Abstract
本发明涉及一种全方位包裹、环保的鞋及其生产工艺,该鞋包括鞋帮和鞋底,鞋帮由内靴和帮面构成;内靴由内里和一次射出成型内垫构成,该内垫为PU内垫,内里和内垫通过射出成型连接为一体;内靴的领口与该帮面的领口固定连接,帮面的下沿延伸至该内垫的底面并且与内垫固定连接。本发明的鞋的制作工艺相对传统工艺较为简单,能够省略贴底、鞋垫装配工序,且简化鞋帮制作工序;按照脚型设计、制作的内靴使得鞋面与鞋底为完全贴楦,穿着的舒适性非常好,实现赤足效果;内靴达到最大化的运动吸震助力功能和对脚的舒适包裹;鞋的EVA和RB材质的用量的减少以及PU材质的用量的增加,鞋的可溶解的比例加大,更为环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种架桥鞋及其生产工艺,特别是指一种全方位包裹、环保的架桥鞋及其生产工艺。
背景技术
目前市场上的运动鞋都会配置鞋垫,目前多数的鞋垫的顶面为平面,难以贴合足底,穿着舒适性不理想;虽然部分鞋垫的上表面设计为与脚底贴合度该善的凹面结构,但是这样的鞋底的贴合度仍难以达到优良状态,并且由于鞋垫与鞋帮是分体结构,所以鞋垫边沿与鞋帮的交界处会存在一定的夹角,该部位难以贴合脚部,而分体结构导致的鞋垫的可活动性,使得鞋垫难以长时间保持在一个位置上,进而不能稳定地、快速地使得鞋垫与脚底达到良好的贴合状态。为此,目前市场上的鞋多数存在对足部的包裹性不理想的问题,舒适性难以满足需求。
另外,鞋帮对脚背的包裹性,目前的多数鞋帮是通过鞋带的松紧度来实现调节的,但是带有鞋带的鞋子都需要配置鞋舌,鞋舌的阻挡作用必然导致鞋帮与脚背之间是存在难以消除的间隙,进而影响鞋帮的包裹性。
此外,目前常见的鞋垫的主体均为由发泡材料制成,这样的鞋垫虽具备一定的缓震性能,但是由于其厚度通常较小,鞋子的吸震性能主要倚靠厚度较大的鞋底来体现,而鞋垫和鞋底的发泡材料和橡胶材料可溶解的性能并不理想,为此其环保性并不理想。
发明内容
本发明提供一种全方位包裹、环保的鞋,以克服现有的多数鞋子存在的鞋面对脚部的包裹性难以达到优良状态,鞋子的环保性不理想的问题。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
全方位包裹、环保的鞋,包括鞋帮和鞋底,鞋帮由内靴和帮面构成。内靴由内里和一次射出成型内垫构成,内垫由PU材料制成的PU内垫,或者由PU和TPU爆米花颗粒混合制成的爆米花内垫。内里和内垫通过射出成型连接为一体。内靴的领口与该帮面的领口固定连接,帮面的下沿延伸至该内垫的底面并且与内垫固定连接。
进一步地:
上述鞋帮与上述鞋底通过PU架桥层一体连接,PU架桥层包覆上述帮面的下沿。
上述内垫的厚度为10~20mm。
上述内里为呈袜子形状的袜套结构,或者,内里为普通鞋帮内衬结构。
上述内里为防水和/或透气面料制成。
全方位包裹、环保的鞋的制作工艺,该制作工艺包括依次进行的下述步骤:
a.内靴:按照脚型制作1:1比例的模具内仁,将内里套在模具内仁上,模具内仁进入注塑模具的指定工位;然后往模腔内浇注PU原料或者PU与TPU颗粒混合料;再将模具转至加温箱内并升温至60~80℃,4~8分钟后,模具转至温度控制在-10~0℃的冷却箱内快速冷却,冷却2~5分钟;脱模后即制得内靴;
b.鞋帮:按领口弧度用针车将内靴的领口与帮面的领口缝合,然后,帮面套置于内靴的外侧制得鞋帮;
c.成型:将鞋底放置在PU射出模腔内的指定模槽上;然后鞋帮装入鞋楦,利用气阀装置将入楦鞋帮挂在联帮注塑机的模架上,利用汽压夹楦阀装置将入楦鞋帮固定,然后合模;将模具温度加温至60~80℃,然后把PU原料注射于模腔内发泡和熟化5~8分钟后,再开模取出成品并修剪毛边。
上述鞋底使用按上述模槽槽内形状1:1比例制作的模具进行生产,确保鞋底的准确误差在1mm之内;鞋底边缘与模槽密实连接。
由上述对本发明结构的描述可知,和现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:1.本发明的鞋制作工艺相对传统制鞋工艺较为简单,能够省略贴底工序、鞋垫装配工序,能够简化鞋帮制作工序;
2.按照人体力学的脚型设计,按照脚型开制模具内仁,利用模内一体成型工艺制作内靴,能达到让脚放在一个最舒适和吻合的空间内,从前掌到后跟全方位的完美包裹吻合性,鞋面与鞋底为完全贴楦,穿着的舒适性非常好,从而实现赤足感觉。
3.根据不同运动功能来改变内垫的厚度、密度、硬度以及包裹性设计,让内靴达到最大化的运动吸震助力功能和对脚的舒适包裹。
4.不需要人工贴底,有效提高了加工效率,且不会因为人工贴底而造成溢胶和欠胶等问题,鞋面非常干净,拉力也好,鞋帮与鞋底之间不存在胶黏层,保障了鞋底的弹性。
5.通过调整PU模具龙骨的弧度把传统鞋垫的厚度4~6mm调整到本发明内垫厚度的10~20mm,并减少EVA鞋底和RB底片的厚度,大大加强足部在运动过程中的弹性和舒适性,EVA和RB材质的用量的减少以及PU材质的用量的增加,让一双鞋能溶解的比例加大,起到环保功能的有效提升。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
参照图4,全方位包裹、环保的鞋,包括鞋帮1和鞋底2,鞋帮1由内靴11和帮面12构成。参照图1、图2,内靴11由内里11a和一次射出成型内垫11b构成。该内垫11b由PU材料制成的PU内垫11b,或者由PU和TPU爆米花颗粒混合制成的爆米花内垫11b,内垫11b的厚度为10~20mm。内里11a为呈袜子形状的袜套结构,或者,内里11a为普通鞋帮1内衬的领口和底部均为开口的结构;内里11a为防水和/或透气面料制成。内里11a和内垫11b通过射出成型连接为一体。参照图3、图4,内靴11的领口与该帮面12的领口固定连接,帮面12的下沿延伸至该内垫11b的底面并且与内垫11b固定连接。参照图4,鞋帮1与鞋底2通过PU架桥层3一体连接,PU架桥层3包覆上述帮面12的下沿。
另外,上述全方位包裹、环保的鞋的制作工艺,该制作工艺包括依次进行的下述步骤:
a.内靴11:参照图1、图2,按照脚型制作1:1比例的模具内仁,将内里11a套在模具内仁上,模具内仁进入注塑模具的指定工位,模具内仁和内里11a的形状均可以根据不同脚型进行调整;然后往模腔内浇注PU原料或者PU与TPU颗粒混合料;再将模具转至加温箱内并升温至60~80℃,4~8分钟后,模具转至温度控制在-10~0℃的冷却箱内快速冷却,冷却2~5分钟;脱模后即制得内靴11;
b.鞋帮1:参照图3,按领口弧度用针车将内靴11的领口与帮面12的领口缝合,然后,帮面12套置于内靴11的外侧制得鞋帮1,帮面12与内里11a之间可以根据需求而配置如防寒、减震等填充材料13;
c.成型:鞋底2使用按上述模槽槽内形状1:1比例制作的模具进行生产;将鞋底2放置在PU射出模腔内的指定模槽上,鞋底2边缘与模槽密实连接;然后鞋帮1装入鞋楦4,利用气阀装置将入楦鞋帮1挂在联帮注塑机的模架上,利用汽压夹楦阀装置将入楦鞋帮1固定,然后合模;将模具温度加温至60~80℃,然后把PU原料注射于模腔内发泡和熟化5~8分钟后,再开模取出成品并修剪毛边。
本发明的鞋的制作工艺相对传统制鞋工艺较为简单,能够省略贴底工序、鞋垫装配工序,能够简化鞋帮1制作工序。参照图1,按照人体力学的脚型设计,按照脚型开制模具内仁,利用模内一体成型工艺制作内靴11,能达到让脚放在一个最舒适和吻合的空间内,从前掌到后跟全方位的完美包裹吻合性,鞋面与鞋底2为完全贴楦,穿着的舒适性非常好,使得所穿着的鞋与穿着者的足部融为一体的感觉,从而实现赤足效果。根据不同运动功能来改变内垫11b的厚度、密度、硬度以及包裹性设计,让内靴11达到最大化的运动吸震助力功能和对脚的舒适包裹。不需要人工贴底,有效提高了加工效率,且不会因为人工贴底而造成溢胶和欠胶等问题,鞋面非常干净,拉力也好,鞋帮1与鞋底2之间不存在胶黏层,保障了鞋底2的弹性。通过调整PU模具龙骨的弧度把传统鞋垫的厚度4~6mm调整到本发明内垫11b厚度的10~20mm,并减少EVA鞋底2和RB底片的厚度,大大加强足部在运动过程中的弹性和舒适性,EVA和RB材质的用量的减少以及PU材质的用量的增加,让一双鞋能溶解的比例加大,起到环保功能的有效提升。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的该动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
Claims (8)
1.全方位包裹、环保的鞋,包括鞋帮和鞋底,其特征在于:所述鞋帮由内靴和帮面构成;内靴由内里和一次射出成型的内垫构成,内里和内垫通过射出成型连接为一体;内靴的领口与所述帮面的领口固定连接,帮面的下沿延伸至该内垫的底面并且与内垫固定连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的全方位包裹、环保的鞋,其特征在于:所述鞋帮与所述鞋底通过PU架桥层一体连接,PU架桥层包覆所述帮面的下沿。
3.如权利要求1所述的全方位包裹、环保的鞋,其特征在于:所述内垫的厚度为10~20mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的全方位包裹、环保的鞋,其特征在于:所述内里为呈袜子形状的袜套结构,或者,内里为普通鞋帮内衬结构。
5.如权利要求1所述的全方位包裹、环保的鞋,其特征在于:所述内里为防水和/或透气面料制成。
6.如权利要求1所述的全方位包裹、环保的鞋,其特征在于:所述内垫由PU材料制成的PU内垫,或者由PU和TPU爆米花颗粒混合制成的爆米花内垫。
7.全方位包裹、环保的鞋的制作工艺,其特征在于,该制作工艺用于制作权利要求1至6任一所述的鞋;该制作工艺包括依次进行的下述步骤:
a.内靴:按照脚型制作1:1比例的模具内仁,将内里套在模具内仁上,模具内仁进入注塑模具的指定工位;然后往模腔内浇注PU原料或者PU与TPU颗粒混合料;再将模具转至加温箱内并升温至60~80℃,4~8分钟后,模具转至温度控制在-10~0℃的冷却箱内快速冷却,冷却2~5分钟;脱模后即制得内靴;
b.鞋帮:按领口弧度用针车将内靴的领口与帮面的领口缝合,然后,帮面套置于内靴的外侧制得鞋帮;
c.成型:将鞋底放置在PU射出模腔内的指定模槽上;然后鞋帮装入鞋楦,利用气阀装置将入楦鞋帮挂在联帮注塑机的模架上,利用汽压夹楦阀装置将入楦鞋帮固定,然后合模;将模具温度加温至60~80℃,然后把PU原料注射于模腔内发泡和熟化5~8分钟后,再开模取出成品并修剪毛边。
