Claims (13)
- アッパーと、
前記アッパーに取り付けられたアウトソールであって、接地面と前記接地面の当該アウトソールの反対側に配置された内面とを含むアウトソールと、
ミッドソールであって、前記アッパーに対向するフットベッドと前記フットベッドの当該ミッドソールの反対側に配置された底面とを含み、前記アウトソールの前記内面に対向してそれらの間にキャビティを画定するミッドソールと、
エラストマー材料内に配置され、前記キャビティ内に受容されるケーシングであって、前記エラストマー材料によって該ケーシングに固着される粒子状物質の第1の部分を含んでなるケーシングと、
を含み、
前記ケーシングが多孔質材料から形成されており、
前記エラストマー材料の少なくとも一部が前記ケーシング内に延びていることを特徴とする履物用品。 - 前記粒子状物質が、前記ケーシングに対して移動可能な第2の部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の履物用品。
- 前記ケーシングが可撓性材料から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の履物用品。
- 前記エラストマー材料が液体として前記ケーシングの外面に塗布されていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の履物用品。
- 前記エラストマー材料が前記ケーシングをカプセル化していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の履物用品。
- 前記粒子状物質が発泡体ビーズを含むことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の履物用品。
- 前記発泡体ビーズが、実質的に球形及び実質的に多角形の形状のうちの少なくとも1つを有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の履物用品。
- 前記発泡体ビーズが略同じサイズ及び形状を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の履物用品。
- 前記発泡体ビーズが、異なるサイズ及び形状の少なくとも1つを有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の履物用品。
- 前記ケーシング内に配置された多数の発泡体セグメントであって、前記発泡体ビーズとは異なるサイズ及び形状を有する発泡体セグメントをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の履物用品。
- 多数の前記発泡体セグメントが前記ケーシングに対して移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の履物用品。
- 多数の前記発泡体セグメントの少なくとも一部が、前記エラストマー材料によって前記ケーシングに固着されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の履物用品。
- 前記ケーシングをカプセル化するクッション材料をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の履物用品。
