Claims (28)
1. Система смазки, содержащая:
резервуар смазки;
насос смазки, расположенный для прокачки смазки из резервуара смазки;
рабочую линию смазки, расположенную для приема смазки, выкачанной из резервуара смазки;
впускное отверстие, расположенное для приема смазки пополнения в резервуар смазки;
коллектор впуска/выпуска жидкости, расположенный между резервуаром смазки и рабочей линией смазки, коллектор впуска/выпуска жидкости имеет:
выпускной канал, жидкостно соединяющий резервуар смазки с рабочей линией смазки;
впускной канал, жидкостно соединяющий впускное отверстие с резервуаром смазки; и
вентиляционный клапан, который может переводиться между первым состоянием, жидкостно изолирующим впускной канал от выпускного канала, и вторым состоянием, которое жидкостно соединяет впускной канал с выпускным каналом, тем самым позволяя вентиляцию смазки в рабочей линии смазки в резервуар смазки.
2. Система смазки по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно содержит:
контроллер; и
электронный привод, расположенный для активации вентиляционного клапана в ответ на команды активации от контроллера.
3. Система смазки по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что электронный привод представляет собой соленоидный привод.
4. Система смазки по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что вентиляционный клапан представляет собой челночный клапан или игольчатый клапан.
5. Система смазки по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что впускной канал и выпускной канал находятся в жидкостной связи с резервуаром смазки через трубку для жидкости, проходящую из первого положения возле коллектора впуска/выпуска жидкости во второе положение возле нижней части резервуара смазки.
6. Система смазки по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что трубка для жидкости содержит два концентрически расположенных цилиндрических канала.
7. Система смазки по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что внутренний канал из двух концентрически расположенных цилиндрических каналов находится в жидкостной связи с выпускным каналом, а внешний канал из двух концентрически расположенных цилиндрических каналов находится в жидкостной связи с впускным каналом.
8. Система смазки по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно содержит автоматический стопорный клапан, расположенный выше по потоку относительно впускного отверстия для предотвращения переполнения резервуара смазки.
9. Система смазки по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что рабочая линия смазки содержит инжектор смазки.
10. Система смазки по п. 9, отличающаяся тем, что разрешение вентиляции смазки в рабочей линии смазки в резервуар смазки позволяет переустанавливать инжектор смазки.
11. Коллектор впуска/выпуска жидкости для системы смазки, коллектор впуска/выпуска жидкости содержит:
выпускной канал, жидкостно соединяющий резервуар смазки с рабочей линией смазки;

вентиляционный клапан, который может переводиться между первым состоянием, жидкостно изолирующим впускной канал от выпускного канала, и вторым состоянием, которое жидкостно соединяет впускной канал с выпускным каналом, тем самым позволяя вентиляцию смазки в рабочей линии смазки в резервуар смазки.
12. Коллектор по п. 11, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно содержит электронный привод, расположенный для активации вентиляционного клапана в ответ на команды активации от контроллера.
13. Коллектор по п. 12, отличающийся тем, что электронный привод представляет собой соленоидный привод.
14. Коллектор по п. 11, отличающийся тем, что вентиляционный клапан представляет собой челночный клапан или игольчатый клапан.
15. Коллектор по п. 11, отличающийся тем, что выпускной канал и впускной канал находятся в жидкостной связи с резервуаром смазки через трубку для жидкости, проходящую из первого положения возле коллектора впуска/выпуска жидкости во второе положение возле нижней части резервуара смазки.
