Claims (17)
- 기판 상에 복수의 반도체 회로;상기 복수의 반도체 회로에 전기적으로 접속된 배선;전기 신호를 공급하기 위해서 상기 배선에 전기적으로 접속된 입력 단자; 및정전기나 노이즈로부터 상기 배선이나 상기 반도체 회로를 보호하도록 상기 배선에 접속된 보호 회로를 구비하고,상기 복수의 반도체 회로 중 적어도 하나의 상기 반도체 회로가 상기 입력 단자와 상기 보호 회로 사이에 배치되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 반도체 회로 중 적어도 하나의 상기 반도체 회로의 상기 배선과의 접속부로부터 상기 배선과 상기 입력 단자와의 접속부까지의 사이의 전기 저항치가, 상기 보호 회로의 상기 배선과의 접속부로부터 상기 배선과 상기 입력 단자와의 접속부까지의 사이의 전기 저항치보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 보호 회로는 복수 배치되어 이루어지고, 상기 복수의 반도체 회로 중 적어도 하나의 상기 반도체 회로가 상기 보호 회로의 사이에 배치되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.

- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 저전위 전원 배선과 상기 고전위 전원 배선 사이, 또는 상기 신호 입력 배선과 상기 저전위 전원 배선 사이, 또는 상기 신호 입력 배선과 상기 고전위 전원 배선의 사이의 적어도 어느 하나에는 용량 소자가 형성되고 있고, 용량 소자의 용량치는 상기 저전위 전원 배선 또는 상기 고전위 전원 배선에 흐르는 최대 전류를 I (A), 상기 저전위 전원 배선 또는 상기 고전위 전원 배선의 전압 강하가 발생되는 허용 시간이 작은 쪽을 t (초) 로 하였을 때, I×t×0.1 (F) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
