Abstract
La presente invencion proporciona un proceso mejorado para preparar la (S)-4-{ [3-[2-(dimetilamino) etil]-1H-indol-5-il]-metil}-2-oxazolidinona la cual comprende; a) formar un carbamato de la formula (III), a partir de clorhidrato de 4-nitro(L)-fenilalaninato de metilo; b) reducir el compuesto de la formula (III) para dar el compuesto de la formula (IV); c) reducir el agrupamiento del metiléster en el compuesto de la formula (IV) para dar el compuesto de la formula (V); d) el cierre de anillo del compuesto de la formula (V) para dar el compuesto de la formula (VI); e) la formacion de la sal diazonio a partir del compuesto de la formula (VI) seguido por la reduccion para dar el compuesto de la formula (VII); f) reaccion de Fischer del compuesto de la formula (VII) para dar la (S)-4-{3-[2-(dimetilamino)etil]-1H-indol-5-il]-met il}-2-oxazolidinona.
