- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 100 kHz에서 측정된 등가 직렬 저항 (ESR)이 50 mΩ 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질 축전기.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고체 전해질 중에 함유된 전도성 중합체가 임의로 치환된 폴리티오펜, 임의로 치환된 폴리피롤 또는 임의로 치환된 폴리아닐린인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질 축전기.
- 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고체 전해질 중에 함유된 전도성 중합체가 화학식 1 또는 2의 반복 단위 또는 화학식 1 및 2의 반복 단위를 갖는 폴리티오펜인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질 축전기.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고체 전해질이 단량체 음이온을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질 축전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전도성 물질이 전하 전달 착물, 이산화망간 또는 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질 축전기.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 전극체의 외부 표면 전체 또는 일부 상에 존재하는 층 중에 함유된 폴리티오펜이 폴리(3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질 축전기.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 전극체의 외부 표면 전체 또는 일부 상에 존재하는 층 중에 함유된 중합체 음이온이 중합체 카르복실산 또는 중합체 술폰산의 음이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질 축전기.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 전극체의 외부 표면 전체 또는 일부 상에 존재하는 층 중에 함유된 중합체 음이온이 폴리스티렌 술폰산의 음이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질 축전기.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 전극체의 외부 표면 상의 전체 또는 일부 상에 존재하는 층 중에 함유된 결합제가 중합체 유기 결합제인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질 축전기.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 및 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고체 전해질이 폴리(3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜) 및 단량체 반대이온을 포함하고, 외부 표면 상에 존재하는 층이 폴리(3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜)/폴리스티렌 술폰산 착물 및 1종 이상의 중합체 유기 결합제(들)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질 축전기.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전극 재료가 밸브 금속 또는 밸브 금속의 전기적 특성을 갖는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질 축전기.
- 제14항에 있어서, 밸브 금속 또는 밸브 금속에 필적하는 특성을 갖는 화합물이 탄탈륨, 니오븀, 알루미늄, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나듐, 이들 금속 1종 이상과 다른 원소와의 컴파운드 (compound) 또는 합금, NbO 또는 NbO와 다른 원소와의 컴파운드 또는 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질 축전기.

- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유전체로 코팅된 전극체의 중량을 기준으로 한 전하-질량비가 10,000 μC/g 초과인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질 축전기.

- 제19항 내지 제25항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반대이온이 단량체 알칸 또는 시클로알칸 술폰산 또는 방향족 술폰산 및 이들의 조합의 음이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제19항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1종 이상의 중합체 음이온 및 1종 이상의 임의로 치환된 폴리아닐린 및(또는) 하기 화학식 1 또는 2의 반복 단위 또는 하기 화학식 1 및 2의 반복 단위를 갖는 1종 이상의 폴리티오펜 및 1종 이상의 결합체를 포함하는 분산액이 용매로서 유기 용매, 물 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제19항 내지 제27항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분산액이 가교제, 계면활성제 및(또는) 추가의 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제28항에 있어서, 분산액이 추가의 첨가제로서 에테르, 락톤, 아미드 또는 락탐기 함유 화합물, 술폰, 술폭시드, 당, 당 유도체, 당 알콜, 푸란 유도체 및(또는) 디알콜 또는 폴리알콜을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제19항 내지 제29항에 있어서, 전하-질량비가 35,000 μC/g 초과인 전극 재료의 분말을 다공성 전극체 제조에 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전해질 축전기의 전자 회로에서의 용도.
