Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de un zapato (1), en particular una zapatilla de deporte, que comprende las etapas de: a) fabricar una parte superior del zapato (2), en donde la parte superior del zapato (2) presenta una zona superior (3), que cubre la zona superior del pie del usuario, así como una zona inferior (4) que envuelve la planta del pie del usuario; b) fabricar una parte de la suela (5), presentando la parte de la suela (5) una zona inferior (6) así como una zona de pared lateral (7), delimitando la zona inferior (6) y la zona de pared (7) un espacio de recepción abierto hacia arriba (8) para el material a granel (9); c) llenar el espacio de recepción (8) con un material a granel (9), en donde el material a granel consiste al menos parcialmente, de manera preferente en su totalidad, en un elastómero termoplástico (TPE); d) fijar la parte superior del zapato (2) a la parte de la suela (5), de tal manera que la zona inferior (4) de la parte superior del zapato (2) se apoye en el material a granel (9), en el que en la zona inferior (6) está formada al menos una estructura en forma de red (10) que se extiende en el espacio de recepción (8), caracterizado porque el material a granel (9) es introducido en forma de cuerpos sueltos individuales así como, en parte, también en forma de cuerpos unidos entre sí.
Description
DESCRIPCIÓN
Procedimiento para la fabricación de un zapato
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la fabricación de un zapato, en particular de un zapato deportivo, que comprende las etapas de:
1. (a) fabricar una parte superior del zapato, que presenta una parte superior que cubre la zona superior del pie del usuario y una parte inferior que encierra la planta del pie del usuario;
2. b) fabricar una parte de la suela, en donde la parte de la suela tiene una zona inferior y una zona de pared lateral, delimitando la zona inferior y la zona de pared un espacio de recepción que está abierto en la parte superior para el material a granel;
3. c) llenar el espacio de recepción con un material a granel, en donde el material a granel consiste al menos parcialmente, y preferentemente de manera completa, en un elastómero termoplástico (TPE);
4. d) Fijar la parte superior del zapato a la sección de la suela, de modo que la parte inferior de la parte superior del zapato se apoye en el material de relleno,
en el que en la parte inferior está formada al menos una estructura similar a una red y que se extiende en el espacio de recepción.
Un procedimiento de este tipo es conocido del documento WO 2017/097315 A1 . Una solución similar se muestra en el documento DE 102010046278 A1.
La fabricación de calzado deportivo es una tecnología bien conocida. El objetivo no es solo proporcionar un proceso económico para la fabricación, sino también tener la posibilidad de ejercer la mayor influencia posible en el comportamiento de resorte y de amortiguación de la suela y, por lo tanto, del zapato. El material usado también desempeña un papel importante en este sentido. Además, se pretende conseguir una agradable sensación de uso.
En el documento US 2009/0013558 A1 se describe un zapato en el que la suela del zapato está hecha de diferentes plásticos que están unidos entre sí, usando diferentes materiales poliméricos. En el documento WO 2007/082838 A1 se describe que el poliuretano termoplástico expandido (E-TPU) también se puede usar ventajosamente para una suela de zapato. Este documento también contiene una información detallada acerca de este material plástico; a este respecto, se hace referencia explícita a este documento.
También en el documento ES 102011 108744 B4 se describe un zapato en el que se usa E-TPU como material para la suela. Se describe además en el presente documento que las perlas individuales de plástico espumado de este material, la mayoría de las cuales tienen una dimensión de unos pocos milímetros, se forman en la suela introduciendo un aglutinante en una herramienta correspondiente según una posible forma de procesamiento, de tal modo que las perlas de plástico se unen entre sí y forman el cuerpo moldeado de la suela. Según otro modo de proceder, se introduce vapor a presión definida en un molde en el que se colocan las bolas de plástico. Esto da lugar a una fusión parcial del material plástico, de modo que las bolas de plástico se unen entre sí en una unión de material y forman de este modo el cuerpo moldeado de la suela.
El documento US 2641 004 A divulga un zapato cuya parte superior está formada de manera similar a un calcetín; la parte superior del zapato está entonces unida a una suela de zapato formada de manera convencional. Otra solución es la mostrada en el documento FR 2709047 A1.
Las propiedades del zapato que se pueden conseguir con esto, especialmente en lo que respecta a su comportamiento de resorte y de amortiguación, no son totalmente satisfactorias en todos los casos. Además, el proceso de fabricación de dicha suela es a veces relativamente complejo y, por lo tanto, costoso.
La invención, por lo tanto, tiene el objetivo de proporcionar un procedimiento mediante el cual se pueda fabricar un zapato de forma económica, a la vez que se consiga una sensación de uso especialmente cómoda. Además, debería ser posible influir de modo sencillo en el comportamiento de resorte y de amortiguación del zapato.
La solución para para lograr este objetivo por medio de la invención se caracteriza porque el material a granel se introduce en forma de cuerpos sueltos individuales así como, en algunos casos, en forma de cuerpos interconectados.
Preferentemente, la parte superior y la parte inferior de la parte superior del zapato están formadas como una estructura de una sola pieza. La parte superior del zapato puede estar formada por una estructura de tipo calcetín. Según una forma de realización preferida de la invención, la parte superior del zapato se fabrica como una pieza de punto, de modo que se fabrica en una máquina de tricotado.
La parte superior y la parte inferior de la parte superior del zapato se fabrican preferentemente como una pieza de punto de una sola pieza, preferentemente sin costuras. En este caso, se prefiere usar máquinas circulares con las que se puede producir un tejido de punto circunferencialmente cerrado.
Por supuesto, hay otras formas de fabricar la parte superior del zapato. En particular, puede estar previsto que la parte superior de la parte superior del zapato se fabrique de manera convencional, en donde la parte inferior se extiende por debajo de la planta del pie del usuario del zapato, por ejemplo, una suela de tipo Strobel que se cose a la parte superior de la parte superior del zapato. Esto puede hacerse, en particular, en combinación con una zona superior tricotada de la parte superior del zapato.
La parte inferior de la parte superior del zapato está formada preferentemente por un tejido de punto que tiene un grosor máximo de 5 mm, preferentemente con un grosor máximo de 3 mm. Esto proporciona al usuario del zapato una sensación de uso especialmente ventajosa, ya que camina sobre el material a granel, separado únicamente por la fina parte inferior de la parte superior del zapato.
La pieza de la suela se fabrica preferentemente como una pieza moldeada por inyección o como una pieza termoformada.
Por consiguiente, según la invención, está previsto que en la zona inferior esté formada al menos una estructura en forma de barra y que se prolongue hasta el espacio de recepción. Esta estructura en forma de barra configura dentro del espacio de recepción zonas de pared que contrarrestan el libre desplazamiento del material a granel suelto y lo mantiene en ciertas zonas del espacio de recepción. Con ello se puede influir positivamente en la sensación de correr cuando se calza la zapatilla.
La mencionada estructura en forma de barra permite que la suela apoye óptimamente el pie en ciertas aplicaciones cuando se usa bajo carga tal como está previsto. Esto puede ser relevante desde el punto de vista de que, de lo contrario, los cuerpos (de plástico) situados dentro del espacio de recepción de la parte de la suela no proporcionan una gran función de apoyo para el pie debido a que no están conectados entre sí, sino que están dispuestos de forma suelta.
En el proceso antes mencionado de fijación de la parte superior del zapato a la parte de la suela, se pueden coser y/o pegar las dos partes.
Como material a granel se prefieren los cuerpos de forma esférica o elipsoidal. Los cuerpos del material a granel se forman preferentemente como cuerpos huecos. Las dimensiones de los cuerpos del material a granel en las tres direcciones espaciales están preferentemente entre 1 mm y 13 mm, en especial preferentemente entre 3 mm y 6 mm.
Los cuerpos del material a granel consisten preferentemente en elastómero termoplástico espumado (es decir, expandido).
Se prefiere de manera particularmente preferente que los cuerpos del material a granel comprendan poliuretano termoplástico (TPU), poliamida termoplástica (TPA) y/o elastómero termoplástico a base de olefinas (TPO), estando dichos materiales en particular expandidos (espumados).
Los cuerpos de plástico presentan preferentemente una dureza de entre 75 y 90 Shore A, preferentemente de entre 80 y 85 Shore A. Preferentemente tienen una densidad aparente de entre 100 y 300 kg/m3.
Con respecto al poliuretano termoplástico expandido (E-TPU) usado preferentemente para los cuerpos de plástico introducidos en el espacio de recepción del elemento de la suela, cabe mencionar lo siguiente: Este material es conocido por sí mismo y se usa en el calzado. Está disponible, por ejemplo, bajo el nombre "PearlFoam" de Huntsman International LLC o bajo el nombre "Infinergy" de BASF SE. A este material se le hace referencia explícita en el documento WO 2005/066250 A1, en donde se pueden encontrar detalles sobre este material, es decir, los poliuretanos termoplásticos expandibles y su fabricación.
Con respecto a la técnica anterior del elastómero termoplástico a base de uretano, se remite además de manera expresa al documento WO 2010/010010 A1 en el que se da a conocer una mezcla de polímeros termoplásticos expansibles que contienen agentes de soplado y que comprenden poliuretano termoplástico y polímero de estireno. La mezcla de polímeros puede contener al menos otro polímero termoplástico. En particular, como polímero termoplástico adicional se puede usar poliamida (PA), polimetilmetacrilato (PMMA), policarbonato (PC), polietileno (PE), polipropileno (PP), policloruro de vinilo (PVC), celulosa o polioximetileno (POM).
La parte de la suela está hecha preferentemente de poliuretano termoplástico (TPU), elastómero termoplástico (TPE), poliamida (PA) y/o material de goma.
Habiendo hablado de material a granel en el contexto de los cuerpos que se introducen en el espacio de recepción, esto se refiere a partículas individuales que no tienen ninguna conexión entre ellas. En particular, según una forma de realización preferida de la invención, los cuerpos de plástico se colocan en el espacio de recepción de la parte de la suela sin estar unidos entre sí. En consecuencia, las esferas o los elipsoides individuales no están unidos entre sí por ningún medio, sino que se colocan sin apretar en el espacio de recepción de la pieza única.
A este respecto, el material a granel se coloca preferentemente en el espacio de recepción de la parte de la suela en un embalaje completo y preferentemente bajo una ligera presión.
Ventajosamente, el procedimiento propuesto permite la fabricación a bajo coste de un zapato que presenta un tacto cómodo, evitando ventajosamente el uso de una suela interior o de una plantilla.
La mencionada parte de la suela, si es necesario, puede seguir estando provista de una suela exterior en la parte inferior.
Se ha puesto de manifiesto que cuando un zapato, en particular una zapatilla de deporte, está diseñado de la manera especificada anteriormente con respecto al comportamiento de compresión del zapato, así como con respecto a su propiedad de recuperación (después de que el pie del usuario haya eliminado la fuerza de compresión), se pueden lograr propiedades de uso muy ventajosas y cómodas del zapato. Esto se aplica en particular bajo el aspecto de las fuertes fluctuaciones de temperatura.
Cuando los elastómeros termoplásticos propuestos (a diferencia de los polímeros comunes) se usan como material suelto a granel en la cavidad de la suela, resultan condiciones favorables debido a las propiedades de fricción entre las partículas individuales, ya que no se deslizan unas a lo largo de otras de forma indeseable, sino que proporcionan cierta resistencia a pesar de estar dispuestas de manera suelta cuando el pie del usuario deforma el material a granel. De este modo, se consigue un compromiso óptimo entre, por un lado, un cierto efecto de masaje y, por otro lado, una sujeción suficiente del pie durante el uso del zapato.
El dibujo ilustra un ejemplo de realización de la invención. Se muestra:

La figura 1 muestra una parte superior del zapato 2 y una parte de la suela 5 que juntas forman un zapato 1, no estando aún unidas entre sí las dos partes 2 y 5. Las designaciones de "arriba" y "abajo" se refieren al uso previsto del zapato o cuando está en el suelo.
En una primera fase de la fabricación del zapato 1, por un lado se fabrica la parte superior del zapato 2 y por otro lado se fabrica la parte de la suela 5.
En el caso de la parte superior del zapato 2, según una solución preferida, se usa un proceso de tricotado para producir una estructura similar a un calcetín, tal como se muestra en la figura 1. Para ello se usan, por ejemplo, máquinas circulares que pueden producir toda la estructura tipo calcetín en una sola etapa de fabricación. A este respecto, la parte superior del zapato 2 tiene una zona superior 3 que cubre, entre otras cosas, el empeine del pie del usuario, y una zona inferior 4 que viene a situarse bajo la planta del pie del usuario cuando el zapato se usa como está previsto. Toda la parte superior del zapato 2 está formada por un tejido de punto de una sola pieza.
La parte de la suela 5 puede ser fabricada, por ejemplo, por medio de un proceso de moldeo por inyección o mediante un proceso de termoformado. Tal como se puede ver en la figura 1, la parte de la suela 5 tiene una zona inferior 6 y una zona de pared lateral 7, que en este caso está formada como un borde periférico. La zona inferior 6 y la zona de la pared 7 forman un espacio de recepción abierto 8.
Después de que la parte superior del zapato 2 así como la parte de la suela 3 hayan sido fabricadas (lo que puede hacerse simultáneamente o en cualquier orden desplazado en el tiempo), el espacio de recepción 8 se llena con material a granel 9, que solo se sugiere en la figura 1.
Como se puede ver en las restantes figuras, el material a granel 9 se introduce en la cámara de recepción 8 en un embalaje completo y, si es necesario, bajo una ligera presión. La parte superior del zapato 2 se coloca entonces sobre la parte de la suela 3 preparada de esta manera y la parte de la suela 5 se una a la parte superior del zapato 2. Esto puede hacerse cosiendo y/o pegando.
Por consiguiente, la parte inferior 4 de la parte superior del zapato 2 descansa ahora directamente sobre el material a granel 9 de tal modo que, cuando se usa el zapato, proporciona una agradable sensación al caminar.
Como material a granel 9 se usa en general cualquier material (también la arena, por ejemplo), aunque de manera preferente se contemplan esferas o elipsoides de material plástico espumado, cuyos detalles se indican más arriba.
Para que el material a granel 9 en el espacio de recepción 8 tenga cierta estabilidad cuando sea desplazado por el pie del usuario a consecuencia de la fuerza de su peso, se pueden formar estructuras tipo red 10 en la parte inferior 6 de la parte de la suela 5. Estas estructuras 10 impiden que el material a granel 9 se desplace lateralmente, de tal modo que, a este respecto, se puede aumentar la estabilidad del zapato y, en particular, de la suela.
La figura 3 muestra un corte a través del zapato terminado, perpendicular a la dirección longitudinal L del zapato 1. Aquí puede verse que, por debajo de la parte de la suela 5 ilustrada, se ha añadido además una suela exterior 11, lo que puede hacerse pegándola, por ejemplo.
En esta figura, también se puede ver que la parte inferior 4 de la parte superior del zapato 2 está configurada de manera relativamente delgada. Se aplica el grosor D, que es preferentemente de un máximo de 3 mm. Esto crea una agradable sensación de uso, ya que el pie del usuario del zapato camina como si estuviera sobre la arena, por así decirlo, ya que las partículas individuales del material a granel 9 no tienen ninguna unión entre ellas.
Mediante la selección de los parámetros geométricos y específicos del material (dimensiones de las partículas del material a granel, dimensiones de las áreas individuales de la parte superior del zapato y de la parte de la suela, elección del material, etc.), es posible influir sobre el comportamiento de resorte y de amortiguación del zapato y, en particular, de la suela.
Esto es particularmente cierto para la selección y el diseño opcionales de la estructura tipo red 10, para la cual también pueden estar previstas secciones de cámara de forma circular o poligonal abiertas.
No se ilustra que, con el propósito de reforzar selectivamente ciertas áreas de la suela, si es necesario se pueden fabricar insertos y unirlos a la parte de la suela 5,. De este modo, se puede dotar a zonas particulares de la suela de una mayor estabilidad, con lo que se puede influir especialmente sobre la función de apoyo del zapato y, sobre todo, de la suela.
Un perfeccionamiento ventajoso puede ser el siguiente:
Como material a granel se pueden usar cuerpos huecos (en particular, esferas o elipsoides) de poliuretano termoplástico (TPU) (posiblemente también de TPU expandido), que tienen un diámetro preferentemente de entre 3 y 15 mm; se prefiere en especial un diámetro en el intervalo de entre 5 y 8 mm.
Estos cuerpos huecos pueden fabricarse, por ejemplo, mediante moldeo por inyección, moldeo por soplado o sinterización por láser.
La superficie de los cuerpos huecos puede estar parcialmente abierta o completamente cerrada. En el caso de los cuerpos huecos cerrados, éstos contienen aire. Estos cuerpos se caracterizan, entre otras cosas, porque en caso de compresión presentan un desarrollo fuertemente no lineal de la fuerza de deformación a lo largo de la deformación. En consecuencia, el cuerpo hueco puede deformarse o comprimirse con relativa facilidad hasta un cierto grado, pero a partir de un cierto grado de deformación la resistencia a la deformación posterior aumenta bruscamente, es decir, ahora es más difícil deformar todavía más el cuerpo hueco.
Este comportamiento puede usarse de forma muy ventajosa en sistemas de amortiguación dentro del ámbito del deporte y aquí, especialmente en suelas de zapatos (también suelas intermedias o en plantillas).
Los cuerpos del material a granel pueden ser transparentes.
La dureza del material de partida de los cuerpos huecos de TPU se encuentra preferentemente en el intervalo de 70 a 95 Shore A.
Los cuerpos huecos recuperan completamente su forma original después de que se retire la fuerza externa. Es posible mezclarlos con otros materiales (por ejemplo, espuma de PU o materiales de E-TPU o E-TPE) para influir ventajosamente en las propiedades de amortiguación. La combinación con otros materiales puede realizarse mediante un "proceso de fundición de PU". En este caso, por ejemplo, puede estar previsto que los cuerpos huecos se compongan de un 80 % de TPU y un 20 % de espuma de PU como aglutinante. En particular, también es posible una combinación con material E-TPU o E-TPE.
Los cuerpos huecos se pueden fabricar mediante soldadura o usando microondas para unir dos hemisferios o semiesferas. Se pueden formar almas circulares en la costura, lo que puede influir positivamente de forma muy deseable en la rigidez.
Tal como se ha descrito anteriormente, está prevista la inclusión suelta de cuerpos individuales en forma de material a granel. Según la invención, sin embargo, se prevé que dichos cuerpos de dichos materiales estén también al menos parcialmente acoplados o unidos entre sí. A este respecto, se prevé la fabricación de una estructura en la que se unen varios cuerpos, preferentemente huecos, por ejemplo, mediante soldadura por microondas.
También se puede crear un conjunto similar de cuerpos individuales incrustando los cuerpos individuales, en particular los cuerpos huecos, en una espuma plástica, en especial espuma de poliuretano, para crear una estructura que pueda usarse para construir la suela del zapato.

Claims (14)
1. Procedimiento para la fabricación de un zapato (1), en particular una zapatilla de deporte, que comprende las etapas de:
a) fabricar una parte superior del zapato (2), en donde la parte superior del zapato (2) presenta una zona superior (3), que cubre la zona superior del pie del usuario, así como una zona inferior (4) que envuelve la planta del pie del usuario;
b) fabricar una parte de la suela (5), presentando la parte de la suela (5) una zona inferior (6) así como una zona de pared lateral (7), delimitando la zona inferior (6) y la zona de pared (7) un espacio de recepción abierto hacia arriba (8) para el material a granel (9);
c) llenar el espacio de recepción (8) con un material a granel (9), en donde el material a granel consiste al menos parcialmente, de manera preferente en su totalidad, en un elastómero termoplástico (TPE);
d) fijar la parte superior del zapato (2) a la parte de la suela (5), de tal manera que la zona inferior (4) de la parte superior del zapato (2) se apoye en el material a granel (9),
en el que en la zona inferior (6) está formada al menos una estructura en forma de red (10) que se extiende en el espacio de recepción (8), caracterizado porque
el material a granel (9) es introducido en forma de cuerpos sueltos individuales así como, en parte, también en forma de cuerpos unidos entre sí.
2. Procedimiento según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la zona superior (3) y la zona inferior (4) de la parte superior del zapato (2) están formadas como una estructura de una sola pieza.
3. Procedimiento según las reivindicaciones 1 o 2, caracterizado porque la parte superior del zapato (2) está formada como una estructura de tipo calcetín.
4. Procedimiento según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque la parte superior del zapato (2) se fabrica en una máquina de tricotado.
5. Procedimiento según la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque la zona superior (3) y la zona inferior (4) de la parte superior del zapato (2) se fabrican como una pieza de punto de una sola pieza, preferentemente sin costuras.
6. Procedimiento según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque la zona inferior (4) de la parte superior del zapato (2) está formada como un tejido de punto textil con un grosor máximo (D) de 5 mm, preferentemente con un grosor máximo (D) de 3 mm.
7. Procedimiento según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizado porque la parte de la suela (5) se fabrica como una pieza moldeada por inyección.
8. Procedimiento según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizado porque la parte de la suela (5) se fabrica como una pieza termoformada.
9. Procedimiento según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 8, caracterizado porque al fijar la parte superior del zapato (2) a la parte de la suela (5) según el paso d) de la reivindicación 1, se realiza el cosido y/o el pegado de las dos partes.
10. Procedimiento según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 9, caracterizado porque como material a granel (9) se usan cuerpos esféricos o elipsoidales.
11. Procedimiento según la reivindicación 10, caracterizado porque los cuerpos del material a granel (9) están formados como cuerpos huecos.
12. Procedimiento según las reivindicaciones 10 u 11, caracterizado porque las dimensiones de los cuerpos del material a granel (9) en las tres direcciones espaciales están entre 1 mm y 13 mm, preferentemente entre 3 mm y 6 mm.
13. Procedimiento según las reivindicaciones 11 o 12, caracterizado porque los cuerpos del material a granel (9) son de elastómero termoplástico espumado.
14. Procedimiento según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 13, caracterizado porque los cuerpos del material a granel (9) están hechos de poliuretano termoplástico (TPU), de poliamida termoplástica (TPA) y/o de elastómero termoplástico a base de olefinas (TPO), siendo, en especial, dichos materiales expandidos.
