从该顶层7去除多余的材料部分53，来形成相应边缘部的最终上边缘30。图14示出了所获得的结果，其中，地板镶板1在相应边缘上设置有斜面38。
图13清楚地示出，在此情况中覆盖层27最初(由此，在执行形成斜面的切割处理之前)至少从基板6上延伸至顶层7的侧面表面29上。通过接着必须执行的用来形成斜面的切割处理，去除此覆盖层27的多余部分。应注意，顶层7的边缘在整个斜面的表面上延伸至远端。因此，顶层7形成防止表面或装饰侧17的可能变脏的阻挡层，并且，能够实现这种地板镶板1的更流畅的生产。
显而易见的是，在图13和图14所示的边缘3的相对边缘4处，优选地进行相似的处理，然而，具有这样的差异：此相对边缘4优选地包括互补的接合装置18，在此情况中，是舌状件形式的接合装置。
此外，显而易见的是，在图13和图14中，应用了形成斜面38的第一可能性。
图7至图10以及图15进一步图示了本发明的第三独立方面。根据此第三方面，本发明还涉及一种具有热塑性顶层7的地板镶板1，其中，此地板镶板1包括基板6和设置于此基板6上的顶层7，其中，顶层7至少包括印刷物9和位于所述印刷物9上方的透明的热塑层10，其特征在于，所述印刷物9总体上在水平面N1中延伸，然而，包括在所述平面N1下方延伸的部分。在图7至图10的情况中，这至少涉及在斜面38的表面上的印刷物9的部分，该部分在平面N1的下方延伸。在图15的情况中，地板镶板1还包括在装饰侧17的内部中在平面N1的下方延伸的部分。这些部分可能涉及被去除的材料部分的模仿，例如可能是当模仿木质地板镶板中的刮削痕迹时的情况，或接缝、裂缝或间隙的模仿，或木结或木材和/或石头的其它非常显著的浮雕的模仿。显而易见的是，这种地板镶板1提供模仿结构坚固的地板的新的可能性。例如，第三方面允许仍形成具有镶板的较深结构，该镶板的透明的热塑层10具有有限的厚度T2，例如，小于1毫米的厚度，或者甚至小于0.5毫米或小于0.3毫米的厚度。如已经提到的，限制透明的热塑层10的厚度T2是有利的。
根据第三方面的优选实施方式，印刷物9的图形还可延伸至印刷物9的可能的载体11的下侧的总体水平面N2的下方，和/或延伸至基板6和/或下面的背层中。为此目的，可能预成形或不预成形背层8和/或基板6。可能地，在印刷物至少延伸至总体水平面N1和/或N2的下方的地方，出现此背层8和/或基板6的材料的压缩。
在提到总体水平面的地方，分别意味着水平面，其中，地板镶板中的各层的实际水平面的方差之和相对于此水平面来说最小。换句话说，这涉及最接近各层的最小平方水平面积。
在图15中，将顶层7示意性地示出为单层。然而，显而易见的是，顶层7优选地由几层组成，例如，至少由载体板11、印刷物9和透明的热塑层10组成。
显而易见的是，可将第三方面与本发明的第一方面和/或第二方面或其优选实施方式组合。然而，无论是否根据第一方面，根据第二和第三方面，不是必须应用斜面38，然而也不排除应用斜面38。然而，此第二和第三方面实际上可采用一个或多个在第一方面的范围内提到的其它特性，例如提到的接合装置、锁定部件件或顶层之类的特性。
图16示出了具有在引言中提到的本发明的第二方面的特性的地板镶板1的一个实例。在此，这涉及一种矩形的和长方形的地板镶板1。图17示出，此地板镶板1包括基板6和设置于此基板6上的顶层7。可用关于第一方面提到的顶层7作为顶层7，即，具有至少印刷物9和位于所述印刷物9上方的透明的热塑层10的顶层7。为了简明，在图16至图20中，将顶层7示为单层。图16的地板镶板的特性是，其具有大于180厘米的长度L。印刷物9示出了木质图案，其孔隙总体上在地板镶板1的纵向方向上延伸。
图17示出了，地板镶板1进一步包括用于通过其自重限制弯曲的装置。为此目的，地板镶板1包括嵌入轮廓件53，例如，基于合成材料或金属并优选被冲压的轮廓件。在合成材料的情况中，可在材料中应用玻璃纤维或其他填料，以获得更高的抗弯强度。在此情况中，嵌入轮廓件53涉及I轮廓件。当然，也可应用其他轮廓件。优选地，争取使用弯曲时具有最大可能的惯性力矩的轮廓件。嵌入轮廓件53总体上在地板镶板1的纵向方向上延伸，并且，在此情况中，位于距离具有舌状件20的轮廓件的长边缘2比距离具有凹槽21的轮廓件的相对的长边缘3更近的地方。并不排除，嵌入轮廓件53可能总体上沿着地板镶板1的对角线延伸。
图18示出了，在该情况中，嵌入轮廓件53总体上位于基板6的内部。然而，并不排除轮廓件53在一个或多个长边缘或短边缘上可能延伸到轮廓26中，在那里，其优选地也具有与相应边缘的剩余部分相同的轮廓26。
图19示出了一个变型，其中，用嵌在基板6中的至少一个玻璃纤维垫或玻璃织物层54代替嵌入轮廓53，当弯曲地板镶板1时，其位于基板6的中心线的外部，或位于中性纤维的外部。在此情况中，玻璃织物层54位于距离装饰侧17比距离基板6的下侧更近的地方。当然，可应用多个这种包含玻璃纤维的层，并且，其可能位于基板的中心线的两侧上。根据本发明，这种加固层并非必须嵌在基板6中，而是也可以位于顶层中，例如，位于印刷物9下方，或者位于下层12中。
图20示出了一个变型，其中，地板镶板1的至少一层具有大于650千克每立方米的密度。在此情况中，在顶层7和基板6(在此情况中是软质PVC)之间，应用具有3毫米以上的厚度和至少1000千克每立方米的密度的HDF板。还可以使用硬质PVC或其它硬质合成材料来代替使用基于木材的板材。
在图16至图20中，还应用这样的措施：地板镶板具有5毫米或更大的厚度。优选地，将厚度限制于7毫米、8毫米或9毫米的最大值。
显而易见的是，还可在具有小于180厘米(然而，优选地大于110厘米)的长度的地板镶板中应用限制弯曲的装置。根据一个偏离的变型，因而本发明还涉及这种地板镶板。显而易见的是，这种地板镶板进一步还可表现出第一、第二和/或第三方面的地板镶板的优选特性，差异在于这种地板具有小于180厘米的长度。
本发明决不限于上述实施方式；相反，在不背离本发明的范围的前提下，可以根据各种变型来实现这种镶板。此外，还可将所述镶板实现为壁板镶板或天花板镶板，或者甚至实现为家具面板，而不是地板镶板。

Claims (18)

1.地板镶板，所述地板镶板是具有一对纵向相对边缘和一对短相对边缘的矩形形状，所述地板镶板包括基板和设置在所述基板上的顶层；
其中，所述顶层包括从底部到顶部的背层、设置在合成材料薄膜上的印刷物、以及基于聚氯乙烯的透明的热塑层，所述热塑层位于所述印刷物之上；所述顶层形成所述地板镶板的装饰侧，其中，所述印刷物示出了木制图案，所述木制图案的孔隙方向在所述一对纵向相对边缘的方向上延伸；
其中，所述基板基于从包括聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚氨酯的组中选取的热塑性材料；所述基板的总体厚度大于整个所述地板镶板的厚度的一半；
其中，所述地板镶板至少在所述一对纵向相对边缘处设置有接合部件，所述接合部件允许将两个所述地板镶板彼此接合，使得在接合状态下，在垂直于接合的两个所述地板镶板的平面的竖直方向上、以及在垂直于接合的边缘的水平方向上且在所述地板镶板的平面中，两个所述地板镶板在相应的边缘处彼此锁定；其中，所述接合部件形成为舌状件和凹槽，其中，在具有所述背层的所述基板上获得所述舌状件和所述凹槽的轮廓，所述背层在由所述舌状件和所述凹槽的中心线确定的水平高度之上延伸；
所述顶层包括厚度介于0.5毫米到3毫米之间的退火热塑层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地板镶板，其中，所述地板镶板具有大于180厘米的长度、大于14厘米的宽度以及介于7毫米到10毫米之间的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的地板镶板，其中，对于每米所述地板镶板而言，所述地板镶板由自身重量引起的弯曲的量小于50厘米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的地板镶板，其中，用于限制弯曲的装置包括嵌入在所述基板的材料中的至少一个轮廓件，其中，所述轮廓件总体上在所述地板镶板的纵向方向上延伸；所述轮廓件基于合成材料或金属。
5.根据权利要求4所述的地板镶板，其中，与距所述凹槽相比，所述轮廓件更靠近所述舌状件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的地板镶板，其中，用于限制弯曲的装置包括在所述印刷物下方的至少一个玻璃纤维层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的地板镶板，其中，所述玻璃纤维层嵌入所述基板的材料中。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的地板镶板，其中，所述玻璃纤维层位于所述基板的中心的外部。
9.根据权利要求8所述的地板镶板，其中，与距所述基板的下侧相比，所述玻璃纤维层更靠进所述装饰侧。
10.根据权利要求1所述的地板镶板，其中，所述地板镶板由自身重量引起的弯曲小于每米50厘米。
11.根据权利要求1所述的地板镶板，其中，所述基板是防水的。
12.根据权利要求1所述的地板镶板，其中，用于限制弯曲的装置包括位于所述地板镶板内的密度大于每立方米650千克的至少一个层。
