Abstract
본 발명은 산화에 대해서 안정되고 악취의 발생이 없으며 장기간의 보존이 가능한 DHA, EPA 및 이들 산의 유도체를 적어도 한종류 또는 그들을 함유하는 천연유를 활성성분으로서 함유하는 안정된 유화조성물 및 그 유화조성물을 함유하는 안정된 식품을 제공하며, 활성성분으로서의 DHA, EPA 및 이들 산의 유도체를 적어도 한종류 또는 그들을 함유하는 천연유와, 적어도 활성성분을 유화하는 데 충분한 양의 유화체와, 산화방지제와, 친수성매체로 이루어지고, 유화제가 HLB 10 이상의 폴리글리세린지 방산 에스테르(지방산의 탄소수 12∼20) 단독 또는 이것과 서당지방산 에스테르(지방산의 탄소수 12∼20) 및 / 또는 레시틴이며, 또한 친수성매체가 다가 알코올 또는 함수다가 알코올임을 특징으로 하는 안정된 유화조성물 및 그것을 첨가하여 된 식품에 관한 것이다.

Claims (22)
- 활성성분으로서의 도코사헥사엔산, 에이코사펜타엔산 및 이들 산의 유도체를 적어도 한종류 또는 그들을 함유하는 천연유와, 적어도 활성성분을 유화하는데 충분한 양의 유화제와, 산화방지제와, 친수성 매체로 이루어지고, 유화제가 HLB 10 이상의 폴리글리세린지방산 에스테르(지방산의 탄소수 12~20) 단독 또는 이것과 서당지방산 에스테르(지방산의 탄소수 12∼20) 및 / 또는 레시틴이며, 또한 친수성 매체가 다가 알코올 또는 함수다가 알코올임을 특징으로 하는 안정된 유화조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 활성성분의 도코사헥사엔산, 에이코사펜타엔산 또는 이들 산의 유도체를 함유하는 천연유인 유화조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 천연유가 어유, 난황유 또는 조류로부터의 기름인 유화조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도코사헥사엔산, 에이코사펜타엔산 및 이들 산의 유도체를 적어도 한종류 또는 그들을 함유하는 천연유의 함유량이 유화조성물중 약 0.0001 내지 50중량%인 유화조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리글리세린지방산 에스테르가 6 내지 15의 글리세린의 평균중합도를 갖는 유화조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리글리세린지방산 에스테르가 HLB 13 이상, 지방산의 탄소수 14 내지 20, 또한 글리세린의 평균중합도 8 내지 15인 유화조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리글리세린지방산 에스테르가 데카글리세린모 노스테아린산 에스테르, 데카글리 세린모노올레인산 에스테르 또는 데카글리세린모 노팔미틴산 에스테르인 유화조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리글리세린지방산 에스테르와 서당지방산 에스테르와 혼합비(중량비)가 약 1:0.05 내지 1:1 인 유화조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리글리세린지방산 에스테르와 레시틴과의 혼합비(중량비)가 약 1:0.005 내지 1:0.5 인 유화조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리글리세린지방산 에스테르와 서당지방산 에스테르와 레시틴과의 혼합비(중량비)가 약 1:0.05:0.005 내지 1:1:0.5인 유화 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유화제의 함유량이 유화조성물중 약 0.01 내지 20 중량%인 유화조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리글리세린지방산 에스테르의 함유량이 유화 조성물중 약 0.01 내지 20 중량%인 유화조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 친수성매체로서의 다가 알코올이 글리세린, 솔비톨 또는 프로필렌글리콜인 유화조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 친수성매체로서의 함수다가 알코올이 함수율 약 50 중량% 이하인 유화조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화방지제가 아스콜빈산, 이소아스콜빈산 및 그들의 염, 카테킨류, 카테킨류 함유 천연추출물, 및 토코페롤류로부터 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 한종류 또는 두종류 이상의 혼합물인 유화조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 산화방지제가 아스콜빈산, 이소아스콜빈산 또는 그들의 염과 카데킨류 또는 카데킨류 함유 천연추출물과의 혼합물인 유화조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화방지제의 함유량이 유화조성물중 약 0.001 내지 20 중량%인 유화조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 활성성분에 대한 유화제의 비율(중량비)이 약 1:0.1 내지 1:1인 유화조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유화제로서 레시틴이 이용될때 추가로 식용유지를 함유하는 유화조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도코사헥사엔산 및 / 또는 에이코사펜타엔산의 식품중의 함유량이 약 0.0001 내지 1 중량%가 되도록 유화조성물을 첨가하여 된 액상 또는 반고형상 식품.
- 제20항에 있어서, 액상식품이 탄산음료, 유산균음료, 과실음료 또는 우유인 식품.
