Abstract

본 발명은 표면광택성이 우수한 플라스틱 병 및 그 제법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 적어도 외표면이 올레핀수지로 형성되어 있으면서도 뛰어난 표면광택을 가지는 플라스틱 병 및 그 제법에 관한 것이다.
종래의 발명은 쳐짐의 방지에는 유효할지라도 용융분열의 방지에는 유효하지않고 성형된 용기벽은 표면광택이 모자라고, 또 투명성에 결함이 있고, 게다가 병에 넣은 제품으로 한 경우 병을 통한 내용물의 외관이 유리병에 넣은 제품에 비하여 상당히 떨어지는 것이되고, 상품가치가 떨어지는 것이 된다는 결점이 있다.
이를 개선하고자 본 발명은 적어도 외면이 올레핀계 수지로 구성된 플라스틱 병에 있어서, 상기 외면 올레핀계 수지가 하기식(1)

[식 중, Y는 올레핀계 수지의 밀도(g/㎤)이고, X는 올레핀계 수지의 용융장력(g)이고, A는 0.0116의 수, B는 0.962의 수임.]을 만족하는 밀도 및 용융장력을 가지며, 게다가 병 외면이 60%이상의 광택도(60°gross)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 병을 제공하는 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 적어도 외면이 올레핀계 수지로 구성된 플라스틱 병에 있어서, 상기 올레핀계 수지가 하기식(1)
    Y〈-AX+B (1)
    [식 중, Y는 올레핀계 수지의 밀도(g/㎤)이고, X는 올레핀계 수지의 용융장력(g)이고, A는 0.0116의 수, B는 0.962의 수임.]을 만족하는 밀도 및 용융장력을 가지며, 게다가 병 외면이 60%이상의 광택도(60°gross)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 병.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 병이 상기 식(1)을 만족하는 올레핀계 수지의 단층으로 이루어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 병.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 병이 상기 식(1)을 만족하는 올레핀계 수지로 이루어지는 외층과, 그 이외의 올레핀계 수지를 포함하는 내층과의 적층체로 이루어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 병.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 병이 상기 식(1)을 만족하는 올레핀계 수지로 이루어지는 최외층과, 다른 올레핀계 수지로 이루어지는 외층과, 다른 올레핀계 수지로 이루어지는 내층과, 접착제 수지층을 개제하여 설치된 개스배리어성수지중간층과의 적층체로 이루어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 병.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 식(1)을 만족하는 올레핀계 수지층의 두께가 병전체 두께의 1 내지 30%의 두께로 그리고도 최저한 30㎛의 두께로 존재시켜 이루어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 병.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나에 있어, 상기 올레핀계 수지가 고밀도 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 병.
  7. 적어도 외면이 하기식(1)
    Y〈-AX+B (1)
    [식 중, Y는 올레핀계 수지의 밀도(g/㎤)이고, X는 올레핀계 수지의 용융장력(g)이고, A는 0.0116의 수, B는 0.962의 수임.]을 만족하는 밀도 및 용융장력을 가지는 올레핀계 수지로 형성된 파리손을 내면이 거울면으로 된 다공성 금형중에서 블로우성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 병의 제법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 금형이 0.01 내지 0.4㎜직경의 구멍을 1 내지 1000개/㎤이 밀도로 가지는 다공성 금형임을 특징으로 하는 광택성 플라스틱 병의 제법.
