在现实生活中,U盘的种类繁多,其中一种使用广泛的U盘是通过旋转U盘上的钢夹,以将U盘打开。目前,此类U盘的生产都是靠人工流水线作业生产,通过工人将U盘本体与钢夹的组装孔对准,当工人预压和扩张钢夹时,往往因角度不到位,造成钢夹与U盘的扣合有紧有松,严重影响了产品质量和生产效率,不仅技术落后,生产效率低下,增加了生产成本;而且由于人工操作误差,造成产品的质量标准不统一,监管难度大。因此,为了适应社会及企业的生产需要,亟需走自动化生产道路。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种钢夹自动给料装置,能保证钢夹在很小的角度范围内扩张,不仅产品的标准统一,大大提高了生产效率,而且降低了生产成本。

综上,本发明采用在底板1上安装推料机构2、用于装载钢夹100的载料机构3、用于将钢夹100从载料机构3输送至推料机构2上的取料机构4,推料机构2包括固定安装在底板1上的基座21、滑动设置在基座21顶端的推料槽22、固定设置在基座21上用于推动推料槽22滑动的第一推料气缸23;所述推料槽22的一端滑设有一根推动杆24,推料槽22的侧壁上固定设有用于驱动推动杆24滑动的第二推料气缸25;推料槽22的另一端的一侧壁上设有一通道26,推料槽22的侧壁上固定安装一扩张气缸27,扩张气缸27的伸缩端固定安装一扩张治具28,扩张治具28在扩张气缸27的驱动下可穿过所述通道26后位于所述推料槽22内。通过预先设置,扩张治具28能保证钢夹100在很小的角度范围内预压和扩张,与后续工序中的U盘扣合组装后,能保证钢夹100与U盘扣合后松紧合适,不仅产品的标准统一,大大提高了生产效率,而且降低了生产成本。
以上所述是本发明的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种钢夹自动给料装置,包括底板,其特征在于,还包括设置在底板上的推料机构、用于装载钢夹的载料机构、用于将钢夹从载料机构输送至推料机构上的取料机构,所述推料机构包括固定安装在底板上的基座、滑动设置在基座顶端的推料槽、固定设置在基座上用于推动推料槽滑动的第一推料气缸;所述推料槽的一端滑设有一根推动杆,所述推料槽的侧壁上固定设有用于驱动推动杆做往复滑动的第二推料气缸;所述推料槽的另一端的侧壁上设有一通道,所述推料槽的侧壁上固定安装一扩张气缸,所述扩张气缸的伸缩端固定安装一扩张治具,所述扩张治具在扩张气缸的驱动下可穿过所述通道后位于所述推料槽内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的钢夹自动给料装置,其特征在于,所述扩张治具为一块体,所述块体朝向推动杆端的端部为一圆滑曲面,形成横截面形状呈“U”形块体。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的钢夹自动给料装置,其特征在于,所述推动杆的推动端设有一优力胶部件,所述优力胶部件上设有一卡槽。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的钢夹自动给料装置,其特征在于,所述扩张气缸通过一固定板安装在推料槽的侧壁上。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的钢夹自动给料装置,其特征在于,所述取料机构包括固定安装在底板上的传送导轨、滑动安装在传送导轨上的安装板、以及安装在传送导轨上用于驱动安装板沿传送导轨做往复运动的伺服电机组件;所述安装板上设有一取料气缸,所述取料气缸的驱动端固定安装一用于取放钢夹的取料治具。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的钢夹自动给料装置,其特征在于,所述取料治具包括一取料块,所述取料块上设有真空吸嘴。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的钢夹自动给料装置,其特征在于,所述取料块上设有优力胶件。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的钢夹自动给料装置,其特征在于,所述真空吸嘴的气路上安装一真空压力表。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的钢夹自动给料装置,其特征在于,所述载料机构包括固定安装在底板上的固定座、滑动设置在固定座上的托板以及安装在固定座上用于驱动托板运动的步进电机组件,所述托板上设有料盒。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的钢夹自动给料装置,其特征在于,所述固定座上设有用于控制步进电机组件驱动托板移动位置的光电开关;所述托板上设有用于检测料盒位置的近接开关;所述托板上设有用于固定料盒位置的定位块。
