Abstract

技术领域
本发明一般地涉及润滑系统。更加具体地,本发明涉及用于移动润滑系统的润滑剂储存器的低料位指示器。
背景技术
工业和建筑机械常常需要润滑以运行。这些机械的密封件、活塞和轴承可能需要大量的润滑脂、机油或者其它润滑剂,以保护免受磨损,防止腐蚀,和/或减少摩擦生热。移动机械常常被并入工业车辆中或者由工业车辆运送,工业车辆通常使用便携式本地润滑组件,其中,本地润滑剂泵、储存器和注射器被固定到车辆或装置以确保充分的润滑。本地储存器具有足够处理扩展的普通操作的有限容量,并且视需要,用来自更大源的润滑剂补充本地储存器。本地润滑剂组件常常将润滑剂供应到不同机械专用的多个润滑剂注射器。
发明内容
在第一实施例中,润滑系统包括润滑剂储存器、机动泵、随动板、固定杆、可移动套筒和柔性连接件。机动泵被布置成将流体从润滑剂储存器泵送到润滑剂工作管线。随动板位于润滑剂储存器内。固定杆具有有色指示器部分。可移动套筒被布置成同心地围绕固定杆。柔性连接件在随动板与固定有色杆之间延伸,使得随着随动板朝向润滑剂储存器的底部下降,柔性连接件拉动可移动套筒离开固定杆以显露有色指示器部分。
在第二实施例中,用于润滑剂储存器的指示器系统包括随动板、固定杆、可移动套筒和柔性连接件。随动板位于润滑剂储存器内。固定杆具有有色指示器部分。可移动套筒被布置成同心地围绕固定杆。柔性连接件在随动板与固定有色杆之间延伸,使得随着随动板朝向润滑剂储存器的底部下降,柔性连接件拉动可移动套筒离开固定杆,以显露有色指示器部分。

具体实施方式
本发明的润滑系统包括被动机械指示器,该被动机械指示器在润滑剂储存器接近变空时提供剩余润滑剂料位的连续可视指示器。
图1是接收、储存和供应润滑剂流体的润滑系统10的示意图。润滑系统10包括本地组件12,本地组件12具有润滑剂储存器14、马达16、泵18、流体管20、输入/输出歧管22、润滑剂工作管线24和润滑剂注射器26。来自补充源28的润滑剂流体能经由补充管线30、截流阀组件32和储存器入口管线34供应到润滑剂储存器14。补充泵36对来自补充源28的流体加压,并且排泄管线38能从补充管线30将过量的润滑剂排到润滑剂排泄槽40中。
本地组件12是与诸如泵、活塞、密封件、轴承和/或轴的润滑机械一起使用的专用润滑组件。本地组件12能例如是安装在车辆或其它移动装置上的润滑组件,用于润滑移动部件。润滑剂储存器14是用于润滑剂流体的罐或其它容器。在一些实施例中,润滑剂储存器14能是大体上柱形的桶。马达16驱动泵18,泵18进而通过流体管20从润滑剂储存器14吸取润滑剂,并且在压力下迫使润滑剂通过输入/输出歧管22进入润滑剂工作管线24中。马达16能例如是电动马达或者气动马达。在一个实施例中,泵18是活塞泵。在替代实施例中,泵18能是任何其它种类的往复泵或者齿轮泵。
流体管20是运送润滑剂的管,其从润滑剂储存器14的在输入/输出组件22附近的顶部位置延伸到润滑剂储存器14的基座附近的底部位置。尽管流体管20被描绘为竖直柱形管,但是替代实施例能弯曲、成角度或者另外具有其它形状。流体管20能例如是嵌套管,嵌套管具有同心入口通道和出口通道。入口/出口歧管22为润滑剂进入或离开润滑剂储存器14提供入口和出口。入口/输出歧管22连接到流体管20、润滑剂工作管线24和入口管线34。润滑剂工作管线24是将润滑剂从输入/输出歧管22运送到润滑剂注射器26的流体分布管线,其能被分布成跨过多个润滑部件(未示出)。尽管仅仅示出一条润滑剂工作管线24,但是本地组件12的一些实施例能包括多条润滑剂工作管线,这些润滑剂工作管线全都连接到输入/输出歧管22。润滑剂注射器26是被布置在润滑部件的位置处的用于润滑脂、机油或其它润滑剂材料的注射器。润滑剂注射器26能例如是由马达18加压的弹簧偏压的注射器,其起动以供应定量的润滑剂流体。
补充源28是用于根据需要补充润滑剂储存器14的润滑剂材料源。补充源28能例如是大型固定桶、罐或容器。当润滑剂储存器14被耗尽时,能通过将补充管线30附接到截流阀组件32来补充润滑剂储存器14,补充管线30经由入口管线34流体连接到输入/输出歧管22。补充管线30能例如是与补充源28关联的可拆卸的软管。截流阀组件32是布置在补充源28与入口/输出歧管22之间的阀组件。截流阀组件32被偏压打开,但是当润滑剂储存器14满时关闭,从而防止过填充。当截流阀组件32打开时,来自补充源28的流体能由补充泵36泵送通过补充管线30、截流阀组件32和入口管线34进入润滑剂储存器14中。补充泵36能例如是齿轮泵、往复缸泵或者任何其它合适的加压装置。在一些实施例中,截流阀组件32可以不存在,并且补充管线30可以直接进给到入口/输出歧管22中。一旦润滑剂储存器14已经被填充,则补充管线30能与截流阀组件32(或者入口/输出歧管22)断开。过量的润滑剂能经由排泄管线38从补充管线30排出。排泄管线38能例如是经由手动致动阀附接到补充管线的出口管线或者套管。在一些实施例中,润滑剂排泄槽能是废弃流体排泄槽。在其它实施例中,润滑剂排泄槽40能是将过量的润滑剂送回补充源28的再循环排泄槽。
润滑控制器42是有逻辑能力的装置,诸如专用的微处理器或者微处理器集合或者装载有适当的控制软件的非专用计算机。润滑控制器42接收反映本地组件12的状态的输入信号Ci,并且经由输出信号Co控制马达16和本地组件12的致动器。润滑控制器42能是本地组件10的一部分,或者能是经由诸如无线连接的远程数据连接与本地组件12通信的远程控制器。润滑控制器42能包括用户接口部件,诸如屏幕、键盘和/或通信收发器,以向本地或远程用户提供数据,并且接收用户输入指令。在一些实施例中,润滑控制器42能输出指示本地组件12的操作中的改变的报警或警示消息(例如,经由数字信号、光和/或声音)。
本地组件12将润滑剂供应到机器部件,所述机器部件能是便携式的或者另外可从补充源28移开的。视需要,润滑剂储存器14能被补充,从而允许本地组件12独立于润滑剂源操作持续延长的时段,例如当关联的机器部件在远离补充源28的位置处使用时。
图2是本地组件12的一部分的透视图,图示润滑剂储存器14、马达16、泵18、流体管20和入口/输出歧管22。图2进一步描绘盖板44、储存器唇缘50、主入口56、主出口58、通风阀螺线管60和低料位指示器66。
在所描述的实施例中,盖板44是用于润滑剂储存器14的大体上扁平的盖,其作为用于马达16、泵18和低料位指示器66的基座。在组装状态下,盖板44被螺栓连接到储存器唇缘50。储存器唇缘50是润滑剂储存器的环形凸缘,其被布置成接收紧固件并且与盖板44形成流体密封件。如关于图1所描述的,入口/输出歧管22是具有进/出流体管20的流体通道的流体歧管。主入口56和主出口58分别是入口/输出歧管22的输入端口和输出端口。主出口58连接到润滑剂工作管线24。在一些实施例中,入口/输出歧管22能具有为多个润滑剂工作管线服务的多个主出口。主入口56经由补充管线30从补充源28接收补充润滑剂。
在所描绘的实施例中,入口/输出歧管22配备有通风阀螺线管60,一种驱动一体化到入口/输出歧管22的通风阀的致动器螺线管。通风阀螺线管60根据来自润滑控制器42的输出信号Co中所包括的指令信号,致动入口/输出歧管22中的阀门。以这种方式,入口/输出歧管22能够在泵送模式和通风模式之间切换。在泵送模式中,泵18能通过主出口58从润滑剂储存器14将流体驱动到润滑剂工作管线24,和/或润滑剂储存器14能通过主入口56接收来自补充源28的所泵送的补充润滑剂。在通风模式中,润滑剂工作管线24中的加压流体被允许通过入口歧管22的入口通道反向循环进入作为压力释放机构的润滑剂储存器14中.
低料位指示器66是坐落在盖板44的顶部上的可视指示器。低料位指示器66是当润滑剂储存器14几乎空的时候提供润滑剂料位的连续指示的机械致动指示器。
图3是润滑系统10的本地组件12的一部分的剖视图。图3图示如以上关于图2所述的润滑剂储存器14、马达16和低料位指示器66。图3进一步图示指示器本体100、透明窗口102、盖子104、指示器杆106、套筒杆108、罩套筒110、连接器附接件112、柔性连接器114、随动板116(具有随动板密封件118、随动板顶部120和随动板底部122)和偏压元件126。
指示器本体100是被锚固到盖板44的刚性结构本体。透明窗口102是被布置在指示器本体顶部上的另一个刚性结构元件。在所描绘的实施例中,指示器本体100和透明窗口102是大体上柱形的,但是替代实施例能具有不同的形状。透明窗口102支撑盖子104,盖子104锚固指示器杆106。透明窗口102提供允许操作员看见指示器杆106的观察窗口。指示器杆106包括有色部分(见图4、5a、5b和5c,以下描述),该有色部分用作润滑剂储存器14是否几乎空的可视指示器。套筒杆108是被布置在指示器本体100内的并且支撑罩套筒110的可移动杆。在一些实施例中,套筒杆108和罩套筒杆110能被形成为单个部件。罩套筒110是当处于最顶部位置时遮蔽指示器杆106的环形套筒或护套。随动板116是跟随润滑剂储存器14内的润滑剂的顶部表面的密封板或盘。柔性连接器114是诸如链或绳的连接元件,其被锚固到随动板116并且经由连接器附接件112固定到套筒杆108。
随动板116在润滑剂储存器14内的润滑剂的顶部上浮动。只要润滑剂储存器14大体上是满的,则柔性连接器114保持松弛。随着润滑剂材料被消耗并且润滑剂储存器14内的润滑剂料位下降到接近于空,随动板116降低到在润滑剂储存器14的底部的附近,并且柔性连接器116被拉紧。当润滑剂被进一步消耗时,随动板116的下降克服由偏压元件126所施加的弹簧力向下拉动套筒杆108。偏压元件126可以例如是绕套筒杆108盘绕的弹簧。当向下拉动套筒杆108时,罩套筒110回缩以暴露指示器杆106,从而允许通过透明窗口102看见指示器杆106的一部分。以这种方式,当润滑剂储存器14接近于空时,指示器杆106的可视部分提供润滑剂储存器14中的剩余润滑剂的连续指示。随着润滑剂储存器趋近于空,通过透明窗口102可看见指示器杆106的更多部分。
图4是低料位指示器66的横截面图,图示如以上关于图3所述的指示器本体100、透明窗口102、盖子104、指示器杆106、套筒杆108、罩套筒110、连接器附接件112、柔性连接器114和偏压元件126。图4进一步图示指示器杆106的有色部分124、发送器128和开关130。
如上所述,当润滑剂储存器14趋近于空时,柔性连接器114变紧并拉动套筒杆和罩套筒110离开指示器杆106。这暴露指示器杆106的有色部分124,使通过透明窗口102能看见有色部分124。有色部分124可以构成指示器杆106的整个长度,或者可以仅是指示器杆106的一部分。当通过透明窗口102看到有色部分124时,润滑剂储存器14几乎空。有色部分124的被暴露的程度反映润滑剂储存器14接近于空的程度。低料位指示器66因而提供润滑剂储存器14何时(以及多紧急)需要补充的被动的机械指示器。
开关130是通过套筒杆108竖直行进到完全暴露指示器杆106的最底部位置所致动的开关。在一个实施例中,开关130能是当套筒杆108到达指示器本体100内的最底部位置(指示指示器储存器14是空的或几乎空的)时被致动的簧片开关。在替代实施例中,开关130可以是由套筒杆108的位置改变致动的任何种类的开关或传感器。发送器128是发送反映开关130的状态的数据信号的有线或无线发送器。发送器128能例如是当开关130被致动时将空信号发送到控制器42的有线或无线发送器。在替代实施例中,发送器128能将空信号发送到其它装置,诸如手持外设用户接口或其它控制装置。
图5a、5b和5c是在三个状态下的低料位指示器66的透视图,图示指示器本体100、盖子104、罩套筒110、有色部分124和发送器128。图5a描绘当润滑剂储存器14未接近于空时低料位指示器66的状态,其中罩套筒110完全遮蔽有色部分124。图4b描绘当润滑剂储存器14接近于空但还未被完全耗尽时低料位指示器66的状态,其中罩套筒110回缩以显露有色部分124的一段。图5c描绘当润滑剂储存器14完全或几乎完全空时低料位指示器66的状态,其中罩套筒110从指示器杆106完全回缩,从而完全暴露有色部分124。
低料位指示器66在润滑剂储存器14几乎空的时提供被动可视指示(经由有色部分124的暴露)并且提供向控制器报告储存器耗尽的电信号(经由发送器128)。
可能实施例的讨论

一种润滑系统,包括:润滑剂储存器;机动泵,其被布置成将流体从润滑剂储存器泵送到润滑剂工作管线;随动板,其位于润滑剂储存器内;固定杆,其具有有色指示器部分;可移动套筒,其被布置成同心地围绕所述固定杆;以及柔性连接件,其在随动板与固定有色杆之间,使得随着随动板朝向润滑剂储存器的底部下降,柔性连接件拉动可移动套筒离开固定杆以显露有色指示器部分。

Claims (15)
1.一种润滑系统,包括:
润滑剂储存器;
机动泵,所述机动泵被布置成将流体从所述润滑剂储存器泵送到润滑剂工作管线;
随动板,所述随动板位于所述润滑剂储存器内;
固定杆,所述固定杆具有有色指示器部分;
可移动套筒,所述可移动套筒绕所述固定杆同心地布置;以及
柔性连接件,所述柔性连接件在所述随动板与固定有色杆之间,使得随着所述随动板朝向所述润滑剂储存器的底部下降,所述柔性连接件拉动所述可移动套筒离开所述固定杆,以显露所述有色指示器部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑系统,其中,所述固定杆和所述可移动套筒形成被安装在所述润滑剂储存器的顶部上的指示器组件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的润滑系统,其中,所述泵被构造成经由大体上中心定位的流体管从所述润滑剂储存器吸取润滑剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的润滑系统,其中,所述柔性连接件大体上平行于所述流体管。
5.根据权利要求1所述的润滑系统,进一步包括被布置成控制所述机动泵的控制器。
6.根据权利要求5所述的润滑系统,进一步包括发送器,所述发送器被布置成当所述可移动套筒到达显露所述固定杆的所述有色指示器部分的至少一部分的位置时向所述控制器发送空信号。
7.根据权利要求6所述的润滑系统,其中,所述发送器被布置成当被由所述可移动套筒的平移致动的开关触发时发送所述空信号。
8.根据权利要求1所述的指示器系统,其中,除了当所述随动板朝向所述润滑剂储存器的底部附近下降时之外,所述柔性连接件是松弛的。
9.一种用于润滑剂储存器的指示器系统,所述指示器系统包括:
随动板,所述随动板位于所述润滑剂储存器内;
固定杆,所述固定杆具有有色指示器部分;
可移动套筒,所述可移动套筒绕所述固定杆同心地布置;以及
柔性连接件,所述柔性连接件在所述随动板与固定有色杆之间,使得随着所述随动板朝向所述润滑剂储存器的底部下降,所述柔性连接件拉动所述可移动套筒离开所述固定杆,以显露所述有色指示器部分。
10.根据权利要求9所述的指示器系统,进一步包括:
控制器;以及
发送器,所述发送器被布置成当所述可移动套筒到达显露所述固定杆的所述有色指示器部分的至少一部分的位置时向所述控制器发送空信号。
11.根据权利要求10所述的指示器系统,其中,所述发送器被布置成当所述可移动套筒到达大体上显露全部有色指示器部分的位置时向所述控制器发送所述空信号。
12.根据权利要求10所述的指示器系统,其中,所述发送器被布置成当被由所述可移动套筒的平移致动的开关触发时发送所述空信号。
13.根据权利要求12所述的指示器系统,其中,所述开关是簧片开关。
14.根据权利要求9所述的指示器系统,进一步包括包围所述固定杆和所述可移动套筒的透明保护窗口。
15.根据权利要求9所述的指示器系统,其中,所述可移动套筒被弹簧偏压,以遮蔽所述有色指示器部分。
