[Class 29.] Apparatus for storing ice-cream comprises concentric casings 2 enclosing a vacuum, the casings having flanges 3 at the top united together, an annular vacuum chamber 10 resting on the ice &c. 17 surrounding the cream container 16, and a vacuum-insulated plug lid 15 fitting in an outer annular lid 12 containing insulating material. The vacuum casing is enclosed by an outer casing 6 containing insulating material.
