Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型鞋底及其成型方法,包括鞋底本体,其特征在于:所述鞋底本体包括自下至上依次设置有相互连接的RB材料的底层、EVA材料的中间层和PU材料的顶层,所述中间层内部设有TPU材料的支撑片,支撑片内部还设有减震片;本发明结构设计合理,将RB、EVA、TPU、减震材料、PU材料都集中于一体,所有材料的优点都发挥出来,大大的提高了鞋底功能性和舒适性。

技术领域
本发明涉及鞋产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型鞋底及其成型方法。
背景技术
现有技术中所使用的鞋底材料以单一材料为主,舒适性和功能性都比较单一,不能达到用户较好的体验效果。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的不足,本发明提供一种由多种材料组成且具有复合型结构的新型鞋底及其成型方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型鞋底,包括鞋底本体,其特征在于:所述鞋底本体包括自下至上依次设置有相互连接的RB材料的底层、EVA材料的中间层和PU材料的顶层,所述中间层内部设有TPU材料的支撑片,支撑片内部还设有减震片。
所述中间层顶面上设有槽体,槽体边缘设有凸台,所述支撑片主体位于槽体内,支撑片顶部边缘设有位于所述凸台上的夹片,支撑片顶面位于所述中间层顶面内。
所述支撑片顶面上设有槽体且槽体内设有所述减震片,减震片顶面位于所述中间层顶面内。
所述中间层中部均设有至少一个镂空区,所述底层包括分别设置在中间层底面的镂空区前后侧的至少两片。
所述镂空区位于所述支撑片下部,且支撑片底面上设有位于所述镂空区内的定位块。
一种新型鞋底的成型方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、采用敷布工艺模压成型RB底层,将RB材料放入RB模具内,再将布放在RB材料的上面,在开模时将敷在RB材料上的布撕下来,使RB材料上的飞边随着布一起被拉掉;
步骤二、RB底层做好后,在RB底层顶面上刷好热熔胶,放于EVA模具内;
EVA中间层采用的二次成型工艺,首先制作发泡EVA粗坯,再将发泡EVA粗坯放于EVA模具内,经过加温冷却定型,将RB底层与EVA中间层组合在一起;
步骤三、将预制成型的TPU支撑片贴在EVA中间层上,并在TPU支撑片内部敷上减震片;
步骤四、将步骤三获得的鞋底本体放入PU模具内并采用抽真空敷膜工艺,首先在PU模具底模上敷上TPU膜,将压板压在TPU膜上,使底模形成一个密闭的空间;
再将用于抽真空使用的管套在底模的阀门上,TPU膜经过加热软化后,开启抽真空机器,使TPU膜完全与PU模具内的鞋底本体及底模紧密的贴合在一起,此时再灌注PU原料,经过加温冷却定型形成PU顶层,将PU顶层与鞋底本体组合在一起。
所述底模模面上有密封条。
本发明的有益效果是:结构设计合理,将RB、EVA、TPU、减震材料、PU材料都集中于一体,所有材料的优点都发挥出来,大大的提高了鞋底功能性和舒适性。

具体实施方式
以下由特定的具体实施例说明本发明的实施方式,熟悉此技术的人士可由本说明书所揭露的内容轻易地了解本发明的其他优点及功效。
根据图1至图8所示:一种新型鞋底,包括鞋底本体,所述鞋底本体包括RB材料的底层1、EVA材料的中间层2和PU材料的顶层3,底层1、中间层2和顶层3自下至上依次设置并相互连接,底层1分别两片并分别设置在中间层2底面的前后侧,所述中间层2内部设有TPU材料的支撑片4,支撑片4内部还设有减震片5,该鞋底本体将RB、EVA、TPU、减震材料、PU材料都集中于一体,所有材料的优点都发挥出来,大大的提高了鞋底功能性和舒适性。
材料特性具体为:
RB材料(橡胶)优点:耐磨、止滑;
EVA材料(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)优点:轻、柔软;
TPU材料(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体)优点:支撑、防扭;
减震材料优点:采用聚氨酯等材料,可以吸震并减少对脚部的损伤;
PU材料(高分子聚氨酯合成材料)优点:回弹好、环保、可降解、柔软、轻。
进一步地,所述中间层2顶面上设有槽体,槽体边缘设有凸台6,所述支撑片4主体位于槽体内,支撑片4顶部边缘设有位于所述凸台6上的夹片7,支撑片4顶面位于所述中间层2顶面内,通过槽体的设置使支撑片4的安装结构更加稳定,同时支撑片4顶面与中间层2顶面位于同一结构面内,使其可以与顶层3之间无间隙接触,使得整个鞋底本体结构稳定。
更进一步地,所述支撑片4顶面上设有槽体且槽体内设有所述减震片5,减震片5顶面位于所述中间层2顶面内,通过槽体的设置使减震片5的安装结构更加稳定,同时减震片5顶面与中间层2顶面位于同一结构面内,使其也可以与顶层3之间无间隙接触,使得整个鞋底本体结构稳定。
进一步地,所述中间层2中部均设有两个镂空区8,镂空区8位于两片底层1之间,两个镂空区8沿鞋底本体长度方向前后分布,镂空区8的设置在保障鞋底本体耐磨和止滑功能的前提下减轻鞋底重量。
所述镂空区8位于所述支撑片4下部且支撑片4底面上设有位于所述镂空区8内的定位块9,该结构可以增加鞋底本体的层次感及美观性,同时支撑片4底面通过定位块9实现下部定位,使得支撑片4的安装结构更加稳定。
一种新型鞋底的成型方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、采用敷布工艺模压成型RB底层,将RB材料放入RB模具内,再将布放在RB材料的上面,在开模时将敷在RB材料上的布撕下来,使RB材料上的飞边随着布一起被拉掉;
步骤二、RB底层做好后,在RB底层顶面上刷好热熔胶,放于EVA模具内;
EVA中间层采用的二次成型工艺,首先制作发泡EVA粗坯,再将发泡EVA粗坯放于EVA模具内,经过加温冷却定型,将RB底层与EVA中间层组合在一起;
步骤三、将预制成型的TPU支撑片贴在EVA中间层上,并在TPU支撑片内部敷上减震片;
步骤四、将步骤三获得的鞋底本体放入PU模具内并采用抽真空敷膜工艺,首先在PU模具底模上敷上TPU膜,将压板压在TPU膜上,底模模面上有密封条,使底模形成一个密闭的空间;
再将用于抽真空使用的管套在底模的阀门上,TPU膜经过加热软化后,开启抽真空机器,使TPU膜完全与PU模具内的鞋底本体及底模紧密的贴合在一起,此时再灌注PU原料,经过加温冷却定型形成PU顶层,将PU顶层与鞋底本体组合在一起。
此鞋底本体需要6块模具才能完成不同阶段的成型,并且采用的比较先进的模内一体成型工艺生产,这样能提高贴合强度和外观美观度。
以上所述仅为本发明的优先实施方式,只要以基本相同手段实现本发明的目的技术方案,都属于本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种新型鞋底,包括鞋底本体,其特征在于:所述鞋底本体包括自下至上依次设置有相互连接的RB材料的底层、EVA材料的中间层和PU材料的顶层,所述中间层内部设有TPU材料的支撑片,支撑片内部还设有减震片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型鞋底,其特征在于:所述中间层顶面上设有槽体,槽体边缘设有凸台,所述支撑片主体位于槽体内,支撑片顶部边缘设有位于所述凸台上的夹片,支撑片顶面位于所述中间层顶面内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型鞋底,其特征在于:所述支撑片顶面上设有槽体且槽体内设有所述减震片,减震片顶面位于所述中间层顶面内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型鞋底,其特征在于:所述中间层中部均设有至少一个镂空区,所述底层包括分别设置在中间层底面的镂空区前后侧的至少两片。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型鞋底,其特征在于:所述镂空区位于所述支撑片下部,且支撑片底面上设有位于所述镂空区内的定位块。
6.一种新型鞋底的成型方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、采用敷布工艺模压成型RB底层,将RB材料放入RB模具内,再将布放在RB材料的上面,在开模时将敷在RB材料上的布撕下来,使RB材料上的飞边随着布一起被拉掉;
步骤二、RB底层做好后,在RB底层顶面上刷好热熔胶,放于EVA模具内;
EVA中间层采用的二次成型工艺,首先制作发泡EVA粗坯,再将发泡EVA粗坯放于EVA模具内,经过加温冷却定型,将RB底层与EVA中间层组合在一起;
步骤三、将预制成型的TPU支撑片贴在EVA中间层上,并在TPU支撑片内部敷上减震片;
步骤四、将步骤三获得的鞋底本体放入PU模具内并采用抽真空敷膜工艺,首先在PU模具底模上敷上TPU膜,将压板压在TPU膜上,使底模形成一个密闭的空间;
