Abstract

"COMPOSTO DE ZEóLITA, SEU MéTODO DE PRODUçãO E APLICAçãO CATALìTICA". Um material catalítico inclui zeólitas microporosas, com base em um meio de óxido inorgânico mesoporoso. A zeólita microporosa pode incluir zeólita beta, zeólita Y (incluindo 'Y ultra-estável' - USY) , mordenito, zeólita L, ZSM-5, ZSM-11, ZSM-12, ZSM-20, Theta-1, ZSM-34, ZSM-35, ZSM48, SSZ-32, PSH-3, MCM-22, MCM-49, MM-56, ITQ-1, ITQ-2, ITQ4, ITQ-21, SAPO-5, SAPO-11, SAPO-37, Breck-6, ALPO~ 4~-5, etc. O óxido inorgânico mesoporoso pode ser, por exemplo, sílica ou silicato. O material catalítico pode ser também modificado pela introdução de alguns metais, por exemplo, alumínio, titânio, molibdênio, níquel, cobalto, prata, tungstênio, paládio e platina. Pode ser utilizado como catalisadores em reações de acilação, alquilação, dimerização, oligomerização, polimerização, hidrogenação, desidrogenação, aromatização, isomerização, tratamento pela água, craqueamento catalítico e quebra pela água.
