Claims (26)
1. Дисперсия мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом, включающая мелкие частицы оксида индия, легированного оловом, пластификатор для межслойной пленки, органический растворитель, содержащий спирты в качестве основного компонента, и стабилизатор дисперсии, в которой в условиях измерений при концентрации мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом, составляющей 0,7% по массе, и при длине оптического пути стеклянной ячейки, составляющей 1 мм, коэффициент пропускания видимого света составляет 80% или более, коэффициент пропускания солнечного излучения на длине волны в диапазоне от 300 до 2100 нм составляет 3/4 или менее коэффициента пропускания видимого света, величина помутнения составляет 1,0% или менее, и индекс желтизны составляет -20 или более.
2. Дисперсия по п.1, в которой вместо индекса желтизны, составляющего -20 или более, или при индексе желтизны, составляющем -20 или более, в условиях измерения при длине оптического пути стеклянной ячейки, составляющей 1 мм, величина отражения, измеренная при 0° среди распределения отраженного света под углом падения в 45°, полученном гониофотометрическим измерением, составляет 30 или менее.
3. Дисперсия по п.1, в которой пластификатор для межслойной пленки представляет собой, по меньшей мере, один, выбранный из группы, состоящей из дигексиладипата, триэтиленгликоль-ди-2-этилгексаноата, тетраэтиленгликоль-ди-2-этилгексаноата, триэтиленгликоль-ди-2-этилбутирата, тетраэтиленгликоль-ди-2-этилбутирата, тетраэтиленгликоль-ди-2-гептаноата и триэтиленгликоль-ди-2-гептаноата.
4. Дисперсия по п.1, в которой спирты включают, по меньшей мере, один, выбранный из группы, состоящей из метанола, этанола, пропанола, изопропанола, н-бутанола, изобутанола, втор-бутанола, трет-бутанола, лаурилового спирта, диацетонового спирта, циклогексанола, этиленгликоля, диэтиленгликоля и триэтиленгликоля.
5. Дисперсия по п.1, в которой стабилизатор дисперсии представляет собой соединение, имеющее, по меньшей мере, один атом, выбранный из группы, состоящей из азота, фосфора и атомов халькогенов.
6. Дисперсия по п.5, в которой стабилизатор дисперсии представляет собой, по меньшей мере, один, выбранный из группы, состоящей из соединения на основе сложного эфира серной кислоты, соединения на основе сложного эфира фосфорной кислоты, рицинолеиновой кислоты, полирицинолеиновой кислоты, поликарбоновой кислоты, многоатомный спирт, типа поверхностно-активного вещества, поливинилового спирта и поливинилбутираля.
7. Дисперсия по п.1, в которой стабилизатор дисперсии представляет собой, по меньшей мере, один, выбранный из группы, состоящей из хелата, неорганической кислоты и органической кислоты.
8. Дисперсия по п.1, в которой дисперсия мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом, содержит, в качестве стабилизатора дисперсии, три компонента, включающие соединение на основе сложного эфира фосфорной кислоты, органическую кислоту и хелат.
9. Дисперсия по п.1, в которой концентрация ITO мелких частиц составляет от 0,1 до 95% по массе, содержание пластификатора для межслойной пленки составляет от 1 до 99,9% по массе, содержание органического растворителя, содержащего спирты в качестве основного компонента, составляет от 0,02 до 25% по массе, и содержание стабилизатора дисперсии составляет от 0,0025 до 30% по массе.
10. Дисперсия по п.1, в которой дисперсию мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом, получают разбавлением дисперсии мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом, которая содержит мелкие частицы оксида индия, легированного оловом, пластификатор для межслойной пленки, органический растворитель, включающий спирты в качестве основного компонента, и стабилизатор дисперсии, и в которой концентрация мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом, составляет от 0,1 до 95% по массе, пластификатором для межслойной пленки или пластификатором для межслойной пленки, содержащем органический растворитель, содержащий спирты в качестве основного компонента и/или стабилизатор дисперсии.
11. Дисперсия по п.1, в которой когда концентрацию мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом, устанавливают до 10% по массе разбавлением дисперсии мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом, имеющей концентрацию мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом, 10% по массе или более, или когда концентрацию мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом, устанавливают до 40% по массе разбавлением дисперсии мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом, имеющей концентрацию мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом, 40% по массе или более, средний объемный размер мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом, составляет 80 нм или менее, и размер частицы при 90% аккумуляции (D90) составляет 160 нм или менее.
12. Дисперсия по п.1, в которой первичный средний размер мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом, составляет 0,2 мкм или менее.
13. Дисперсия по п.1, в которой период кристаллической решетки мелкой частицы оксида индия, легированного оловом, составляет от 10,11 до 10,16 Е.
14. Способ получения дисперсии мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом, по п.1, включающий смешение органического растворителя, содержащего спирты в качестве основного компонента, стабилизатора дисперсии, мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом, и пластификатора для межслойной пленки, диспергируя, таким образом, мелкие частицы оксида индия, легированного оловом.
15. Способ по п.14, в котором готовят смешанный раствор, содержащий органический растворитель, содержащий спирты в качестве основного компонента, стабилизатор дисперсии и мелкие частицы оксида индия, легированного оловом, и этот смешанный раствор смешивают с пластификатором для межслойной пленки, получая дисперсию мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом.
16. Способ по п.15, в котором готовят смешанный раствор, содержащий органический растворитель, содержащий спирты в качестве основного компонента, стабилизатор дисперсии и мелкие частицы оксида индия, легированного оловом, и этот смешанный раствор добавляют в пластификатор для межслойной пленки, или пластификатор для межслойной пленки добавляют в данный смешанный раствор, таким образом, диспергируя мелкие частицы оксида индия, легированного оловом.
17. Способ по п.15, в котором пластификатор, содержащий органический растворитель, содержащий спирты в качестве основного компонента, или стабилизатор дисперсии используют в качестве пластификатора для межслойной пленки.
18. Межслойная пленка для теплозащитного ламинированного стекла, полученная с использованием состава смолы из смеси дисперсии мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом, п.1 и смолы, где в условиях измерения, в которых межслойную пленку, имеющую толщину 0,76 мм, помещают между прозрачными листами стекла, имеющими толщину 2,5 мм, причем свойство экранирования электромагнитных волн на частоте от 0,1 МГц до 26,5 ГГц составляет 10 дБ или менее, величина помутнения составляет 1,0% или менее, коэффициент пропускания видимого света составляет 70% или более, коэффициент пропускания солнечного излучения на длине волны в диапазоне от 300 до 2100 нм составляет 80% или менее от коэффициента пропускания видимого света, и индекс желтизны составляет -12 или более.
19. Пленка по п.18, в которой вместо индекса желтизны, составляющего -12 или более или с индексом желтизны, составляющим -12 или более, величина отражения при 0° среди распределения отраженного света под углом падения в 45°, полученная гониофотометрическим измерением, составляет 25 или менее.
20. Пленка по п.18, в которой содержится от 20 до 60 частей по массе пластификатора для межслойной пленки и от 0,1 до 3 частей по массе мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом, исходя из 100 частей по массе поливинилацеталевой смолы.
21. Пленка по п.20, в которой поливинилацеталевая смола представляет собой поливинилбутиралевую смолу.
22. Пленка по п.18, в которой композиция смолы, полученная смешением дисперсии мелких частиц оксида индия, легированного оловом, со смолой, дополнительно, содержит соль щелочного металла и/или соль щелочноземельного металла в качестве регулятора адгезии.
23. Пленка по п.18, в которой мелкие частицы оксида индия, легированного оловом, имеют средний размер частиц 80 нм или менее и диспергированы таким образом, что число частиц, имеющих размер 100 нм или более, составляет одну на мкм2 или менее.
24. Ламинированное стекло, включающее межслойную пленку для ламинированного стекла по п.18.
25. Ламинированное стекло по п.24, имеющее свойства экранирования теплового излучения, в котором характеристика экранирования электромагнитных волн на частоте от 0,1 МГц до 26,5 ГГц составляет 10 дБ или менее, величина помутнения составляет 1,0% или менее, коэффициент пропускания видимого света составляет 70% или более, коэффициент пропускания солнечного излучения на длине волны в диапазоне от 300 до 2100 нм составляет 80% или менее от коэффициента пропускания видимого света, и индекс желтизны составляет -12 или более.
26. Ламинированное стекло по п.25, где вместо индекса желтизны, составляющего -12 или более, или с индексом желтизны, составляющим -12 или более, величина отражения при 0° среди распределения отраженного света под углом падения в 45°, полученная гониофотометрическим измерением, составляет 25 или менее.
