Abstract

В изобретении предлагается способ экспрессии экзогенных библиотек ДНК в гифомицетах. Грибы способны осуществлять процессинг содержащих интроны генов эукариот, а также могут осуществлять стадии посттрансляционного процессинга, такие как гликозилирование и укладка белка. В изобретении предлагается применение грибов с измененной морфологией, обеспечивающее высокопроизводительный скрининг и направленную молекулярную перестройку экспрессируемых белков. Те же самые трансформированные грибы могут быть применены (как показано на чертеже) для получения больших количеств белка для его выделения, характеристики и проверки на применимость, а также могут быть пригодны для промышленного получения белка.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
