具体实施方式
本发明的润滑系统包括排放系统,该排放系统通过将工作管线润滑剂释放到润滑剂储存器中来为润滑剂工作管线部件提供压力释放。
图1是润滑系统10的示意图,润滑系统10是一个接收、存储和供应润滑剂流体的系统。润滑系统10包括本地组件12,本地组件12具有润滑剂储存器14、马达16、泵18、流体管20、输入/输出歧管22、润滑剂工作管线24和润滑剂注射器26。来自补充源28的润滑剂流体可经由补充管线30、截止阀组件32和储存器入口管线34供应到润滑剂储存器14。补充泵36对来自补充源28的流体加压,并且排泄管线38可将过量的润滑剂从补充管线30排出到润滑剂排泄槽40中。
本地组件12是用于与被润滑的机械装置诸如泵、活塞、密封件、轴承和/或轴一起使用的专用润滑组件。本地组件12例如可以是安装在车辆或其它移动装置上的润滑组件,用于润滑可移动部件。润滑剂储存器14是用于润滑剂流体的罐或其它容器。在一些实施例中,润滑储存器14可以是基本圆柱形的桶。马达16驱动泵18,泵18进而通过流体管20从润滑剂储存器14吸取润滑剂,并且在压力下迫使润滑剂通过输入/输出歧管22进入润滑剂工作管线24中。马达16例如可以是电动马达或气动马达。在一个实施例中,泵18是活塞泵。在替代实施例中,泵18可以是任何其它种类的往复泵或者是齿轮泵。
流体管20是润滑剂输送管,其从接近输入/输出组件22的润滑剂储存器14的顶部位置延伸到润滑剂储存器14的基座附近的底部位置。尽管流体管20被描绘为竖直的圆柱形管,但替代的实施例可以弯曲、成角度或另外具有其它形状。流体管20例如可以是具有同心的入口通道和出口通道的嵌套管。入口/出口歧管22提供润滑剂进入润滑剂储存器14的入口和从润滑剂储存器14离开的出口。入口/输出歧管22连接到流体管20、润滑剂工作管线24和入口管线34。润滑剂工作管线24是将润滑剂从输入/输出歧管22输送到润滑剂注射器26的流体分布管线,其能被分布成跨过多个被润滑部件(未示出)。尽管仅仅示出了一个润滑剂工作管线24,但是本地组件12的一些实施例可包括多个润滑剂工作管线,所有的润滑剂工作管线都连接到输入/输出歧管22。润滑剂注射器26是用于布置在被润滑部件的位置处的润滑脂、润滑油或其它润滑材料的注射器。润滑剂注射器26例如可以是由马达18加压的弹簧偏置的注射器,其起动以供应定量的润滑剂流体。
补充源28是用于根据需要补充润滑剂储存器14的润滑材料源。补充源28例如可以是大型的固定的桶、罐或容器。当润滑剂储存器14耗尽时,可以通过将补充管线30附接到截止阀组件32对润滑剂储存器14进行补充,截止阀组件32经由入口管线34流体连接到输入/输出歧管22。补充管线30例如可以是与补充源28关联的可拆卸软管。截止阀组件32是布置在补充源28和入口/输出歧管22之间的阀组件。截止阀组件32是偏置打开的,但当润滑剂储存器14满时关闭,防止过度填充。当截止阀组件32打开时,可通过补充泵36将来自补充源28的流体通过补充管线30、截止阀组件32和入口管线34泵送到润滑剂储存器14中。补充泵36例如可以是齿轮泵、往复缸泵或任何其它适当的加压装置。一旦润滑剂储存器14已充满,可将补充管线30从截止阀组件32分离。过量的润滑剂可经由排泄管线38从补充管线30排出。排泄管线38例如可以是经由手动致动阀附接到补充管线的出口管线或套管。在一些实施例中,润滑剂排泄槽可以是废弃流体排泄槽。在其它实施例中,润滑剂排泄槽40可以是将过量润滑剂导回补充源28的再循环排泄槽。
润滑控制器42是逻辑能力装置诸如专用的微处理器或微处理器集合或者加载有适当控制软件的非专用计算机。润滑控制器42接收反映本地组件12的状态的输入信号Ci,并且经由输出信号Co控制马达16和本地组件12的致动器。润滑控制器42可以是本地组件10的一部分,或者可以是经由远程数据连接诸如无线连接与本地组件12通信的远程控制器。润滑控制器42可以包括用户接口部件诸如屏幕、按键和/或通信收发器,以向本地或远程用户提供数据并且接受用户输入指令。在一些实施例中,润滑控制器42可以输出指示本地组件12的操作变化的警报或警告消息(例如经由数据信号、灯光和/或声音)。
本地组件12向机械部件供应润滑剂,该机械部件可以是便携的或可以其它方式移动远离补充源28。润滑剂储存器14可以根据需要补充,从而允许本地组件12独立于润滑剂源操作持续延长的时段,例如在所关联的机械部件在远离补充源28的位置使用时。
图2是本地组件12的一部分的分解图,图示了如上所述的润滑剂储存器14、马达16、泵18、流体管20、入口/输出歧管22、截止阀组件32和入口管线34。图2进一步描绘了盖板44、密封环46、随动板48、储存器唇缘50、柔性隔膜52、填充板54、主入口56、主出口58、排放阀螺线管60、补充入口62、补充出口64和排气孔66。
在所描绘的实施例中,盖板44是润滑剂储存器14的基本扁平的盖,用作马达16、泵18、截止阀组件32和排气孔66的基座。在组装状态,盖板44被螺栓连接到密封环46、随动板48和储存器唇缘50。储存器唇缘50是润滑剂储存器的环形凸缘,该环形凸缘被布置成接收紧固件并且与随动板48形成流体密封。随动板48和密封环46布置在储存器唇缘50和盖板44之间。在所描绘的实施例中,随动板48是隔膜板,其包括柔性隔膜52和至少一个填充板54。当储存器14不满时,填充板54的重量引起柔性隔膜52向下弓弯,远离盖板44。在储存器14充满时,润滑剂储存器14的润滑剂迫使柔性隔膜52和填充板54向上。在一些实施例中,随动板48的这种向上变形可致动截止阀组件32,使得当润滑剂储存器14满时截止阀组件32关闭。在替代实施例中,可替代地使用随动板的其它种类。排气孔66是盖板44中的被覆盖的孔,其允许在随动板下的空气流动,以在润滑剂储存器14中润滑剂料位下降时避免吸力。在一些实施例中,柔性隔膜52和/或填充板54可包括空气流动孔,其允许通过随动板48的空气流动,但关闭以阻隔润滑剂流动。
如关于图1所述,入口/输出歧管22是具有到流体管20中的流体通路/从流体管20出来的流体通路的流体歧管。主入口56和主出口58分别是入口/输出歧管22的输入和输出端口。主出口58连接到润滑剂工作管线24。在一些实施例中,入口/输出歧管22可具有服务于多个润滑剂工作管线的多个主出口。主入口56经由入口管线34和补充管线30从补充源28接收补充润滑剂。尽管入口管线34被图示为软管,但入口管线34的替代实施例可以例如是刚性管或通道。入口管线34将主入口56连接到补充出口64和截止阀组件32的出口端口。补充润滑剂在补充入口62进入截止阀组件32,在补充出口64从截止阀组件32离开(如果截止阀组件32打开),并且继续穿过入口管线34、主入口56和流体管20进入润滑剂储存器14中。
在所描绘的实施例中,入口/输出歧管22配备有排放阀螺线管60,其是驱动与入口/输出歧管22一体的排放阀的致动器螺线管。排放阀螺线管60根据在来自润滑控制器42的输出信号Co中所包括的指令信号致动入口/输出歧管22中的阀门定时。以这种方式,入口/输出歧管22能够在泵送和排放模式之间切换。在泵送模式,泵18可驱动流体从润滑剂储存器14穿过主出口58到润滑剂工作管线24,和/或润滑剂储存器14可通过主入口56接收从补充源28泵送的补充润滑剂。在排放模式,作为压力释放机制,润滑剂工作管线24中加压的流体被允许通过入口歧管22的入口通路再循环回到润滑剂储存器14中。
图3a、3b和3c是本地组件12的示意图,图示入口/输出歧管22的流体路径。图3a、3b和3c图示了完全相同的部件,但描绘了入口/输出歧管22的不同功能状态。图3a图示了在泵送润滑剂到润滑剂工作管线24时使用的入口/输出歧管22的输出状态。图3b图示了在从补充源28接收润滑剂以补充润滑剂储存器14时使用的入口/输出歧管22的入口状态。图3c图示了入口/输出歧管22的排放状态,用于通过将润滑剂从润滑剂工作管线24排放回润滑剂储存器14中来释放润滑剂注射器26处的压力。
图3a、3b和3c描绘了本地组件12,该本地组件12具有润滑剂储存器14、流体管20和具有主入口56主出口58的入口/输出歧管22,以及如上关于图2所述的螺线管60。图3a、3b和3c进一步图示了歧管本体100、阀门井102、入口通路104、出口通路106、排放阀108、入口通道110和出口管112。
在描绘的实施例中,流体管20包括具有入口通道110和出口管112的两个同心的管。出口管112是布置在中央的管,其将润滑剂输送出润滑剂储存器14用于在润滑剂工作管线24上使用。入口管是绕出口管112同轴布置的环形通路,并且将润滑剂从润滑剂源28输送到润滑剂储存器14中。在替代实施例中,入口通道110和出口管112可采取其它形式,诸如分开的管、管道或软管。入口通道110和出口管112仅经由润滑剂储存器和(在排放阀108的某些阀状态下)入口/输出歧管22流体连接。流体管20连接至入口/输出歧管22的出口通路106,而入口通道110连接至入口/输出歧管22的入口通路104。
歧管本体100是具有形成通路和井的多个空腔的刚性本体,这些通路和井包括主入口56、主出口58、入口通路104、出口通路106和阀门井102。阀门井102是将主出口58连接到出口通路106并且承载排放阀108的通道。排放阀108例如可以是梭阀或针阀。排放阀108由排放阀螺线管60驱动,排放阀螺线管60例如可以根据来自控制器42的指令制动。螺线管60例如可以是配置成在第一阀状态和第二阀状态之间致动排放阀108的线性驱动螺线管。在第一阀状态下(图3a和3b中所示),排放阀108允许润滑剂从出口通路106流动到主出口58,但出口通路106与入口通路104隔离。在第二阀状态下(图3c中所示),排放阀108允许润滑剂在出口通路106、主出口58和入口通路104之间自由流动。入口/输出歧管22的一些实施例可以包括分别馈送到入口通路104和阀门井102中的附加的主入口和/或出口。
图3a图示本地组件12的泵送操作,其中润滑剂从润滑剂储存器14流动通过出口管112,进入出口通路106,通过阀门井102,然后从主出口58出来到润滑剂工作管线24和润滑剂注射器26。图3b图示了本地组件12的补充操作,其中来自补充源28的润滑剂流动到主入口56中,通过入口通路104,并通过入口通道110进入润滑剂储存器14中。排放阀108的阀状态在泵送和补充操作期间是完全相同的。
图3c图示了本地组件12的排放操作,其中润滑剂被允许从主出口58流动到阀门井102中,然后通过入口通路104和入口通道110流到润滑剂储存器。这通过命令螺线管60将排放阀108转换成上述第二阀状态而完成,在第二阀状态下,入口通路104、出口通路和主出口108经由阀门井102流体连接。在泵送操作期间,泵18对出口通路106和润滑剂工作管线24内的润滑剂加压。润滑剂工作管线24中引起的高润滑剂压力可以防止润滑剂注射器26在起动之后重置。通过将排放阀108切换到图3c的排放操作中描绘的第二状态,本地组件12允许通过将加压润滑剂从工作管线24和出口通路106通过入口通路104和入口通道110排放或排出到润滑剂储存器14中来排释放该超压。润滑剂工作管线24上降低的流体压力允许润滑剂注射器26的偏置元件(例如弹簧,未示出)重置润滑剂注射器26以进行进一步操作。
如上所述,排放阀108允许入口/输出歧管在入口、输出和排放模式下操作。排放阀108例如可以通过传输到螺线管60(参见图1)的输出信号Co由控制器42电子致动。在一些实施例中,排放阀108能手动致动。入口/输出歧管22的排放功能使得本地组件12能够缓解润滑剂工作管线24上的超压,否则该超压会使润滑系统10的运行停止。

Claims (15)

1.一种润滑系统,所述润滑系统包括:
润滑剂储存器;
润滑剂泵,所述润滑剂泵被布置成从所述润滑剂储存器泵送润滑剂;
润滑剂工作管线,所述润滑剂工作管线被布置成接收从所述润滑剂储存器泵送的润滑剂;
入口,所述入口被布置成将补充润滑剂接收到所述润滑剂储存器中;
流体入口/出口歧管,所述流体入口/出口歧管被布置在所述润滑剂储存器和所述润滑剂工作管线之间,所述流体入口/出口歧管具有:
出口通路,所述出口通路将所述润滑剂储存器流体连接到所述润滑剂工作管线;
入口通路,所述入口通路将所述入口流体连接到所述润滑剂储存器;以及
排放阀,所述排放阀能够在使所述入口通路与所述出口通路流体隔离的第一状态和将所述入口通路流体连接到所述出口通路的第二状态之间致动,从而允许所述润滑剂工作管线中的润滑剂排放到所述润滑剂储存器中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑系统,进一步包括:
控制器;以及
电子致动器,所述电子致动器被布置成响应于来自所述控制器的致动指令而致动所述排放阀。
3.根据权利要求2所述的润滑系统,其中,所述电子致动器是螺线管致动器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的润滑系统,其中,所述排放阀是梭阀或针阀。
5.根据权利要求1所述的润滑系统,其中,所述入口通路和所述出口通路经由流体管与所述润滑剂储存器流体连通,所述流体管从接近所述流体入口/出口歧管的第一位置延伸到接近所述润滑剂储存器的底部的第二位置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的润滑系统,其中,所述流体管包括两个同心布置的圆柱形通路。
7.根据权利要求6所述的润滑系统,其中,所述两个同心布置的圆柱形通路的内通路与所述出口通路流体连通,并且所述两个同心布置的圆柱形通路的外通路与所述入口通路流体连通。
8.根据权利要求1所述的润滑系统,进一步包括自动截止阀,所述自动截止阀布置在所述入口的上游以防止所述润滑剂储存器的过度填充。
9.根据权利要求1所述的润滑系统,其中,所述润滑剂工作管线包括润滑剂注射器。
10.根据权利要求9所述的润滑系统,其中,允许所述润滑剂工作管线中的润滑剂排放到所述润滑剂储存器中使得所述润滑剂注射器能够重置。
11.一种用于润滑系统的流体入口/出口歧管,所述流体入口/出口歧管包括:
出口通路,所述出口通路将润滑剂储存器流体连接到润滑剂工作管线;
入口通路,所述入口通路将入口流体连接到所述润滑剂储存器;以及
排放阀,所述排放阀能够在使所述入口通路与所述出口通路流体隔离的第一状态和将所述入口通路流体连接到所述出口通路的第二状态之间致动,从而允许所述润滑剂工作管线中的润滑剂排放到所述润滑剂储存器中。
12.根据权利要求11所述的润滑系统,进一步包括电子致动器,所述电子致动器被布置成响应于来自控制器的致动指令而致动所述排放阀。
13.根据权利要求12所述的润滑系统,其中,所述电子致动器是螺线管致动器。
14.根据权利要求11所述的润滑系统,其中,所述排放阀是梭阀或针阀。
