Description
Oblast pronalaska
Ovaj se pronalazak odnosi na nove razvoje u kontejnerima sa vrećicama, posebno u integralno duvanjem oblikovanih kontejnera sa vrećicama načinjenih od jednog jedinog materijala. Takođe se odnosi na postupak za proizvodnju kontejnera sa vrećicom, a posebno na predforme koje se koriste za njihovu proizvodnju kao i postupak za proizvodnju pomenute predforme.
Osnove pronalaska
Vrećice sa kontejnerom, takođe poznate kao boce sa vrećicom ili kao kutije sa vrećicom zavisno od geometrije spoljne posude, svi ovde primenjeni izrazi koji se ovde smatraju kao da su obuhvaćeni značenjem izraza kontejner sa vrećicom, predstavljaju jednu familiju posuda za raspodelu tečnosti, koje se sastoje od spoljnjeg kontejnera koji ima otvor do atmosfere -tzv. usta- i koji sadrži jednu savitljivu, sklopljivu vrećicu koja je pričvršćena napomenuti kontejner i ima otvor do atmosfere u području tih usta. Sistem mora da sadrži najmanje jedan otvor za provetravanje koji putem tečnosti povezuje atmosferu sa područjem između unutrašnje vrećice i spoljnjeg kontejnera da bi se kontrolisao pritisak u tom području radi pritiskivanja unutrašnje vrećice i istakanja tečnosti koja se nalazi u njoj.
Uobičajeno je bilo - i još uvek je - da se kontejneri sa vrećicom proizvode sa posebno izrađenom unutrašnjom vrećicom koja ima specifičan sklop za zatvaranje grla i jednim pripremljenim kontejnerom (obično u obliku boce). Vrećica se umeće u otvor potpuno obrazovane boce i tu se pričvršćuje pomoću sklopa za zatvaranje grla, koji sadrži jedan otvor prema unutrašnjosti vrećice i koji povezuje prostor između vrećice i boce sa atmosferom; primeri takvih konstrukcija se nalaze, na primer, u USA3484-11, USA3450254, USA4,330,066 i USA4892230. Ove vrste kontejnera sa vrećicom imaju prednost što se mogu više puta koristiti, ali su veoma skupe i teške za izradu.
Skorašnja dostignuća usmerena su na proizvodnju "integralnim duvanjem oblikovanih vrećica u kontejnerima" čime se izbegavaju komplikovani radovi na uklapanju vrećice u kontejner. Kod oblikovanja duvanjem jedna polimerna višeslojna predforma u jednom kontejneru sadrži jedan unutrašnji sloj i jedan spoljni sloj, tako da je
prianjanje između unutrašnjih i spoljnih slojeva ovako proizvedenog kontejnera dovoljno slabo da se lako razdvoje po uvođenju nekog gasa u graničnu površinu. "Unutrašnji sloj"
i "spoljni sloj" mogu se sastojati od samo jednog sloja ili od više slojeva, ali se u svakom slučaju mogu lako identifikovati, u krajnjem slučaju posle razdvajanja. Ova tehnologija sadrži mnoge izazove i predlagana su brojna alternativna rešenja.
Višeslojna predforma može biti izrađena dubokim izvlačenjem ili ubrizgavanjem (vidi: USA-6238201, JPA11010719, JPA9208688, USA6649121). Ako prvi postupak ima prednost u produktivnosti, drugi je poželjniji kada se zahteva preciznost zidova, tipično kod kontejnera za sipanje napitaka.
Obrazovanje otvora za ventilaciju koji spaja prostor ili graničnu površinu između
vrećice i boce do atmosfere ostaje kao kritični korak u integralnim duvanjem oblikovanih
kontejnera sa vrećicom, pa je predlagano nekoliko rešenja u , na primer, USA5301838, USA5407629, JPA5213373, JPA8001761, EPA1356915, USA6649121, JPA10180853,
Predforma za proizvodnju integralnih duvanjem oblikovanih kontejnera sa vrećicama jasno se razlikuje od predformi za izradu duvanjem oblikovanih višeslojnih kontejnera, pri čemu razni slojevi kontejnera nisu namenjeni za razdvajanje zbog debljine slojeva. Kontejner sa vrećicom sastoji se od spoljnjeg strukturnog omotača koji sadrži jednu savitljivu, sklopljivu vrećicu. Iz toga sledi da je spoljni sloj kontejnera znatno deblji od unutrašnje vrećice. Isti odnos se svakako može naći i kod predformi, koje su karakteristične po tome da je unutrašnji sloj znatno tanji od spoljnjeg sloja. Šta više, u nekim slučajevima predforma ima otvore za ventilaciju koji se nikad ne nalaze u predformama za proizvodnju višeslojnih kontejnera (vidi: EPA1356915).
Jedan suvišan problem sa integralnim kontejnerom sa vrećicom oblikovanim duvanjem jeste izbor materijala za unutrašnji i spoljni sloj, koji moraju biti birani prema striktnim kriterijumima podudarnosti u terminima obrade, s jedne strane, i, struge strane, o neusaglašenosti u terminima. Ovi se kriterijumi ponekad teško mogu ispuniti u kombinaciji kako će biti kasnije prikazano.
Polazeći od podudarnosti obrade, EPA1356915 i USA66649121 predlažu da temperatura spoljnjeg sloja treba da bude veća nego ona od unutrašnjeg sloja da bi se omogućila proizvodnja integralnih predformi ubrizgavanjem kalupa spoljnjeg sloja kao prvog, a potom ubrizgavanjem unutrašnjeg sloja. Primeri materijala za spoljni sloj, koje daju autori, obuhvataju PET i EVOH , dok je polietilen dat kao primer za unutrašnji sloj. Mada bi se ova selekcija materijala mogla pokazati pogodnom za proizvodnju predformi ubrizgavanjem u kalupu, ona je daleko od optimalnog za oblikovanje duvanjem jer su polietilen i PET karakteristični po potpuno različitim temperaturama oblikovanja duvanjem. Dalje je u USA6238201 opisan jedan postupak koji uključuje
višestruko istiskivanje jednog dvoslojnog šupljeg stakla praćenog oblikovanjem duvanjem pomenutog šupljeg stakla u jedan kontejner sa vrećicom pri čemu je poželjno da spoljni sloj sadrži neki olefin a unutrašnji sloj jedan amorfni poliamid.
Što se tiče izbora materijala sa slabim gramcmm lepljenjem potrebnim za obezbeđenje ispravnog razdvajanja unutrašnjeg sloja od spoljnjeg sloja posle upotrebe, pominje se u JPA2005047172 "međusobno neslepljive sintetičke smole". U ponovnom pregledu USA921416 pominje se primena slojeva za deblokiranje slojeva isprepletenih između unutrašnjih i spoljnih slojeva, tako da se obrazuju troslojne ili petoslojne strukture. Jedan primer takve konstrukcije opisan je u USA5301838 koji opisuje jedan kompleks od petoslojne predforme koja sadrže tri PET slojeva isprepletena sa dva tanka sloja materijala biranih iz gupe koju čine EVOH, PP, PE, PA6. I ovde, pored složenosti povezane za izradom ovakvih predformi, znatne razlike u temperaturama oblikovanja duvanjem karakterišu ove različite materijale. Poslednje ali ne i najmanje, korišćenje različitih materijala čini recikliranje takvog kontejnera sa vrećicom problematičnim jer se vrećica ne može lako ukloniti iz kontejnera posle upotrebe.
Iz prethodnog sledi da je još ostala potreba u području integralnih, duvanjem oblikovanih kontejnera, i to u vezi sa izborom materijala za unutrašnje i spoljne slojeve kao i za mogućnost reciklovanja kontejnera sa vrećicom posle upotrebe.
Kratak sadržaj pronalaska
Ovaj je pronalazak definisan u priloženim nezavtsmm zahtevima. Poželjna izviđenja definisana su u zavisnim zahtevima. Posebno se ovaj pronalazak odnosi na jedan integralni duvanjem oblikovan kontejner, pri čemu je isti polimer u dodiru na obe strane granične površine između unutrašnjeg i spoljnjeg sloja.
Takođe se odnosi na jednu predformu za oblikovanje duvanjemjednog kontejnera
sa vrećicom, pri čemu predforma obrazuje jedan dvoslojni kontejner posle oblikovanja duvanjem i pri čemu ovako dobijen unutrašnji sloj kontejnera oslobađa se iz ovako dobijenog spoljnjeg sloja posle uvođenja nekog gasa u jednoj tački granične površine između dva sloja. Unutrašnji i spoljni slojevi načinjeni su od istog materijala.
Jedno poželjno izvođenje predforme prema ovom pronalasku jeste jedan sklop koji ima jednu prvu predformu za unutrašnji sloj, i jednu drugu predformu za spoljni sloj tako da se prva predforma može uglaviti u drugu predformu.
Kod jednog alterativnog izvođenja, predforma je jedna integralna predforma dobijena ubrizgavanjem jednog sloja preko drugog sloja.

Detaljan opis pronalaska
Na priloženim slikama, lA i lB, prikazan je jedan integralni, oblikovan duvanjem, kontejner (2) sa vrećicom i jedna predforma (1)&(l') za njegovu proizvodnju. Predforma (l) sadrži jedan unutrašnji sloj (ll) i jedan spoljni sloj (12) spojene bar na nivou područja (6) suženja na jednoj graničnoj površini (prikazanoj sa desne strane). Područje između unutrašnjeg sloja (ll) i spoljnjeg sloja (12) može se sastojati od jedne granične površine (14) na kojoj su dva sloja u suštini u međusobnom dodiru, ili može imati bar jedan otvor (14') u vezi bar sa jednim ventilom (3) u vezi sa atmosferom u (4).
Mnogi su oblici otvora za ventilaciju izvedeni i nije kritično koji će oblik biti izabran. Ipak je poželjno da otvor za ventilaciju bude postavljen uz otvor (5) predforme i usmeren koaksijalne sa njim, kako je prikazano na slici l. Poželjno je da otvor za ventilaciju ima oblik klina čija je šira strana na nivou otvora (4) i koja postaje sve tanja kako se sve dublje probija u posudu, sve dok se dva sloja ne dodirnu da bi napravili jednu graničnu površinu (14) bar na nivou područja suženja. Ova geometrija omogućuje efikasnije i ponovljivije odvajanje slojeva unutrašnje vrećice posle korišćenja kontejnera sa vrećicom. Kontejner može da sadrži jedan ili više otvora za ventilaciju raspoređenih oko ivice otvora kontejnera sa vrećicom. Poželjno je da se postavi nekoliko otvora koji omogućuju da granična površina unutrašnjeg sloja (21) i spoljnjeg sloja (22) kontejnera (2) sa vrećicom posle duvanja ispušta ravnomemije gas pod pritiskom kroz pomenute otvore. Poželjno je da predforma sadrži dva otvora za ventilaciju na ivici otvora posude, izvedena dijametralno suprotno jedan prema drugom. Još bolje, tri, a najbolje četiri otvora za ventilaciju, ravnomemo raspoređena po ivici otvora.
Predforma se može sastojati od jednog sklopa od dve odvojene predforme, (ll) i (12), proizvedene nezavisno jedna od druge, a potom sklopljene tako da se unutrašnja predforma (ll) ugradi u spoljnu predformu (12). Ovo rešenje omogućuje veliku slobodu u projektovanju suženja i otvora za ventilaciju. Alternativno, to može biti jedna integralna predforma dobijena ubrizgavanjem jednog sloja preko drugog sloja. To drugo izvođenje ima prednost u odnosu na sklopljene predforme jer nema stepen sklapanja i potrebna je samo jedna prizvodna stanica za izradu predformi. S druge strane, projektovanje otvora za provetravanje ograničeno je ovim procesom.
Kada intuicija sugerira, a sva prethodna iskustva uče da koriste "različite i međusobno neprilepljive sintetičke smole" za unutrašnje i spoljnje smole za jednu predformu za izradu jednog kontejnera sa vrećicom (vidi JPA200504 7172), iznenađujuće se pokazalo da se mogu ostvariti izvrsni rezultati kod razdvajanja unutrašnjih i spoljnih slojeva takođe i sa predformama gde se i unutrašnji i spoljni slojevi sastoje od istog materijala. Slični su rezultati dobijeni i kod sklopova predformi kao i kod integralnih predformi. U slučaju integralnih, preterano izlivenih predformi, obično se veruje da se bolji rezultati dobijaju sa polukristalnim polimerima.
Pogodni materijali za spoljne i unutrašnje slojeve za predformu i za kontejner sa vrećicom prema ovom pronalasku jesu parovi različitih materijala biranih iz grupe poliestara kao što su PET, PEN, PTT, PTN; poliamidi kao što su PA6, PA66, PAll, PA12: poliolefini kao PE, PP; EVOH; polimeri koji se razgrađuju pod dejstvom bakterija kao što je poliglikol acetat (PGAc); polimlečna kiselina (PLA); kao i njihovi kopolimeri
i njihove mešavine.
Isti polimer se smatra da je u dodiru sa obe strane granične površine između unutrašnjeg i spoljnjeg sloja u sledećim slučajevima:
* unutrašnji i spoljni sloj sastoje se od istog materijala (na pr., PETunutr.-
PETspolj., bez obzira na specifičan stepen svakog od PET-a), ili
* unutrašnji i spoljni sloj sastoje se od neke mešavine ili kopolimera koji
imaju bar jedan zajednički polimer, pod uslovom da je pomenuti polimer zajednički na
graničnoj površini, dok je različiti polimer van granične površine (na pr., (0,85 PET +
0,15 PA6)unutr.(0.8 PET + 0,2 PE)spoljni.
Prisustvo jednog sloja sa malom količinom aditiva ne smatra se da čini materijal različitim, pod uslovom da ne menja znatnije graničnu površinu.
Dva sloja (ll) i (12) predforme mogu se povezati sa jednom grantcnom površinom (14) u suštini po celoj unutrašnjoj površini spoljnjeg sloja (vidi (l) na slici lA). Nasuprot tome, oni mogu biti razdvojeni preko znatnog dela tela predforme jednim međuprostorom (14') koji sadrži vazduh i koji je u vezi sa najmanje jednim priključkom otvora (3) za ventilaciju (vidi (l') na slici lB). Ovo se drugo izvođenje može lakše ostvariti kada se koristi jedan sklop predforme projektovan tako da je unutrašnja predforma čvrsto pričvršćena na spoljnu preformu u području (6) suženja pa se tako može obrazovati jedan značajan međuprostor (14) između unutrašnjih slojeva (ll) i spoljnih slojeva (12).
Kontejner (2) sa vrećicom prema ovom pronalasku može se dobiti dobijanjem jedne predforme, kako je napred opisano; dovođenjem pomenute predforme do temperatura za oblikovanje duvanjem; pričvršćivanje ovako zagrejane predforme na nivou suženja sa sredstvima za pričvršćivanje u alatu za oblikovanje duvanjem; i oblikovanje duvanjem ovako zagrejane predforme da bi se oblikovao kontejner sa vrećicom. Unutrašnji sloj (21) i spoljni sloj (22) ovako dobijenog kontejnera sa vrećicom povezani su jedan sa drugim jednom graničnom površinom (24) u suštini cele unutrašnje površine spoljnjeg sloja. Pomenuta granična površina (24) povezana je sa atmosferom kroz ventile (3), koji su održali svoju originalnu geometriju kroz proces oblikovanja duvanjem pošto je područje sužavanja gde su postavljeni ventili bili čvrsto držani sredstvima za pričvršćivanje i nisu se istezali u toku duvanja.
Bitno je da se granična površina (24) između unutrašnjeg sloja (21) i spoljnjeg sloja (22) oslobađa posle izduvavanja gasa pod pritiskom kroz otvore za provetravanje na stabilan i ponovljiv način. Uspeh pomenute operacije zavisi od više parametara, posebno, jačine lepka na graničnoj površini, broja, geometrije i distribucije otvora za ventilaciju, i od pritiska ubrizganog gasa. Jačina granične površine ključni je element i može se
podešavati izborom materijala za spoljne i unutrašnje slojeve, i procesnim parametrima tokom oblikovanja duvanjem . Pokazivač pritiska-vremena-temperature koji se koristi, svakako je od primarnog značaja i veoma zavisi od izabranih materijala biranih za unutrašnje i spoljne slojeve.
Izvrsni rezultati se mogu mogu postići ako se proces oblikovanja duvanjem izvodi na jednoj predformi kako je ranije opisano, od tipa kod koga jedan međuprostor koji sadrži vazduh koji razdvaja unutrašnji i spoljni sloj preko značajnog dela predforme i pri čemu je pomenuti međuprostor povezan sa najmanje jednim priključkom otvora za provetravanje i gde,
* u prvom stupnju, neki se gas uduva u prostor definisan unutrašnjim slojem da bi
se predforma izdužila, dok je vazduh u međuprostoru koji razdvaja unutrašnji sloj od
spoljnjeg sloja predforme, sprečen od ispuštanja zatvaranjem bar jednog otvora za ventilaciju na međuprostoru na predformi pomoću jednog ventila postavljenog u sredstvo za pričvršćivanje; i
* u drugom stupnju, kada pritisak gasa naraste u pomenutom međuprostoru do neke
unapred određene vrednosti, ventil se otvara i omogućuje ispuštanje vazduha zatvorenog
u pomenutom međuprostoru.
Ovim postupkom, unutrašnji sloj je sprečen da dođe u dodir sa spoljnim slojem jednim vazdušnim jastukom unutar međuprostora koji razdvaja dva sloja kada su njihove pojedinačne temperature najveće. Kako se istezanje nastavlja, međuprostor postaje tanji a pritisak vazduha u međuprostoru se podešava. Kada pritisak dostigne jednu unapred određenu vrednost, ventil koji zatvara otvor za ventilaciju se otvara, vazduh se izbacuje, a unutrašnji sloj može doći u dodir sa spoljnim slojem i obrazovati jednu graničnu površinu u fazi kada njihove pojedinačne temperature padnu do nivoa kada prianjanje između slojeva ne može da se uspostavi do bilo kog značajnijeg nivoa.
Neko sredstvo za otpuštanje može se koristiti na graničnoj površini na jednoj ili na obe površine unutrašnjeg sloja i spoljnjeg sloja, koji treba da obrazuju graničnu površinu za kontejner sa vrećicom. Svako sredstvo za otpuštanje koje se može naći na tržištu i koje je najbolje prilagođeno materijalu koji se koristi za predformu i koje izdržava temperature oblikovanja, kao što su sredstva za otpuštanje na bazi silikona ili na bazi opterećenja koje deluje na unutrašnji sloj posle odvajanja slojeva, tako da se unutrašnji sloj može projektovati da bude veoma tanak i savitljiv bez rizika da se unutrašnji sloj ošteti posle odvajanja slojeva, pa takav tanak sloj može biti projektovan da bude veoma tanak i fleksibilan bez rizika da unutrašnji sloj bude oštećen kod odvajanja slojeva. Jasno je da je fleksibilnost unutrašnje vrećice jedan ključni parametar za raspodelu tečnosti a sem toga mogu se postići velike uštede u materijalu kada unutrašnji sloj može biti projektovan da bude veoma tanak.
Primena nekog sredstva za otpuštanje posebno je korisna u odnosu na projektovanje unutrašnjeg sloja. U stvari, snižavajući ometavajuću jačinu prianjanja olakšava se odvajanje slojeva unutrašnjeg sloja od spoljnjeg sloja pa se tako smanjuje opterećenje koje deluje na unutrašnji sloj posle odvajanja slojeva, tako da se unutrašnji sloj može projektovati da bude veoma tanak i savitljiv bez rizika da se unutrašnji sloj
ošteti posle odvajanja slojeva. Jasno je da je fleksibilnost unutrašnje vrećice jedan ključni parametar za raspodelu tečnosti a sem toga mogu se postići velike uštede u materijalu kada unutrašnji sloj može biti projektovan da bude veoma tanak.
Dodatno, primena sredstva za otpuštanje omogućuje smanjenje širine otvora koji razdvaja unutrašnji i spoljni sloj. Smanjenjem širine tog otvora, unutrašnji sloj predforme može biti projektovan sa istom debljinom ali sa većim radijalnim presekom, što dovodi do smanjenja stepena istezanja unutrašnjeg sloja tokom oblikovanja duvanjem i prema tome do smanjenja potencijalnog obrazovanja mikro-prskotina u unutrašnjem sloju.
Primer:
Jedna predforma prema ovom pronalasku proizvedena je ubrizgavanjem jedne rastopine u prvu šupljinu kalupa da se obrazuje unutrašnji sloj (ll) predforme. Jedna rastopina ubrizgava se u drugu šupljinu ohlađenu da formira spoljni sloj (12) predforme. Ove dve komponente su sastavljene da obrazuju jednu predformu u skladu sa ovim pronalaskom.
Predforma proizvedena kako je napred objašnjeno, bila je zagrejana u jednoj peći koja ima niz infra-crvenih sijalica a potom su pričvršćene u jedan kalup za oblikovanje duvanjem, pri čemu su zidovi održavani na željenoj temperaturi. Vazduh ubrizgan u predformu pod pitiskom. Ovako proizvedeni kontejner sa vrećicom je potom napunjen nekom tečnošću i priključen na jedan uređaj za raspodelu tečnosti koristeći jedan izvor vazduha pod pritiskom da bi se odredio pritisak razdvajanja predforme.
Pritisak razdvajanja određen je na sledeći način. Ventili na graničnoj površini od kontejnera sa vrećicom bili su priključeni na izvor vazduha pod pritiskom. Vazduh je ubrizgavan kroz ventile pri konstantnom pritisku a granična površina između unutrašnjeg i spoljnjeg sloja je posmatrana; pritisak je postepeno povećavan korak po korak dok nije dostignut pritisak razdvajanja. Pritisak razdvajanja definisan je kao pritisak na kome se unutrašnja vrećica odvaja od spoljnjeg sloja preko cele njene površine i sklopi se.
Površine ovako razdvojenih slojeva ispitivane su na tragove metalizacije.
Pritisak razdvajanja u kontejneru sa vrećicom bio je oko 0,5+/ -0.1 bar nadpritiska i pokazala je sitne tragove kohezivne frakture između unutrašnjih spoljnih slojeva. Ovaj primer demonstrira da kontejner sa vrećicom izuzetnog kvaliteta može biti proizveden sa integralnim predformama prema ovom pronalasku.
Claims (14)
1.Jedan integralni duvanjem oblikovan kontejner sa vrećicom koji sadrži isti polimer u dodiru sa obe strane granične površine između unutrašnjeg i spoljnjeg sloja.
2.Kontejner sa vrećicom prema zahtevu l, naznačen time, što unutrašnji i spoljni sloj sadrži jedan polukristalni materijal.
3.Kontejner sa vrećicom prema zahtevu 2, naznačen time, što se unutrašnji i spoljni sloj sastoje od materijala biranog od PET, PEN, PTT, PA, PP, PE, HDPE, EVOH, PGc, PLA, i njihovih kopolimera ili njihovih mešavina.
4.Kontejner sa vrećicom prema zahrevu l, naznačen time, što dalje obuhvata bar jedan ventil oblika klina sa širokom stranom na nivou njegovog otvora i postaje sve tanji kako se probija dublje u posudu, sve dok se unutrašnji i spoljni sud ne dodirnu da obrazuju jednu graničnu površinu.
5.Kontejner sa vrećicom prema zahtevu l, naznačen time, što je više od jednog ventila raspoređeno oko ivice otvora kontejnera sa vrećicom.
6.Predforma za oblikovanje duvanjem kontejnera sa vrećicom, koja sadrži: jedan unutrašnji sloj i jedan spoljni sloj, pri čemu jedna predforma obrazuje jedan dvoslojni kontejner posle oblikovanja duvanjem, i pri čemu ovako dobijen unutrašnji sloj od pomenutog kontejnera oslobađa od ovako dobijenog spoljnjeg sloja posle uvođenja jednog gasa u najmanje jednu tačku od granične površine između dva sloja, pri čemu su unutrašnji i spoljni sloj od istog materijala.
7.Predforma prema zahtevu 6, naznačena time, što su unutrašnji i spoljni sloj načinjeni od polukristalnog materijala.
8.Predforma prema zahtevu 7, naznačena time, što se spoljni i unutrašnji sloj sastoje od materijala biranog od PET, PEN, PTT, PA, PE, PP, GDPE, EVOH, PGAc, PLA, i njihovih kopolimera ili njihovih mešavina.
9.Predforma prema zahtevu 6, naznačena time, što dalje obuhvata bar jedan ventil oblika klina sa širokom stranom na nivou njegovog otvora i postaje sve tanji kako se probija dublje u posudu, sve dok se unutrašnji i spoljni sud ne dodirnu da obrazuju jednu graničnu površinu.
10.Predforma prema zahtevu 6, naznačena time, što je više od jednog ventila raspoređeno oko ivice otvora kontejnera sa vrećicom.
11.Predforma prema zahtevu 6, naznačena time, što su unutrašnji i spoljni sloj predforme pruključeni na jednu graničnu površinu preko u suštini cele unutrašnje površine spoljnjeg sloja.
12.Predforma prema zahtevu 6, naznačena time, što su unutrašnji i spoljni sloj predforme razdvojeni preko jedne znatne površine tela predforme jednim otvorom koji sadrži vazduh i koji je povezan sa bar jednim ventilom granične površine.
13.Predforma prema zahtevu 6, koja ima sklop od dve odvojene unutrašnje i spoljne predforme umetnute jedna u drugu.
14.Predforma prema zahtevu 6, naznačena time, što ima jednu integralnu predformu dobijenu oblikovanjem ubrizgavanjem jednog sloja preko drugog sloja.
