Claims (33)
- アッパーと、
前記アッパーに取り付けられたミッドソールであって、フットベッドと前記フットベッドの反対側の当該ミッドソールに配置された底面とを含むミッドソールと、
アウトソールであって、接地面と、前記接地面の反対側の当該アウトソールに配置された内面と、前記接地面から延びて当該アウトソールを囲む壁と、を含むアウトソールと、
粒子状物質を収容するケーシングであって、前記アウトソールの長さよりも長く、その長さに沿った所定の位置に第1の折り目を含み、前記底面と前記内面との間で前記アウトソールの前記壁によって境界が定まっているキャビティ内に受容されたケーシングと、
を含み、
前記ケーシングが第1の端部および第2の端部を含み、前記ケーシングが所定の位置で折り畳まれたときに前記第1の端部が前記アウトソール内の第2の端部に近接して配置されていることを特徴とする履物用品。 - 前記所定の位置が、前記ケーシングの中間点又は前記ケーシングの中間点に近接していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の履物用品。

- 前記粒子状物質が発泡体ビーズを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の履物用品。
- 前記発泡体ビーズが実質的に球形の形状を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の履物用品。
- 前記発泡体ビーズが略同じサイズ及び形状を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の履物用品。
- 前記発泡体ビーズが異なるサイズ及び形状のうちの少なくとも1つを有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の履物用品。
- 前記ケーシングの前記所定の位置と第1の端部との間に前記ケーシングの長さに沿って配置された第2の折り目をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の履物用品。
- 前記ケーシングの前記第1の端部の反対側に配置された第2の端部と前記所定の位置との間に、前記ケーシングの長さに沿って配置された第3の折り目をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の履物用品。
