Abstract
"MéTODOS E MATERIAIS PARA PRODUçãO DE áCIDO D-LáCTICO EM LEVEDURA". A presente invenção refere-se a biocatalisadores que são células, otimamente do fenótipo Crabtree-negativo, compreendendo vetores de expressão codificando genes heterólogos para a célula que permite produção incrementada de produtos orgânicos. De modo específico, a invenção refere-se a células Kluyveromyces geneticamente modificadas, métodos para produzir as células Kluyveromyces e a seu uso na produção de produtos orgânicos, particularmente, ácido D-láctico.
