- step (D) the steps (B) and (C) are repeated until the temperature in the reaction vessel does not rise after the introduction of hydrogen, thereby reacting a theoretically required amount of hydrogen with the metal. Since the degree of temperature rise differs depending on the type of metal, the particle size of the metal, the amount of metal charged, the size of the reaction vessel, etc., the number of repetitions is adjusted according to the reaction conditions such as the amount of hydrogen introduced in one step.
- step (D) After the completion of the step (D), high purity metal hydride is generated in the reaction vessel. Moreover, since reaction temperature is controlled, adhesion to the container by melting

Abstract
