本發明大體上係關於潤滑系統。更特定言之,本發明係關於一種用於一行動潤滑系統之潤滑劑排放子系統。
工業及建築機械經常需要潤滑來運行。此機械之密封件、活塞及軸承可需要實質上大量油脂、油或其他潤滑劑以受到保護,以防磨損、防止腐蝕及/或減少摩擦發熱。行動機械經常併入至工業汽車中或藉由工業汽車輸送,工業汽車通常使用可攜式本端潤滑總成,其中本端潤滑劑泵、儲槽及注射器附著汽車或裝置以確保充分潤滑。本端儲槽具有足夠處理經擴充之普通操作之受限容量,且按需求再填充有來自較大源之潤滑劑。本端潤滑總成經常將潤滑劑供應至用於不同機械之多個潤滑劑注射器。

本發明之潤滑系統包含一排放系統,其藉由將工作管線潤滑劑釋放至一潤滑劑儲槽中而為潤滑劑工作管線組件提供洩壓。
圖1係潤滑系統10之一示意圖,該系統接收、儲存且供應潤滑劑
流體。潤滑系統10包括具有潤滑劑儲槽14、馬達16、泵18、流體管20、輸入/輸出歧管22、潤滑劑工作管線24及潤滑劑注射器26之本端總成12。來自再填充源28之潤滑劑流體可經由再填充管線30、截流閥總成32及儲槽入口管線34供應至潤滑劑儲槽14。再填充泵36加壓來自再填充源28之流體,且傾卸管線38可將來自再填充管線30之過量潤滑劑排洩至潤滑劑廢渣桶40。
本端總成12係與諸如泵、活塞、密封件、軸承及/或軸件之潤滑機械一起使用之一專用潤滑總成。舉例而言,本端總成12可為安裝於一汽車或其他行動裝置上以用於行動組件之潤滑之一潤滑總成。潤滑劑儲槽14係一貯槽或用於潤滑劑流體之其他容器。在一些實施例中,潤滑劑儲槽14可為一實質上圓柱形之圓筒。馬達16驅動泵18,其繼而通過流體管20從潤滑劑儲槽14汲取潤滑劑,且在壓力下迫使潤滑劑通過輸入/輸出歧管22進入至潤滑劑工作管線24。舉例而言,馬達16可為一電動馬達或氣動馬達。在一項實施例中,泵18係一活塞泵。在替代實施例中,泵18可為任何其他種類之往復泵或一齒輪泵。

再填充源28係用於按需求再填充潤滑劑儲槽14之一潤滑劑材料源。舉例而言,再填充源28可為一大靜止圓筒、貯槽或容器。當潤滑劑儲槽14耗乏時,其可藉由將再填充管線30附接至截流閥總成32而再填充,截流閥總成32經由入口管線34不固定地連接至輸入/輸出歧管22。舉例而言,再填充管線30可為相關聯於再填充源28之一可卸離軟管。截流閥總成32係安置於再填充源28與入口/輸出歧管22之間之一閥總成。截流閥總成32經偏置以敞開,但在潤滑劑儲槽14填滿時關閉,以防過度填充。當截流閥總成32敞開時,來自再填充源28之流體可藉由再填充泵36泵抽通過再填充管線30、截流閥總成32及入口管線34以進入至潤滑劑儲槽14中。舉例而言,再填充泵36可為一齒輪泵、一往復圓柱體泵或任何其他適當加壓裝置。一旦潤滑劑儲槽14被填滿,再填充管線30可從截流閥總成32脫離連接。過量潤滑劑可經由傾卸管線38從再填充管線30排出。舉例而言,傾卸管線38可為經由一手動致動閥附接至再填充管線之一出口管線或套管。在一些實施例中,潤滑劑廢渣桶可為一廢棄流體廢渣桶。在其他實施例中,潤滑劑廢渣桶40可為使過量潤滑劑選路返回至再填充源28之一再循環廢渣桶。
潤滑控制器42係一具邏輯能力裝置,諸如一專用微處理器或微處理器之集合或載入有適當控制軟體之一非專用電腦。潤滑控制器42接收反映本端總成12之狀態之輸入信號Ci,且經由輸出信號Co控制本端總成12之馬達16及致動器。潤滑控制器42可為本端總成12之一部分或可為經由諸如一無線連接之一遠端資料連接與本端總成12通信之一遠端控制器。潤滑控制器42可包含諸如一螢幕、小鍵盤及/或通信收發器之使用者介面組件以提供資料至本端或遠端使用者,且接受使用
者輸入命令。在一些實施例中,潤滑控制器42可輸出指示本端總成12之操作中之改變之警報或警示訊息(例如,經由數位信號、燈光及/或聲音)。
本端總成12將潤滑劑供應至遠離再填充源28之可為可攜式或否則行動之機械組件。可按需求再填充潤滑劑儲槽14,從而允許本端總成12獨立於潤滑劑源而操作以用於延長週期(例如,當在遠離再填充源28之一位置使用相關聯之機械組件時)。
圖2係本端總成12之一部分之一分解圖,圖解說明如上文描述之潤滑劑儲槽14、馬達16、泵18、流體管20、入口/輸出歧管22、截流閥總成32及入口管線34。圖2進一步描繪蓋板44、密封環46、從動板48、儲槽唇50、可撓性膜片52、填料板54、主要入口56、主要出口58、排放閥螺線管60、再填充入口62、再填充出口64及通氣孔66。
在所描繪實施例中,蓋板44對充當馬達16、泵18、截流閥總成32及通氣孔66之一基底的潤滑劑儲槽14係一實質上平坦的蓋。在一組裝狀態中,蓋板44螺合至密封環46、從動板48及儲槽唇50。儲槽唇50係經安置以接收緊固件且與從動板48形成一流體密封件之潤滑劑儲槽之一環形凸緣。從動板48及密封環46安置於儲槽唇50與蓋板44之間。在所描繪實施例中,從動板48係包含可撓性膜片52及至少一個填料板54之一膜板。當儲槽14未填滿時,填料板54之重量導致可撓性膜片52遠離蓋板44向下彎曲。隨著儲槽14被填滿,潤滑劑儲槽14內之潤滑劑迫使可撓性膜片52及填料板54向上。在一些實施例中,從動板48之此向上變形可致動截流閥總成32,從而導致截流閥總成32在潤滑劑儲槽14被填滿時關閉。在替代實施例中,可替代性地使用其他種類之從動板。通氣孔66係允許從動板下方之氣流以避免在潤滑劑儲槽14中之潤滑劑液位下降時之吸力之蓋板44中之一覆蓋孔隙。在一些實施例中,可撓性膜片52及/或填料板54可包含允許氣流穿過從動板48但關閉以
阻斷潤滑劑流動之氣流孔隙。
如關於圖1所描述,入口/輸出歧管22係具有進入至/離開流體管20之流體通道之一流體歧管。主要入口56及主要出口58分別係入口/輸出歧管22之輸入通口及輸出通口。主要出口58連接至潤滑劑工作管線24。在一些實施例中,入口/輸出歧管22可具有為多個潤滑劑工作管線服務之多個主要出口。主要入口56經由入口管線34及再填充管線30從再填充源28接收再填充潤滑劑。儘管入口管線34被圖解說明為一軟管,但入口管線34之替代實施例可為(例如)硬管或通道。入口管線34將主要入口56連接至截流閥總成32之再填充出口64及出口通口。再填充潤滑劑在再填充入口62進入截流閥總成32,在再填充出口64離開截流閥總成32(若截流閥總成32敞開),且繼續通過入口管線34、主要入口56及流體管20進入至潤滑劑儲槽14中。
在所描繪實施例中,入口/輸出歧管22配備有排放閥螺線管60,其係驅動整合至入口/輸出歧管22之一排放閥之一致動器螺線管。排放閥螺線管60根據包含於來自潤滑控制器42之輸出信號Co中之命令信號致動入口/輸出歧管22中之閥調。以此方式,入口/輸出歧管22能夠在泵抽與排放模式之間切換。在泵抽模式中,泵18可驅動來自潤滑劑儲槽14之流體通過主要出口58至潤滑劑工作管線24,及/或潤滑劑儲槽14可通過主要入口56接收來自再填充源28之泵抽再填充潤滑劑。在排放模式中,允許潤滑劑工作管線24中之加壓流體通過入口歧管22之入口通道循環回至潤滑劑儲槽14中作為一洩壓機制。
