_進行進一步測試,檢驗影響滑片層預處理之變數。結果 綜列於下表1。Α代表預處理的樣品,使用較短之加^模 數’冷卻區有限,預處理出口和壓出模相隔2〇〇 預處理的樣品,有較長之加熱模組,預處理出口和壓出模進 口間有1.25 m ’致使在室溫的停留時間大約5〇秒,確保滑片 ,卻到大約40°C。觀察b樣品顯示收縮大約2至4%,對A 樣品則觀察到6至8%拉伸。總之,B狀況視為充分適於特 殊滑片層(紡製聚酯布)。
