Abstract

본 발명은 공진 진동을 받는 회전가능한 기억 장치를 내부 댐핑하기 위한 방법을 제공한다. 특히, 본 발명은 회전 가능한 기억 장치의 내부층으로서 점탄성의 물질을 사용함으로써 회전가능한 기억 장치의 댐핑 성질을 향상시키는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 또한 댐핑된 회전가능한 기억 장치 자체를 제공한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 내부 댐핑된 회전가능한 기억 장치.
  2. 점탄성의 물질을 함유하는 적어도 하나의 진동 댐핑 물질층이 그 안에 포함되며, 상기 진동 댐핑 물질은 최소한 약 0.01의 감쇠율 및 최소한 약 6.9 ×103파스칼의 저장율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 댐핑된 회전가능한 기억 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 층의 두께는 약 0.002∼0.5mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 댐핑된 회전가능한 기억 장치.
  4. 회전가능한 기억 장치의 내부에 진동 댐핑 물질을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전가능한 기억 장치의 점탄성 댐핑 특성 향상 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회전가능한 기억 장치는 적어도 2개의 진동 댐핑 물질층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 댐핑된 회전가능한 기억 장치.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 진동 댐핑 물질은 섬유상 물질을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 댐핑된 회전가능한 기억 장치.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 진동 댐핑층은 연속층인 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 댐핑된 회전가능한 기억 장치.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 진동 댐핑층은 상이한 진동 댐핑 물질의 인접 단면으로 구성된 연속층인 것을 특징
