Abstract

본 발명은, 투명기판, 이 기판위에 레이저빔으로 정보를 기록할 수 있는 유기염료로 이루어진 기록층, 반사층 및 보호층을 이 순서로 형성한 광정보기록매체로, 상기 광정보기록매체는 기록피트형성에 대해 피트, 에지제어제, 특히 염료열분해가속제를 기록층에 함유시키는 것을 특징으로 하며, 피트, 에지제어제의 첨가에 의해 펀차특성 및 지터특성을 현저히 향상시킬 수 있음으로서 낮은 에터올과 우수한 기록특성을 지니는 CD-R매체를 제공할 수 있고, 통상의 CD플레이어와의 인정한 양립성을 보장할 수 있다.

Claims (22)

  1. 투명기판, 상기 투명기판위에 레이저빔으로 정보를 기록할 수 있는 유기염료로 이루어진 기록층, 반사층 및 보호층이 이순서로 형성되어 있고, 상기 기록층에 기록피트의 형성에 대한 피트, 에지제어제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피트, 에지제어제는 염료용 열분해가속제인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열분해가속제는 금속 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 금속 화합물은 기록레이져빔의 파장에서 흡수를 지니지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유기염료로 이루어진 기록층은 염료용 용제를 사용하는 도포법으로 형성되고, 상기 금속 화합물은 용제에 가용인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속 화합물은 메탈로센 또는 그 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속 화합물은 식(1)
    (식중, 각각의 치환체 X,Y,Z는 독립적으로 수소원자, 할로겐원자, R1,OR2,SR3,COOR4,COONR5R6,SIR7R8R9또는 NR10R11이고, M은 원자가 n인 금속으로, R1은 비치환 또는 치환알킬기, 아릴기 또는 도포화알킬기이고, 각각의 R2,R3,R4,R5,R6,R7,R8,R9,R10또는 R11은 수소원자, 비치환 또는 치환알킬기, 아릴기 또는 불포화알킬기이다)로 표현된 β-디케토네이토금속착체인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속 화합물은 안티녹제인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 염료는 프탈로시아닌화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 프탈로시아닌화합물은 할로겐화 프탈로시아닌 인것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
  11. 유기염료 및 피트, 에지제어제로 이루어진 광정보기록매체조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 피트, 에지제어제는 염료용 열분해가속제인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체조성물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 열분해가속제는 금속 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체 조성물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 금속 화합물은 기록레이저빔의 파장에서 흡수를 지니지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 금속 화합물은 용제에 가용인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체 조성물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 금속 화합물은 메탈로센 도는 그 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체 조성물.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 금속 화합물은 식(1)
    (식중, 각각의 치환체 X,Y,Z는 독립적으로 수소원자, 할로겐원자, R1,OR2,SR3,COOR4,COONR5R6,SIR7R8R9또는 NR10R11이고, M은 원자가 n인 금속으로, R1은 비치환 또는 치환알킬기, 아릴기 또는 불포화알킬기이고, 각각의 R2,R3,R4,R5,R6,R7,R8,R9,R10또는 R11은 수소원자, 비치환 또는 치환알킬기, 아릴기 또는 불포화알킬기이다)로 표현된 β-디케토네이토금속착체인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체 조성물.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 금속 화합물은 안티녹제인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체 조성물.
  19. 제11항 내지 제18항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 염료는 프탈로시아닌화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체 조성물.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 프탈로시아닌화합물은 할로겐화 프탈로시아닌 인것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체 조성물.
  21. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 피트, 에지제어제의 양은 유기염료 100중량부에 대해 0.1~1,000중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체 조성물.
  22. 제11항의 조성물은 용제에 용해하여 용액을 형성하고, 얻어진 용액을 투명기판에 도포함으로써 유기 염료 및 피트, 제어제로 이루어진 기록층을 형성하는 것으로 이루어진 광정보기록매체의 제조방법.
