Claims (31)
- 시트상 무기 섬유를 다수 매 적층한 심재와, 외피재와, 흡착제로 구성된 진공 단열재에 있어서, 상기 무기 섬유는 SiO2를 50∼65중량%, Al2O3를 10∼20중량%, CaO를 10∼20중량%, MgO를 1∼4중량% 포함하고, 섬유 직경이 1㎛ 이상 5㎛ 이하이며, 또한 상기 무기 섬유의 부피밀도가 100㎏/㎥ 이상 300㎏/㎥ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다수 매 적층한 시트 상의 무기 섬유 중에서, 최상부 및 최하부에 위치하는 시트 상의 무기 섬유를 제외하고, 남은 시트상의 무기 섬유에 절결부를 형성하여, 상기 절결부에 흡착제를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외피재의 외측면에 적어도 하나 이상의 홈을 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 홈이 상기 진공 단열재의 중심선에 대하여 대칭으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 진공 단열재가 상기 홈에서 구부려져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 외피재의 외측면에 형성된 홈 부분의 심재의 두께가 다른 부분의 심재의 두께의 2분의 1 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 심재를 사이에 두는 외피재의 한 쪽이 알루미늄박과 플라스틱필름이 적층된 라미네이트 필름으로 이루어지고, 상기 심재를 사이에 두는 외피재의 다른 쪽이 알루미늄이 증착된 플라스틱 필름으로 이루어지는 진공 단열재에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄이 증착된 플라스틱 필름면이 외면이 되도록 구부려진 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- SiO2를 주성분으로 하고, Al2O3, CaO 및 MgO를 함유하며, 섬유 직경 분포의 최대치가 1㎛ 이하, O.1㎛ 이상인 무기 섬유와, 외피재와, 흡착제로 구성되고, 상기 무기 섬유의 부피밀도가 15㎏/㎥ 이상, 1OO㎏/㎥ 미만이며, 압축후의 상기 무기 섬유의 부피밀도가 100㎏/㎥ 이상, 300㎏/㎥ 미만이고, 섬유 재료를 고형화하기 위한 결합재를 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 섬유는 SiO2를 50∼65중량%, Al2O3를 10∼20중량%, CaO를 10∼20중량%, MgO를 1∼4중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.

- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 보온보냉기기는 냉장고, 냉동고, 자동판매기, 전기주전자, 오븐렌지, 또는 노트형 컴퓨터에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 보온보냉기기.
- 제19항의 상기 진공단열재와 상기 냉장고의 외측 상자 사이에 고온냉매배관을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.

- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 보온보냉기기는 외측 상자와, 내측 상자와, 덮개와, 상기 외측 상자와 내측 상자 사이에 형성된 상기 진공 단열재로 구성된 보온보냉용기인 것을 특징으로 하는 보온보냉기기.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 상기 보온보냉기기는 중공부를 갖는 덮개의 내측에 오목부를 갖고, 상기 오목부에 축냉제 또는 축열제가 배치되며, 또한 상기 중공부의 오목부측에 상기 진공 단열재가 오목부를 따르도록 배치되어 있는 보온보냉용기인 것을 특징으로 하는 보온보냉기기.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 보온보냉기기는 저탕용기와 외측 용기와, 덮개와, 가열기와, 상기 진공 단열재를 구비한 급탕기인 것을 특징으로 하는 보온보냉기기.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 덮개의 공간부에 진공 단열재를 배치하여, 이 진공 단열재가 덮개 하부 형상에 근사한 형상으로 성형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온보냉기기.
- 섬유 직경 분포의 최대치가 1㎛ 이하, 0.1㎛ 이상인 SiO2를 주성분으로 하고, 부피밀도가 15㎏/㎥ 이상, 1OO㎏/㎥ 미만이며, 압축후의 상기 무기 섬유의 부피밀도가 100㎏/㎥ 이상, 300㎏/㎥ 미만인 무기 섬유로 이루어지는 심재와, 흡착제와, 외피재로 구성되고, 섬유 재료를 고형화하기 위한 결합재를 함유하지 않는 진공 단열재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기기기.
- 제 26 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 섬유는 SiO2를 50∼65중량%, Al2O3를 10∼20중량%, CaO를 10∼20중량%, MgO를 1∼4중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기기기.
