Claims (18)
- 1.一般式 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(IV)の3−チオシアネート−5−クロロ −2−アルカノンを、(a)有機溶剤中において塩化水素ガスと反応させて一般 式▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(II)の2−クロロ−4−メチル−5− (2−クロロアルキル)−チアゾールを得るか、または (b)水性鉱酸と反応させて一般式 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(III)の2−ヒドロキシ−4−メチル− 5−(2−クロロエチル)−チアゾールを得、この化合物をハロゲン化剤で処理 して一般式(II)の2−クロロ−4−メチル−5−(2−クロロアルキル)− チアゾールを得、 そして、有機溶剤中において金属触媒の存在下で一般式(II)の化合物を水素 添加して一般式(1)の4−メチル−5−(2−クロロアルキル)−チアゾール (ここでRは後述の定義を有する)を得、そして場合によっては一般式(I)( ここでRは後述の定義を有する)の化合物またはその塩酸塩をそれ自体既知の方 法で他の酸付加塩に変換するかまたはその酸付加塩から一般式(I)(ここでR は後述の定義を有する)の化合物を遊離させることを特徴とする一般式 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(I)(式中、Rは2−位において塩素原子 により置換された直鎖状のC1〜C5アルキル基を示す)の化合物およびその酸 付加塩の製法。
- 2.Rが2−クロロエチルを示す請求項1記載の方法。
- 3.水素添加にパラジウム付活性炭触媒および場合によってはセレン含有触媒を 使用することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 4.酸結合剤の存在下、好ましくはトリエチルアミンの存在下において水素添加 を実施することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかの項記載の方法。
- 5.有機溶剤として脂肪族アルコール、脂肪族アルコールを使用して形成された 脂肪酸のエステル、芳香族炭化水素または開鎖エーテルを使用することを特徴と する請求項1〜4の何れかの項記載の方法。
- 6.水素添加を大気圧または大気圧以上、最高でも0.7MPaの圧力において 実施することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかの項記載の方法。
- 7.一般式(IV)の化合物から一般式(II)の化合物への閉環反応を水を溶 解しない無水の水不混和性溶剤、好ましくは酢酸ブチル中で実施することを特徴 とする請求項1〜6の何れかの項記載の方法。
- 8.一般式(IV)の化合物から一般式(II)の化合物への閉環反応を0℃〜 100℃の範囲の温度で実施することを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかの項記 載の方法。
- 9.水性鉱酸が水性燐酸であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れかの項記載 の方法。
- 10.一般式(IV)の化合物を50〜120℃の範囲の温度で水性鉱酸と反応 させることを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れかの項記載の方法。
- 11.一般式(III)の化合物を塩化ホスホリル、五塩化燐または三塩化燐で ハロゲン化することを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れかの項記載の方法。
- 12.一般式(III)の化合物をハロゲン化芳香族溶剤中でハロゲン化するこ とを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れかの項記載の方法。
- 13.一般式 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(IV)(3−チオシアネート−5−クロロ −2−アルカノン)(式中、Rは請求項1において定義した通りである)の化合 物。
- 14.Rが2−クロロエチルを示す請求項13記載の化合物。
- 15.一般式 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(V)の化合物を無機チオシアネートと反応 させることを特徴とする請求項13または14記載の一般式(IV)の化合物の 製法。
- 16.無機チオシアネートをチオシアン酸ナトリウム、チオシアン酸カリウムお よびチオシアン酸アンモニウムから選択することを特徴とする請求項15記載の 方法。
- 17.脂肪族アルコール、脂肪族ケトン、脂肪族アルコールを使用して形成され た脂肪酸のエステルまたは水のような溶剤の存在下において実施することを特徴 とする請求項15または16記載の方法。
- 18.一般式(IV)の化合物を単離することなしに、請求項15記載の方法に よって進行させることを特徴とする請求項1〜12記載の何れかの項記載の方法 。
