Abstract

플라스틱용기의 특질을 유지한 채로 플라스틱이 가지는 가스배리어성 및 수착(收着)의 문제를 해소하고, 회수가능한 사용을 가능하게 하여 플라스틱용기의 사용범위와 사용형태를 확대를 도모할 수 있는 동시에, 겸가로 연속생산할 수 있고, 또한 취급에 있어서 손상의 우려가 없는 탄소막코팅 플라스틱용기를 제공한다.
탄소막코팅 플라스틱용기는 플라스틱용기(20)를 수용하여 수용되는 용기의 외형과 대략 상사(相似)하고 용기의 외형보다 약간 큰 공간이 외부전극(12)에 형성되고, 이 공간내에 수용되는 용기의 입구부(12A)가 맞닿는 절연판(11)에 의하여 외부전극(12)이 절연되고, 공간내에 수용된 용기의 내측에 용기의 입구부로부터 내부전극(16)이 삽입되는 동시에, 이 내부전극이 접지되고, 외부전극의 공간내가 배기관(15)에 의하여 배기되고, 외부전극의 공간내에 수용된 용기의 내측에 원료가스공급관(17)으로부터 원료가스가 공급된 후, 외부전극에 고주파전원(14)에 의하여 고주파가 인가되어 플라즈마가 발생되어서, 용기의 내벽면에 경질탄소막을 형성하는 제조장치에 의하여 제조된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 플라스틱재에 의하여 형성된 용기의 내벽면에, 경질탄소막이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소막코팅 플라스틱용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경질탄소막이 다이아몬드형 탄소막인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소막코팅 플라스틱용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다이아몬드형 탄소막의 막두께가 0.05∼5μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소막코팅 플라스틱용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기를 형성하는 플라스틱재가 폴리에틸렌수지, 폴리프로필렌수지, 폴리스티렌수지, 시클로올레핀코폴리머수지, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트수지, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트수지, 에틸렌-비닐알코올공중합수지, 폴리-4-메틸펜텐-1수지, 폴리메타크릴산메틸수지, 아크릴로니트릴수지, 폴리염화비닐수지, 폴리염화비닐리덴수지, 아크릴로니트릴 · 스티렌수지, 아크릴로니트릴 · 부타디엔 · 스티렌수지, 폴리아미드수지, 폴리아미드이미드수지, 폴리아세탈수지, 폴리카보네이트수지, 폴리부티렌테레프탈레이트수지, 아이오노머수지, 폴리술폰수지, 또는 4불화에틸렌수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소막코팅 플라스틱용기.
