Abstract

""TRIAGEM DE ALTA PRODUçãO DE BIBLIOTECAS DE DNA EXPRESSADAS EM FUNGOS FILAMENTOSOS". Esta invenção fornece um método para a expressão de bibliotecas de DNA exógenas em fungos filamentosos. Os fungos são capazes de processar genes eucarióticos que contêm introns, e podem também conduzir etapas de processamento pós-translacionais, como a glicosilação e dobragem de proteínas. A invenção fornece o uso de fungos com morfologia alterada, que permite a triagem de alta produção e evolução molecular orientada de proteínas expressadas. Os mesmos fungos transformados podem ser usados (como ilustrado na figura 1) para produzir quantidades maiores de proteína para isolamento, caracterização, e testes aplicativos, e podem ser apropriados para produção industrial da proteína também.
