Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a nuevos nucleótidos, péptidos y proteínas insecticidas su expresión en plantas, métodos para producir lo péptidos nuevos procesos, técnicas de producción, nuevos péptidos, nuevas formulaciones y nuevos organismos, un proceso que aumenta el rendimiento de producción de péptido insecticida a partir de sistemas de expresión de levadura. La presente invención también se refiere y describe endotoxinas seleccionadas denominados péptidos insecticidas ricos en cisteína (CRIPS) que son péptidos derivados de Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) y sus genes de endotoxinas junto con péptidos tóxicos conocidos como péptidos y genes del nudo inhibidor de cistina (ICK), así como otros de péptidos insecticidas, tales como secuencias del péptido del factor oostático modulador de tripsina (TMOF) usadas en varias formulaciones y combinaciones de ambos genes y péptidos, útiles para el control de insectos.
