Claims (11)

  1. 5내지 8.5의 등전점을 갖는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 인슐린 유도체 및 이의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염.
    상기식에서, R1은 H 또는 H-Phe이고, R2는 아미드 그룹을 함유하지 않은 유전적으로 암호화될 수 있는 L-아미노산이며, R30은 유전적으로 암호화될수 있는 중성 L-아미노산이고, R31은 본질적으로 염기성이며 50개 이하의 탄소원자를 갖는 생리학적으로 허용되는 유기그룹이고, 이의 구조에는 0내지 3개의 α-아미노산이 포함되고 이의 말단 카복실 그룹은, 경우에 따라 유리된 상태로 존재할 수 있거나, 에스테르 작용기, 아미드 작용기, 락톤 또는 환원된 CH2OH 형태로 존재하며, X는 유전적으로 암호화될 수 있는 L-아미노산이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반적(Ⅱ)의 , R1이 H-Phe인 인슐린 유도체 및 이의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 일반적(Ⅱ)의 , R2가 Gly, Ala, Ser, Thr, Asp 또는 Glu, 특히 Asp인 인슐린 유도체 및 이의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반적(Ⅱ)의 R30이 Ala, Thr, 또는 Ser인 인슐린 유도체 및 이의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반적(Ⅱ)의 R31가 Arg-OH 또는 Arg-Arg-OH인 인슐린 유도체 및 이의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅲ)의 X가 Asn 또는 Gln인 인슐린 유도체 및 이의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 서열(A1 내지 A20) 및 (B1 내지 B9, B11 내지 B29)가 사람, 돼지 또는 송아지 인슐린의 서열, 특히 사람 인슐린의 서열인 인슐린 유도체 및 이의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염.
  8. 당뇨병 치료를 위한 약제학적 조성물의 활성물질로서의 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 인슐린 유도체 및 이의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염의 용도.
  9. 용해된, 무정형 및/또는 결정성 형태, 바람직하게는 용해된 형태의 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 유효량의 적어도 하나의 일반식(Ⅱ)의 인슐린 유도체 및/또는 적어도 하나의 이의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염을 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 4ug 내지 2mg, 바람직하게는 5ug 내지 200mg의 아연/mg을 추가로 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
  11. 제9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 변형되지 않은 인슐린, 바람직하게는 변형되지 않은 인간 인슐린을 추가로 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
