Claims (16)
1. Стеклокерамика, содержащая
фазу силикатного стекла; и
от примерно 0,1 мол. % до примерно 10 мол. % фазы кристаллической MxWO3, включающей наночастицы, где M представляет собой, по меньшей мере, одно из H, Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Ca, Sr, Ba, Zn, Cu, Ag, Sn, Cd, In, Tl, Pb, Bi, Th, La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu и U, и 0<x<1
2. Стеклокерамика по п. 1, при этом стеклокерамика имеет пропускание, по меньшей мере, 1%/мм в диапазоне длин волн, по меньшей мере, в одном волновом диапазоне света шириной 50 нм для света, имеющего длину волны в интервале от примерно 400 нм до примерно 700 нм, при том стеклокерамика имеет пропускание менее чем 1%/мм для света, имеющего длину волны примерно 370 нм или менее, и при том стеклокерамика имеет пропускание менее чем 5%/мм, по меньшей мере, в одном волновом диапазоне света шириной 50 нм для света, имеющего длину волны в интервале от примерно 700 нм до примерно 2500 нм.
3. Стеклокерамика по п. 2, в которой пропускание стеклокерамики между 500 нм и примерно 2500 нм изменяется менее чем на 10%/мм, если стеклокерамику нагревают при температуре в интервале от примерно 200°C до примерно 300°C.
4. Стеклокерамика по п. 1, при этом стеклокерамика является ионообменной и имеет сжатый слой, простирающийся от поверхности стеклокерамики на глубину, по меньшей мере, примерно 10 μм внутри стеклокерамики, причем сжатый слой имеет напряжение сжатия, по меньшей мере, примерно 100 МПа и менее чем примерно 1500 МПа в поверхности.
5. Стеклокерамика по п. 1, при этом стеклокерамика содержит от примерно 0,1 мол. % до примерно 5 мол. % фазы кристаллической MxWO3, в которой M представляет собой, по меньшей мере, один щелочной металл.
6. Стеклокерамика по п. 1, при этом стеклокерамика является, по меньшей мере, частью теплозащитного экрана, оптического фильтра, архитектурного элемента, автомобильного компонента или корпуса для электронного дисплея.
7. Стеклокерамика, содержащая
фазу силикатного стекла; и
от примерно 0,1 мол. % до примерно 10 мол. % фазы кристаллической MxWO3, содержащей наночастицы, где М представляет собой, по меньшей мере, один щелочной металл, и 0<x<1.
8. 9. Стеклокерамика, причем стеклокерамика содержит
фазу стекла; и
кристаллическую фазу, содержащую наночастицы вольфрамовой бронзы, при этом стеклокерамика имеет пропускание, по меньшей мере, 1%/мм в диапазоне длин волн, по меньшей мере, в одном волновом диапазоне света шириной 50 нм для света, имеющего длину волны в интервале от примерно 400 нм до примерно 700 нм, и при этом стеклокерамика имеет пропускание менее чем 5%/мм, по меньшей мере, в одном волновом диапазоне света шириной 50 нм для света, имеющего длину волны в интервале от примерно 700 нм до примерно 2500 нм.
10. Стеклокерамика по п. 9, при том стеклокерамика является, по меньшей мере, частью теплозащитного экрана, оптического фильтра, архитектурного элемента, автомобильного компонента или корпуса для электронного дисплея.
