"CEPA DE CHRYSOSPORIUM MUTANTE OBTENìVEL POR MéTODOS RECOMBINANTES OU DE MUTAGêNESE IN VITRO, CONSTRUçãO DE áCIDO NUCLéICO, CEPA MICROBIANA RECOMBINANTE, MéTODOS PARA PRODUZIR UM POLIPEPTìDEO DE INTERESSE, E PARA PRODUZIR UMA CEPA DE CHRYSOSPORIUM MUTANTE, E, XILANASE DE CHRYSOSPORIUM DA FAMìLIA DE XILANASES F". Descreve-se um novo sistema de transformação no campo dos hospedeiros fúngicos filamentosos para expressar e secretar polipeptídeos ou proteínas heterólogas. A invenção também abrange um processo para produzir grandes quantidades de polipeptídeo ou proteína de maneira económica. O sistema compreende uma cepa fúngica transformada ou transfectada do gênero Chrysosporium, mais particularmente de Chrysosporium lucknowense e seus mutantes ou derivados. Ela também abrange transformantes contendo seq³ências codificantes de Chrysosporium, bem como seq³ência reguladoras-de-expressão de genes de Chrysosporium.
