Claims (11)
- CuKα 특성 X- 선에 근거한 X- 선 회절패턴에서 9.0도, 14.2도, 23.9도 및 27.1 도의 브래그 각(2θ±0.2도)으로 특정되는 메인 피크에 의해 특성화되는 결정형을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥시티타늄 프탈로시아닌.
- 비정질 옥시티타늄 프탈로시아닌을 메탄올로 처리한후 에테르, 모노테르펜 탄화수소 및 액체 파라핀으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 용매로 밀링하는, CuKα 특성 X-선에 근거한 X-선 회절패턴에서 9.0도, 14.2도, 23.9도 및 27.1도의 브래그 각(2θ±0.2도)으로 특정되는 메인 피크에 특성화되는 결정형을 가지는 것을 특징으로 옥시티타늄 프탈로시아닌의 제조방법.
- 도전성 지지체 및 그 위의 감광층으로 구성된 감광전성 부재 있어서, 감광풍이 Cukα 특성 X-선에 근거한 X-선 회절패턴에서 9.0도, 14.2도, 23. 9도 및 27.1 도의 브래그 각(2θ±0.2도)으로 특정되는 메인 피크에 특성화되는 결정형을 가지는 것을 옥시티타늄 프탈로시아닌으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 감광전성 부재.
- 제3항에 있어서. 감광층이 단일층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 감광전성 부재.

- 제3항에 있어서, 도전성 지지체와 감광층 사이에 중간층 사이에 중간층이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 감광전성 부재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 감광층 위에 보호층이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 감광전성 부재.
- 도전성 지지체 및 그 위에 형성된 감광층으로 이루어진 감광전성 부재에 있어서, 하나 이상의 하전장치, 현상수단 및 클리너가 CuKα 특성 X-선에 근거한 X-선 회절패턴에서 9.0도, 14.2도, 23.9도 및 27.1도의 브래그 각(2θ±0.2도)으로 특정되는 메인 피크에 특성화된 결정형을 가지는 옥시티타늄 프탈로시아닌으로 이루어진 감광성 부재와 조합되어 전자사진 장치의 몸체에서 부착 또는 제거 가능한 단위 장치로 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감광전성 부재.
