工业和工程机械通常需要润滑剂来进行作用。这样的机械的密封件、活塞和轴承可能需要大量体积的润滑脂、润滑油或其它润滑剂来保护其免受磨损、防止腐蚀和/或减少摩擦发热。移动机械通常并入工业车辆中或由工业车辆运输,工业车辆通常使用便携式本地润滑剂组件,其中本地润滑剂泵、储存器和注射器被固定到车辆或装置以确保充足的润滑。本地储存器具有足以处理延长的普通操作的有限容量,并且根据需要用来自更大的源的润滑剂进行补充。本地润滑剂组件通常向专用于不同机械的多个润滑剂注射器供应润滑剂。
发明内容
一种润滑系统包括润滑剂储存器、到润滑剂储存器中的入口、隔膜板、致动销、补充入口、补充出口和截止阀。该隔膜板被布置在润滑剂储存器内的最顶位置处。该致动销联接到隔膜板,使得填充润滑剂储存器向上压迫隔膜板,驱动致动销从与未填充的储存器状态相对应的第一位置到与填充的储存器状态相对应的第二位置。该补充入口被构造成接收润滑剂,并且该补充出口流体连接到润滑剂储存器的入口。该截止阀连接在补充入口和补充出口之间,并且由致动销致动以便当致动销在第一位置时流体连接补充入口和补充出口和当致动销在第二位置时将补充入口从补充出口流体隔离。
在第二实施例中,一种用于润滑剂储存器的入口截止组件包括隔膜板、致动销、入口截止阀和指示销。该隔膜板被布置在润滑剂储存器内的最顶位置处。该致动销联接到隔膜板,使得填充润滑剂储存器向上压迫隔膜板,驱动致动销从与末填充的储存器状态相对应的第一位置到与填充的储存器状态相对应的第二位置。该入口截止阀由致动销致动以便当致动销在第一位置时是打开的以允许到润滑剂储存器的流动和当致动销在第二位置时是关闭的以防止流动。当该致动销在第二位置时指示销可见,但是当致动销在第一位置时指示销被隐藏。

具体实施方式
本发明的润滑系统包括截止阀组件,在补充操作期间,一且润滑剂储存器满了,截止阀组件就自动终止进入润滑剂储存器中的润滑剂流。
图1是润滑系统10的示意图,润滑系统10是一个接收、储存和供应润滑剂流体的系统。润滑系统10包括本地组件12,本地组件12具有润滑剂储存器14、马达16、泵18、流体管20、输入/输出歧管22、润滑剂工作管线24 和润滑剂注射器26。来自补充源28的润滑剂流体可经由补充管线30、截止阀组件32和储存器入口管线34供应到润滑剂储存器14。补充泵36对来自补充源28的流体加压,并且排泄管线38可将过量的润滑剂从补充管线30排出到润滑剂排泄槽40中。
本地组件12是用于与被润滑的机械装置诸如泵、活塞、密封件、轴承和/或轴一起使用的专用润滑组件。本地组件12例如可以是被安装在车辆或其它移动装置上的润滑组件,用于润滑可移动部件。润滑剂储存器14是用于润滑剂流体的罐或其它容器。在一些实施例中,润滑剂储存器14可以是基本圆柱形的桶。马达16驱动泵18,泵18进而通过流体管20从润滑剂储存器14吸取润滑剂,并且在压力下迫使润滑剂通过输入/输出歧管22进入润滑剂工作管线24中。马达16例如可以是电动马达或气动马达。在一个实施例中,泵18是活塞泵。在替代实施例中,泵18可以是任何其它种类的往复泵或者是齿轮泵。
流体管20是润滑剂输送管,其从润滑剂储存器14的在输入/输出组件22 附近的顶部位置延伸到润滑剂储存器14的在基座附近的底部位置。尽管流体管20被描绘为竖直的圆柱形管,但替代的实施例可以弯曲、成角度或另外具有其它形状。流体管20例如可以是具有同中心的入口通道和出口通道的嵌套管。入口/出口歧管22提供润滑剂进入润滑剂储存器14的入口和从润滑剂储存器14离开的出口。入口/输出歧管22连接到流体管20、润滑剂工作管线24和入口管线34。润滑剂工作管线24是将润滑剂从输入/输出歧管22 输送到润滑剂注射器26的流体分布管线,其能被分布成跨过多个被润滑部件(未示出)。尽管仅仅示出了一个润滑剂工作管线24,但是本地组件12的一些实施例可包括多个润滑剂工作管线,所有的润滑剂工作管线都连接到输入/输出歧管22。润滑剂注射器26是用于被布置在被润滑部件的位置处的润滑脂、润滑油或其它润滑材料的注射器。润滑剂注射器26例如可以是由马达18加压的弹簧偏压注射器,其起动以供应定量的润滑剂流体。
补充源28是用于根据需要补充润滑剂储存器14的润滑材料源。补充源 28例如可以是大型的固定的桶、罐或容器。当润滑剂储存器14耗尽时,可以通过将补充管线30附接到截止阀组件32对润滑剂储存器14进行补充,截止阀组件32经由入口管线34流体连接到输入/输出歧管22。补充管线30例如可以是与补充源28关联的可拆卸软管。截止阀组件32是布置在补充源28和入口/输出歧管22之间的阀组件。截止阀组件32被偏压成打开的,但当润滑剂储存器14满时关闭,防止过度填充。当截止阀组件32打开时,可通过补充泵36将来自补充源28的流体通过补充管线30、截止阀组件32和入口管线34泵送到润滑剂储存器14中。补充泵36例如可以是齿轮泵、往复缸泵或任何其它适当的加压装置。一旦润滑剂储存器14已被填充,可将补充管线30 从截止阀组件32分离。过量的润滑剂可经由排泄管线38从补充管线30排出。排泄管线38例如可以是经由手动致动阀附接到补充管线的出口管线或套管。在一些实施例中,润滑剂排泄槽可以是废弃流体排泄槽。在其它实施例中,润滑剂排泄槽40可以是将过量润滑剂送回到补充源28的再循环排泄槽。
润滑控制器42是逻辑能力装置诸如专用的微处理器或微处理器集合或者加载有适当控制软件的非专用计算机。润滑控制器42接收反映本地组件12的状态的输入信号Ci,并且经由输出信号Co控制马达16和本地组件12 的致动器。润滑控制器42可以是本地组件10的一部分,或者可以是经由远程数据连接诸如无线连接与本地组件12通信的远程控制器。润滑控制器42 可以包括用户接口部件诸如屏幕、小键盘和/或通信收发器,以向本地或远程用户提供数据并且接受用户输入指令。在一些实施例中,润滑控制器42 可以输出指示本地组件12的操作变化的警报或警告消息(例如经由数据信号、灯光和/或声音)。
本地组件12向机械部件供应润滑剂,该机械部件可以是便携的或可以其它方式移动远离补充源28。润滑剂储存器14可以根据需要被补充,从而允许例如在所关联的机械部件在远离补充源28的位置使用的同时,本地组件12独立于润滑剂源操作持续延长的时段。
图2是本地组件12的一部分的分解图,图示了如上所述的润滑剂储存器14、马达16、泵18、流体管20、入口/输出歧管22、截止阀组件32和入口管线34。图2进一步描绘了盖板44、密封环46、隔膜板48、储存器唇缘50、柔性隔膜52、填充板54、主入口56、主出口58、通气阀螺线管60、补充入口62、补充出口64和通气孔66。
在所描绘的实施例中,盖板44是用于润滑剂储存器14的基本扁平的盖,其用作马达16、泵18、截止阀组件32和通气孔66的基座。在组装状态下,盖板44被螺栓连接到密封环46、隔膜板48和储存器唇缘50。储存器唇缘50 是润滑剂储存器的环形凸缘,该环形凸缘被布置成接收紧固件并且与隔膜板48形成流体密封。隔膜板48和密封环46布置在储存器唇缘50和盖板44之间。在所描绘的实施例中,隔膜板48是包括柔性隔膜52和至少一个填充板 54的隔膜板。当储存器14不满时,填充板54的重量引起柔性隔膜52向下弓弯,远离盖板44。随着储存器14被填充,润滑剂储存器14内的润滑剂向上压迫柔性隔膜52和填充板54。在一些实施例中,隔膜板48的这种向上变形可致动截止阀组件32,使得当润滑剂储存器14满时截止阀组件32关闭。在替代实施例中,可替代地使用隔膜板的其它种类。通气孔66是盖板44中的被覆盖的孔,其允许在隔膜板下的气流,以在润滑剂储存器14中润滑剂料位下降时避免吸力。在一些实施例中,柔性隔膜52和/或填充板54可包括气流孔,其允许通过隔膜板48的气流,但关闭以阻隔润滑剂流动。
如关于图1所述,入口/输出歧管22是具有到流体管20中的流体通路/从流体管20出来的流体通路的流体歧管。主入口56和主出口58分别是入口/ 输出歧管22的输入端口和输出端口。主出口58连接到润滑剂工作管线24。在一些实施例中,入口/输出歧管22可具有服务于多个润滑剂工作管线的多个主出口。主入口56经由入口管线34和补充管线30从补充源28接收补充润滑剂。尽管入口管线34被图示为软管,但入口管线34的替代实施例可以例如是刚性管或通道。入口管线34将主入口56连接到补充出口64和截止阀组件32的出口端口。补充润滑剂在补充入口62处进入截止阀组件32,在补充出口64处从截止阀组件32离开(如果截止阀组件32打开),并且继续通过入口管线34、主入口56和流体管20进入润滑剂储存器14中。
在所描绘的实施例中,入口/输出歧管22配备有通气阀螺线管60,其是驱动与入口/输出歧管22一体的通气阀的致动器螺线管。通气阀螺线管60 根据在来自润滑控制器42的输出信号Co中所包括的指令信号致动入口/输出歧管22中的阀门定时。以这种方式,入口/输出歧管22能够在泵送模式和通气模式之间切换。在泵送模式中,泵18可驱动流体从润滑剂储存器14通过主出口58到润滑剂工作管线24,和/或润滑剂储存器14可通过主入口56接收从补充源28泵送的补充润滑剂。在通气模式中,作为压力释放机制,润滑剂工作管线24中的加压的流体被允许通过入口歧管22的入口通路再循环回到润滑剂储存器14中。
图3a是更详细图示截止阀组件32的、本地组件12的一个实施例的横截面视图。图3a图示了上文关于图2所描述的润滑剂储存器14、截止阀组件32、盖板44、密封环46、隔膜板48、储存器唇缘50、柔性隔膜52、填充板 54a和54b、补充入口62、补充出口64和通气孔66。图3a进一步图示了阀组件本体100、截止阀102、偏压元件104、致动销106、指示销108、帽110、销接收器112、阀密封件114、气流孔122a和122b以及隔膜活片124。
阀组件本体100是刚性本体,其具有多个流体通道,包括补充入口62 和补充出口64。如关于图1和2所描述的,截止阀组件32在补充入口62处接收来自补充源28的润滑剂。截止阀组件32的一些实施例可具有多个补充入口62和/或补充出口64。当截止阀102打开时,润滑剂从补充入口62自由流动到补充出口64,并且通过入口管线34到入口/输出歧管22和润滑剂储存器 14。当截止阀102关闭时,通过截止阀组件32的润滑剂流被截止。截止阀 102可以例如是通过偏压元件104朝向打开状态偏压的提升阀或梭阀。偏压元件104可以例如是抵靠帽110保持的弹簧。
当润滑剂储存器14变满时,致动销106将截止阀102从打开状态驱动到关闭状态。致动销106是从截止阀102延伸到隔膜板48的填充板54的刚性杆或轴。在一个实施例中,致动销106借助于销接收器118被承载在隔膜板 48上。其它实施例可以不具有销接收器112,并且致动销106可以直接置于隔膜板48上。指示销108是从截止阀102通过帽110向上延伸的刚性杆或轴,使得指示销108的顶部在外部可见。截止阀102、致动销106和指示销 108被连接并且在阀组件本体100内一起移动。在一些实施例中,致动销106 和指示销108可以紧固到截止阀102(例如,经由螺纹连接或钎焊)。在一些实施例中,致动销106和/或指示销108可以与截止阀102一体形成。
润滑剂可以在不影响隔膜板48或致动销106的位置的情况下填充润滑剂储存器14的大部分。然而,一旦来自补充源28的润滑剂流体已经填充润滑剂储存器14直到填充板54的最底位置,额外的流体就向上推动隔膜板48 的填充板54,同样向上驱动致动销106。致动销106的这种竖直位移向截止阀102施加与由偏压元件104施加的偏压力相反的力,朝向关闭状态驱动截止阀102,在关闭状态下没有流体可以流动通过截止阀组件32。以这种方式,截止阀组件32提供由润滑剂储存器14的填充所致动的完全机械的截止机制。
除了保持偏压元件104之外,帽110包括指示销108可以穿过的通路。当润滑剂储存器14中的润滑剂材料向上压迫填充板54和致动销106时,指示销头108从帽110冒出。这用作人类操作者的视觉指示器,一目了然地显示润滑剂储存器14是否完全满了。
填充板54a和54b具有各自的气流孔122a和122b,随着润滑剂料位相应地降低(在泵送期间)和升高(在补充期间),气流孔122a和122b允许气流通过通气孔66进入润滑剂储存器14和从润滑剂储存器14离开。在图示的实施例中,通过顶部填充板54a的顶部气流孔122a与通过底部填充板54b的底部气流孔122b相比具有较小的直径。在气流孔122a和122b之间的位置处,柔性隔膜52具有隔膜活片124。隔膜活片124作用为止回阀,允许气流横穿隔膜板48但与润滑剂接触地关闭以防止润滑剂横穿隔膜板48。尽管在图3a中仅仅图示了一组气流孔122a和122b以及隔膜活片124,但是隔膜板48的一些实施例可以包括多个这样的气流位置。
图3b是本地组件12的替代实施例的横截面视图。本地组件12完全如以上关于图3a所述地操作,但进一步包括具有传感器118和传送器120的传送器组件116。传送器组件116可以例如是附接到截止阀组件32的模块化组件。传送器组件116基于指示销108的位置发送指示截止阀102的状态的数字信号(例如到润滑剂控制器42)。传感器118感测截止指示销108何时从与截止阀102的打开状态对应的第一“下”位置竖直平移到与截止阀102的关闭状态对应的第二“上”位置。传送器120传送指示该阀状态的数据信号。传感器118可以例如是由指示销108的移动所致动的簧片开关,或者是感测指示销108的相对位置的电磁传感器。传送器120可以是无线或有线传送器,并且可以与润滑剂控制器42通信,或者与其它控制设备或装置通信。传送器组件116的一些实施例可以隐藏致动销头108,防止其用作人类用户的视觉指示器。
图4a和4b是图示如上文关于图3a所述的指示销108的“上”状态和“下”状态的本地组件1的透视图。图4a和4b示出本地组件12、马达16、阀组件本体100、指示销108和帽110。图4a描绘了与截止阀102打开对应的指示销 108的“下”状态。图4b描绘了与截止阀102关闭对应的指示销108的“上”状态。指示销108的位置用作允许人类用户一目了然地识别润滑剂储存器 14是否满了的视觉指示器。
如图3a、3b、4a和4b所示,截止阀组件32响应于润滑剂达到润滑剂储存器14的顶部被动关闭截止阀102。截止阀组件32还提供填充状态的指示,该填充状态的指示是由指示销108的位置提供的视觉指示器或是由传送器组件116传送的数据信号。

Claims (15)

1.一种润滑系统,包括:
润滑剂储存器;
入口,所述入口通到所述润滑剂储存器中;
隔膜板,所述隔膜板被布置在所述润滑剂储存器内的最顶位置处;
致动销,所述致动销被联接到所述隔膜板,使得填充所述润滑剂储存器向上压迫所述隔膜板,从而驱动所述致动销从与未填充的储存器状态相对应的第一位置到与填充的储存器状态相对应的第二位置;
补充入口,所述补充入口被构造成接收润滑剂;
补充出口,所述补充出口被流体连接到所述润滑剂储存器的入口;和
截止阀,所述截止阀被连接在所述补充入口和所述补充出口之间,并且由所述致动销致动以便当所述致动销在所述第一位置时流体连接所述补充入口和所述补充出口且当所述致动销在所述第二位置时将所述补充入口从所述补充出口流体隔离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑系统,其中所述致动销被偏压到所述第一位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的润滑系统,进一步包括指示销,所述指示销被联接到所述截止阀并且能够用作所述润滑剂储存器的填充状态的视觉指示器。

8.根据权利要求7所述的润滑系统,其中所述隔膜板进一步包括带有隔膜活片的气流孔,所述隔膜活片用作止回阀,从而允许气流流过所述隔膜但防止润滑剂流流过所述隔膜。
9.根据权利要求1所述的润滑系统,其中所述隔膜板包括由柔性膜支撑的两个大体上刚性的板,所述柔性膜横跨所述润滑剂储存器的顶部延伸。

12.根据权利要求10所述的入口截止组件,其中所述入口截止阀被朝向打开状态偏压。
13.根据权利要求10所述的入口截止组件,其中当所述致动销在所述第二位置时所述指示销远离所述截止阀延伸,但是当所述截止阀在所述第一位置时所述指示销被缩回。
14.根据权利要求10所述的入口截止组件,进一步包括:
传感器,所述传感器被布置成用于产生填充状态信号,所述填充状态信号指示所述致动销是在所述第一位置还是在所述第二位置;和
