제1-3도는 합성예 1-3에서 각각 제조된 본발명의 결정형을 가지는 옥시티타늄 프탈로시아닌의 3종류의 X-선 회절패턴을 도시하는 그래프.

Claims (11)

  1. CuKα 특성 X- 선에 근거한 X- 선 회절패턴에서 9.0도, 14.2도, 23.9도 및 27.1 도의 브래그 각(2θ±0.2도)으로 특정되는 메인 피크에 의해 특성화되는 결정형을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥시티타늄 프탈로시아닌.
  2. 비정질 옥시티타늄 프탈로시아닌을 메탄올로 처리한후 에테르, 모노테르펜 탄화수소 및 액체 파라핀으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 용매로 밀링하는, CuKα 특성 X-선에 근거한 X-선 회절패턴에서 9.0도, 14.2도, 23.9도 및 27.1도의 브래그 각(2θ±0.2도)으로 특정되는 메인 피크에 특성화되는 결정형을 가지는 것을 특징으로 옥시티타늄 프탈로시아닌의 제조방법.
  3. 도전성 지지체 및 그 위의 감광층으로 구성된 감광전성 부재 있어서, 감광풍이 Cukα 특성 X-선에 근거한 X-선 회절패턴에서 9.0도, 14.2도, 23. 9도 및 27.1 도의 브래그 각(2θ±0.2도)으로 특정되는 메인 피크에 특성화되는 결정형을 가지는 것을 옥시티타늄 프탈로시아닌으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 감광전성 부재.
  4. 제3항에 있어서. 감광층이 단일층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 감광전성 부재.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 감광층이 전하발생물질을 함유하는 전하발생층과 전하전달물질을 함유하는 전하전달층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 감광전성 부재.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 도전성 지지체와 감광층 사이에 중간층 사이에 중간층이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 감광전성 부재.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 감광층 위에 보호층이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 감광전성 부재.
  8. 도전성 지지체 및 그 위에 형성된 감광층으로 이루어진 감광전성 부재에 있어서, 하나 이상의 하전장치, 현상수단 및 클리너가 CuKα 특성 X-선에 근거한 X-선 회절패턴에서 9.0도, 14.2도, 23.9도 및 27.1도의 브래그 각(2θ±0.2도)으로 특정되는 메인 피크에 특성화된 결정형을 가지는 옥시티타늄 프탈로시아닌으로 이루어진 감광성 부재와 조합되어 전자사진 장치의 몸체에서 부착 또는 제거 가능한 단위 장치로 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감광전성 부재.
  9. 감광전성 부재, 정전잠상을 형성하는 수단, 정전잠상을 현상하는 수단, 형성된 상을 전달물질로 전달하는 수단으로 구성된 전자사진 장치에 있어서, 감광전성 부재가 도전지지체와 그 위에 형성된 감광층으로 이루어지고, 감광층 CUKα 특성 X-선에 근거한 X-선 회절패턴에서 9.0도, 14.2도, 23.9도 및 27.1도의 브래그 각(2θ±0.2도)으로 특정되는 메인 피크에 특성화되는 결정형을 가지는 옥시티타늄 프탈로시아닌으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 장치.
  10. 감광전성 부재로 이루어지는 전자사진 장치. 여기서 감광전성 부재는 도전성 지지체와 그 위에 형성된 감광층으로 이루어지고 감광층은 CuKα특성 X-선에 근거한 X-선 회절패턴에서 9.0도, 14.2도, 23.9도 및 27.1도의 브래그 각(2θ土0.2도)으로 특정되는 메인 피크에 특성화되는 결정형을 가지는 옥시티타늄 프탈로시아닌으로 이루어지며; 원격 터미널로부터 상 데이타를 수용하는 수용수단; 으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 팩시밀리 기계.
