技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于输送流体、尤其是用于填充储气罐的流体的换档阀。
背景技术
带有这种换档阀的输送系统应实现流体从压力源、例如从加气设备到储气罐的可靠输送。在此,尤其重要的是简便的可操作性和相对于污染的安全性。因此,在US6769450中记载了这样一种阀系统,其中通过回流的气体以及止回阀防止可能的污染,其中,阀系统中的余量通过通风阀受控地排出。
此外,在申请人的WO98/05898中记载了一种实施为快速联接器的换档阀,其中,设置带有流体入口和流体出口以及多个阀的壳体,以便保证可靠的密封。在此,阀在快速联接器的安置之后通过转动控制杆以预先给定的顺序切换,其中,首先打开排出阀,然后通过控制杆的继续运动关闭夹具,最后打开入口阀。在此,控制杆通过偏心轴与用于加载夹具的滑套以及与密封活塞嵌合,所述密封活塞在插接联接器连接之后露出流体入口。此外设置一通风阀,其可以在插接联接器移去之前实现压力平衡,因此,即便在高压时也不会存在反弹的危险。在阀关闭时,排出阀在此起止回阀的作用。尽管由此创造了一种可靠的连接可能性,但这种连接联接器(尤其是由于通过偏心轴的手动操纵)还具有相对高的结构费用。
发明内容
因此,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,创造一种开头所述类型的换档阀,其在结构紧凑的同时使得操纵简便,并且通过有针对性的通风防止污染或流体回流。
该技术问题通过按权利要求1的特征所述的换档阀解决。本发明的优选扩展是各从属权利要求的主题。
所建议的带有滑动件的换档阀尤其适用于在填充工业储气罐时使用,其中给出了一种简单且紧凑的结构类型,因为带有用于摇杆的压力控制操纵的套装的控制阀的换档阀被设计得结构小且坚固,并因此可以节约空间地集成在填充设备中。
在此建议的摇杆优选设计有这样的传动比,也就是说具有不同的杆长度,使得用于操纵阀的对滑动件有力的操纵得以实现。在此,控制阀的活塞优选通过螺栓与摇杆连接,该摇杆尤其支承在中间壳体内的回转轴上。由此尤其在将活塞的活塞面截面在进口侧/出口侧构造得相同时获得了灵敏的控制。此外,通过这种结构类型实现了一种与阀壳的简单连接,同样实现了一种与用于控制压力控制的控制阀的旁路导管的紧凑连接。

具体实施方式
在图1和图2中示出了换档阀10的一种实施形式。该换档阀10具有带有多个相互螺纹连接的壳体部分11a、11b和11c的管状壳体11,其中,右边的壳体部分11c用作入口区域12,而左边的区域用作用于待输送的流体的传输的出口区域13。入口区域12具有适配器14,在该适配器上连接有用于供给待输送的流体的流体导管12`,在此,连接适配器14可以与待输送的流体体积相适应,尤其是与分别希望的通流截面等相适应地构造。在出口区域13设置有用于排出导管13`的相应适配器14`。在两个导管12`和13`之间连接有一旁路导管15,因此,如下面要说明的那样,该旁路导管以入口压力和出口压力加载套装在壳体11上的控制阀20。
在壳体部分11a中设有止回阀25,该止回阀在图2所示的关闭位置在弹簧压力下相对阀座26密封,以便防止从出口区域13回流。在此,换档滑动件27在此向右在中间壳体部分11b内连接在止回阀25上,该换档滑动件27可以在轴向上沿中心轴线移动,并且可以在向右运动时移动通风阀35的密封垫圈24。在此,通过摇杆50的回转操纵通风阀35和换档滑动件27,因为该摇杆与换档滑动件27联接,在此例如是通过环形槽29形状配合地接合。
在右边的壳体部分11c中,在入口区域12还设置有带有所属阀座的入口阀45。该入口阀45同样可通过摇杆50并通过与换档滑动件27的联接轴向移动,因为换档滑动件27通过通风阀35的密封垫圈24的向右运动以随动控制的形式也使入口阀45的阀芯47从图示的关闭位置移动到打开位置,因此,由入口区域12流入的流体可以经由中空的阀芯47和密封垫圈24中的开口以及管状的换档滑动件27流到出口13,因为在此止回阀25也由于填充压力(源自加气设备或其它压力源/填充泵)被压在打开位置。
如前所述,在壳体11(包括安装在其中的入口阀45、通风阀35和止回阀25)上通过中间壳体19套装控制阀20。在该控制阀中安装有活塞21(周侧密封),该活塞由弹簧22加载,并因此被压紧在图示的右边位置。两个暴露在旁路导管15中各自的压力下的端侧在此优选尺寸相同,使得活塞21可以在右(流入)侧和左(流出)侧之间的压差最小的情况下灵敏地移动。在此,阈值压力通过弹簧22确定。此外,活塞21通过螺栓53与摇杆50联接,因此,控制阀20可以压力控制地通过滑动件27操纵阀35和45。
如在填充开始及其过程中,如果在此右边的入口区域12中的压力高于出口侧13的压力,那么活塞21首先朝左侧移动,而滑动件27由于逆时针回转的摇杆50向右移动。此时,通风阀35关闭,而入口阀45被压开。如上所述,然后流体流过中空的滑动件27,压开止回阀25,并且经由出口区域13流到待填充的储气罐。
如果在填充结束(在储气罐填满或填充泵关闭时)时,出口侧的压力大于入口压力,那么,活塞21返回图示的初始位置(右止挡),其中,摇杆50使滑动件27再次向左运动,因此入口阀45被关闭,但此时通风阀35被打开,以便使入口阀45和在此期间同样关闭(由于没有入口压力)的止回阀25之间的中间空间通风。此时,摇杆50(顺时针地)回转,换档滑动件27向左移动,因此,通风阀35的密封垫圈24也可以从密封接合松开。在此,密封垫圈24和换档滑动件27以及阀芯47在轴向略微相互分开,从而可以消除压力平衡腔44的压力,该压力平衡腔被设计成在壳体部分11c上的围绕密封垫圈24的渐细部段(Abstufung)的分段式的环形腔室。
因此,在通风阀35如前所述地由换档滑动件27打开时,还在换档阀中“收集”的压力介质经由压力平衡腔44流到壳体部分11c上的通风孔43,以便例如汇入回流导管或油箱或者在流体无害时将其排放到大气中。
关于摇杆50要指出的是,回转轴52两侧的杆长是不同的,在此传动比大约是3∶1,因此实现力变换(Kraftübersetzung)。由此可以在控制阀20结构(或活塞21的直径)相对较小的情况下实现对滑动件27、并因此对相联接的阀的有力的操纵。该传动比例如可通过更换中间壳体19和支承在其中的回转轴52或延长摇杆50相对简单地改变,例如与有关的填充压力相适应。因此,变化地使用带有套装的控制阀20的换档阀10,尤其是在结构上,如果需要可借助于螺栓60(参见图1)快速进行。此外要强调的是,旁路导管15也可以连接在适配器14,14`上,或者直接连接在壳体11各自的入口区域/出口区域12,13上,以便改善压力控制阀的紧凑性。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于输送流体的换档阀,该换档阀在壳体上带有入口区域和出口区域,在所述壳体中设置有止回阀、通风阀和入口阀,其中,所述通风阀和所述入口阀由滑动件控制,其特征在于,所述滑动件(27)与摇杆(50)联接,所述摇杆能由控制阀(20)压力控制地操纵,所述摇杆(50)铰接在所述控制阀(20)的活塞(21)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的换档阀,其特征在于,所述摇杆(50)借助于螺栓(53)铰接在所述控制阀(20)的活塞(21)上。
3.如权利要求1所述的换档阀,其特征在于,所述活塞(21)由弹簧(22)加载。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的换档阀,其特征在于,所述活塞(21)在入口侧和出口侧具有相同的活塞面截面。
5.如权利要求1所述的换档阀,其特征在于,所述摇杆(50)关于其长度偏离中心地支承在回转轴(52)上。
6.如权利要求5所述的换档阀,其特征在于,所述摇杆(50)以一个3∶1或更大的杆长度传动比支承在回转轴(52)上。
7.如权利要求5所述的换档阀,其特征在于,所述控制阀(20)套装在所述壳体(11)上。
8.如权利要求7所述的换档阀,其特征在于,所述控制阀(20)套装在中间壳体部分(11b)上。
9.如权利要求5所述的换档阀,其特征在于,所述控制阀(20)借助于旁路导管(15)连接在所述入口区域(12)和所述出口区域(13)或所属的适配器(14,14`)上。
10.如权利要求7或9所述的换档阀,其特征在于,所述控制阀(20)通过螺栓(60)固定在中间壳体(19)上。
11.如权利要求10所述的换档阀,其特征在于,所述回转轴(52)也支承在所述中间壳体内。
12.如权利要求1所述的换档阀,其特征在于,所述摇杆(50)形状配合地接合在所述滑动件(27)的环形槽(29)中。
