Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 양극, 음극, 및 비수 전해질을 구비한 비수 전해질 이차전지로서,상기 양극은 양극 활물질층을 포함하고, 상기 음극은 음극 활물질층을 포함하며,상기 양극 활물질층은, 니켈을 포함한 리튬 함유 금속 산화물을 양극 활물질로서 포함하고,단위 전지 용량당의 상기 양극 활물질층의 면적은, 190∼800cm2/Ah의 범위이고,상기 양극과 상기 음극의 사이에는, 다공질 내열층이 배치되며,상기 다공질 내열층의 면적에 대한 상기 비수 전해질의 양의 비가, 70∼150ml/m2인 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극과 상기 다공질 내열층의 사이 또는 상기 음극과 상기 다공질 내열층의 사이에, 수지로 이루어진 미다공질 세퍼레이터가 배치되어 있는 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 활물질이, 이하의 식(1) :LiNil-a-b-c-dCoaAlbM1 cM2 dO2 (1)(식중, M1은 Mn, Ti, Y, Nb, Mo 및 W로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이고, M2는 Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 2종을 포함하며, Mg 및 Ca는 필수이고, 0.05≤a≤0.35, 0.005≤b≤0.1, 0.0001≤c≤0.05, 0.0001≤d≤0.05이다.)로 표시되는 화합물인 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 활물질이, 이하의 식(2):LiNiaCobMncM3 dO2 (2)(식중, M3은 Mg, Ti, Ca, Sr 및 Zr로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이고, 0.25≤a≤0.5, 0≤b≤0.5, 0.25≤c≤0.5, 0≤d≤0.1이다.)로 표시되는 화합물인 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 식(2)에 있어서, 0≤b≤0.2, 및 0.01≤d≤0.1인 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 활물질이, 이하의 식(3) :LiNiaMnbM4 cO4 (3)(식중, M1은 Co, Mg, Ti, Ca, Sr 및 Zr로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이고, 0.4≤a≤0.6, 1.4≤b≤1.6, 0≤c≤0.2이다.)로 표시되는 화합물인 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 활물질이, 이하의 식(1) :LiNil-a-b-c-dCoaAlbM1 cM2 dO2 (1)(식중, M1은 Mn, Ti, Y, Nb, Mo 및 W로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이고, M2는 Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 2종을 포함하며, Mg 및 Ca는 필수이고, 0.05≤a≤0.35, 0.005≤b≤0.1, 0.0001≤c≤0.05, 0.0001≤d≤0.05이다.)로 표시되는 화합물,이하의 식(2):LiNiaCobMncM3 dO2 (2)(식중, M3은 Mg,Ti, Ca, Sr 및 Zr로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이고, 0.25≤a≤0.5, 0≤b≤0.5, 0.25≤c≤0.5, 0≤d≤0.1이다.)로 표시되는 화합물, 및이하의 식(3) :LiNiaMnbM4 cO4 (3)(식중, M4는 Co, Mg, Ti, Ca, Sr 및, Zr로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이고, 0.4≤a≤0.6, 1.4≤b≤ 1.6, 0≤c≤0.2이다.)로 표시되는 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 2종을 포함한 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 내열층이, 상기 양극 활물질층 또는 상기 음극 활물질 위에 접착되어 있는 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 내열층이, 절연성 필러 및 결착제를 포함한 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 절연성 필러가, 무기산화물인 비수 전해질 이차전지.
