Description
Mateanordning til spredere for korn- eller pulverformet
materiale.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en mateanordning til spredere for korn- eller pulverformet materiale, omfattende en traktformet forrådsbeholder med en mateåpning i dennes nedre del og et, under nevnte åpning anordnet, rundt en horisontal aksel svingbart lagret organ, som ved hjelp av en drivanordning gis en frem og tilbake svingende bevegelse.
Spredningen av materialet volder normalt ingen problemer og kan f.eks. skje ved hjelp av en rotor med i hovedsaken vertikal aksel og med radielt forløpende utkasterskovler. Vanskelighetene har hittil ligget i matningen av materialet fra forrådsbeholderen til de nevnte rotorer. Mateanordningen skal forhindre en direkte gjennomstrømning av materialet igjennom mateåpningen og fordele en konstant mengde materiale uavhengig av forrådsbeholderens opp-fylningsgrad.
Ved en tidligere kjent mateanordning (svensk patent
nr. 205.773) skjer matnirigen ved at en, rundt en horisontal aksel svingbart lagret frem og tilbake drevet vinge er bevegelig umid-delbart ovenfor en med svingeakselen konsentrisk fast skål. Vingen skyver for hvert slag en del av materialet foran seg og over skå-lens kant. Det har vist seg, at ved mateanordninger av denne type, den frem og tilbake svingende vinge vil komme til å bearbeide materialet mellom seg og den faste skålen, slik at materialet blir sam-menpakket og/eller knuses noe som eventuelt kan innebære visse ulemper.
Ved en lignende tidligere kjent mateanordning til spredere er vingen fast anordnet i midten av mateåpningen, under hvilken er anordnetenfrem og tilbake svingende skål, som i nøytral stilling med sine, med svingeakselen parallelle kanter befinner seg omtrent i samme høyde som mateåpningen. Ved at den omtalte bearbeidelses-tendensen angår er denne redusert ved sistnevnte anordning, men der-imot oppviser denne flere andre ulemper, så som ujevn mating, til en viss grad antagelig beroende på at den for en stor del skjer på grunn av friksjon mellom skålen og materialet, vanskeligheten ved helt å kunne tømme mateanordningen samt fremstillingstekniske kom-plikasjoner. Særlig hvis materialet er en kunstgjødsel og denne blir stående i skålen, vil denne bli utsatt for sterk korrosjon. Også rengjøringen er vanskelig på grunn av den skålformede konstruk-sjon og kan bare skje ved at skålen fjernes.
Hensikten med foreliggende oppfinnelse er å eliminere ovennevnte ulemper og å frembringe en mateanordning som er enkel å fremstille og derved billigere i fremstilling, selvtømmende, inn-stillbar for forskjellige matemengder ved uforandret hastighet for sprederen, og sist, men ikke minst en jevn mating.
Det som hovedsaklig kjennetegner oppfinnelsen, er at organet utgjøres av en plan skive, som er utformet slik at den i en stilling som er hovedsaklig parallell med mateåpningen dekker en flate, som i hvert fall tilsvarer grunnflaten til en i tverrsnitt triangulær figur, som dannes av spredningsmaterialetS'i. naturlige rasvinkel.
Et eksempel på utførelsen av oppfinnelsen fremstilt på vedlagte tegning, som viser et vertikalt snitt gjennom mateanordningen og rotoren. På den skjematiske tegningen vises bare de kon-struksjonsdetaljer som er vesentlige for å illustrere oppfinnelsen. Således vises ikke hvordan sprederen er montert, hvorledes den f.eks. kan være anordnet på en kjerre eller båret av en traktor.
På tegningen viser 1 en traktformet forrådsbeholder, som
i sin nedre del er utstyrt med en mateåpning 2, under hvilken det er anordnet en, rundt en horisontal aksel 3 svingbart lagret organ 4, bestående av en plan skive 5> som ve& hjelp av sideplate 6 er fast mot vridning forbundet med nevnte aksel. Skiven 5 er' utformet slik, at den i en stilling hovedsaklig parallell med mateåpningen 2 dekker en flate, som iallefall tilsvarer grunnflaten til en i tverrsnitt triangulær figur, som dannes av materialets naturlige rasvinkel. Mateåpningen 2 kan reguleres ved hjelp av hev- og senkbare styreplater 7> anbragt ved sideveggene til forrådsbeholderen 1, hvilke sidevegger er parallelt anordnet med den horisontale aksel 3« I styreplatene 7 er det slisser, beregnet til å virke sammen med, til sideveggene festede bolter, utstyrt med vingemuttere 15, på en slik måte, at styreplatene kan skyves frem til den på tegningen viste stilling, som tilsvarer den minste mateåpning, mens forrådsbeholderens største mateåpning oppnås med styreplatenes nedre kanter i nivå med sideveggenes nedre kanter. De med stiplede linjer antydede figurer 8 og 9 fremstilles av materialets naturlige rasvinkel ved maksimal, resp. minimal mateåpning. Skiven 5 er langs to, parallelt med akselen 3 gående sider, utstyrt med en oppstående kant 10, som er lengre enn avstanden fra mateåpningen 2 til skivens mot åpningen vendte side. Kanten 10 er beregnet til å forhindre matning av materiale bare på grunn av ristebevegelse, f.eks. ved sprederens transport over ujevn mark.
Organets 4 frem og tilbake svingende bevegelse kan oppnås på forskjellige måter, f.eks. ved hjelp av en til traktorens (ikke vist) kraftuttak, koblet aksel eller til en av sprederens hjul drevet anordning. Hensiktsmessig er også skivens svingningsamplitude regulerbar.
Under utmatningsanordningen er plassert den i og for seg kjente spreder 11, som består av en rotor med en sentral skålformet mottakerdel 12 og fra denne radielt utgående utkasterskovle 13.
Midt foran hver skovel er det i mottakerdelens sidevegg anordnet hull 14, gjennom hvilke materialet slynges av sentrifugalkraften til skovlene 13- "Sprederen 11 kan drives på lignende måte som mateanordningen.
Oppfinnelsen er ikke begrenset til den beskrevne utførel-sesform, men enkeltheter kan byttes ut mot andre med tilsvarende funksjoner innenfor oppfinnelsens ramme.
Claims (3)
1. Mateanordning til spredere for korn- eller pulverformet materiale, omfattende en traktformet forrådsbeholder med en mateåpning i dennes nedre del og et, under nevnte åpning anordnet, rundt en horisontal aksel svingbart lagret organ, som ved hjelp av drivanordning gis en frem og tilbake svingende bevegelse, karakterisert ved at organet (4) fremstilles av en plan skive (5) som er utformet slik at den i en stilling hovedsaklig parallell med mateåpningen (2) dekker en flate, som iallefall tilsvarer grunnflaten til en, i tverrsnitt triangulær figur (8), som dannes av spredningsmaterialets naturlige rasvinkel.
'2. Anordning ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at det skiveformede organ (4) er utstyrt med en oppstående kant (10) som er lavere enn avstanden fra mateåpningen (2) til organets, mot åpningen vendte side.
3. Anordning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, karakterisert ved hev- og senkbare styreplater (7), anbragt i mateåpningen (2) ved forrådsbeholderens (1), parallelt med den horisontale aksel (3) anordnede sidevegger.
