Abstract
本发明涉及一种环保缓震包裹性好的爆米花架桥鞋及其生产工艺,该架桥鞋的鞋帮由内靴和帮面构成;内靴由内里和一次射出成型的内垫一体连接构成;内靴的领口与上述帮面的领口固定连接,帮面的下沿延伸至该内垫的底面并且与内垫固定连接;鞋帮与上述鞋底通过PU架桥层一体连接,PU架桥层包覆帮面的下沿;该鞋底为由PU和TPU爆米花颗粒混合制成的爆米花鞋底。本发明的鞋制作工艺相对传统制鞋工艺较为简单,能够省略贴底工序、鞋垫装配工序,爆米花鞋底与架桥层的粘接更为牢固且具备更好的吸震性能;按照脚型设计、制作的内靴使得鞋面与鞋底能够良好包裹脚部;鞋PU材质的用量的增加使其可溶解的比例加大,更为环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种架桥鞋及其生产工艺,特别是指一种环保缓震包裹性好的爆米花架桥鞋及其生产工艺。
背景技术
目前市场上的运动鞋都会配置鞋垫,目前多数的鞋垫的顶面为平面,难以贴合足底,穿着舒适性不理想;虽然部分鞋垫的上表面设计为与脚底贴合度该善的凹面结构,但是这样的鞋底的贴合度仍难以达到优良状态,并且由于鞋垫与鞋帮是分体结构,所以鞋垫边沿与鞋帮的交界处会存在一定的夹角,该部位难以贴合脚部,而分体结构导致的鞋垫的可活动性,使得鞋垫难以长时间保持在一个位置上,进而不能稳定地、快速地使得鞋垫与脚底达到良好的贴合状态。为此,目前市场上的鞋多数存在对足部的包裹性不理想的问题,舒适性难以满足需求。
另外,鞋帮对脚背的包裹性,目前的多数鞋帮是通过鞋带的松紧度来实现调节的,但是带有鞋带的鞋子都需要配置鞋舌,鞋舌的阻挡作用必然导致鞋帮与脚背之间是存在难以消除的间隙,进而影响鞋帮的包裹性。
此外,目前常见的鞋垫的主体均为由发泡材料制成,这样的鞋垫虽具备一定的缓震性能,但是由于其厚度通常较小,鞋子的吸震性能主要倚靠厚度较大的鞋底来体现,而鞋垫和鞋底的发泡材料和橡胶材料可溶解的性能并不理想,为此其环保性并不理想。
发明内容
本发明提供一种环保缓震包裹性好的爆米花架桥鞋,以克服现有的多数鞋子存在的鞋面对脚部的包裹性难以达到优良状态,鞋子的环保性不理想的问题。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
环保缓震包裹性好的爆米花架桥鞋,包括鞋帮和鞋底,该鞋帮由内靴和帮面构成;内靴由内里和一次射出成型的内垫构成,内里和内垫通过射出成型连接为一体;内靴的领口与上述帮面的领口固定连接,帮面的下沿延伸至该内垫的底面并且与内垫固定连接;鞋帮与上述鞋底通过PU架桥层一体连接,PU架桥层包覆帮面的下沿;该鞋底为由PU和TPU爆米花颗粒混合制成的爆米花鞋底。
进一步地:
上述TPU爆米花颗粒呈球形或者椭球形;TPU爆米花颗粒粒径为20~350微米。
上述TPU爆米花颗粒突出于鞋底外表面。
上述内垫的厚度为10~20mm。
上述内里为呈袜子形状的袜套结构,或者,内里为普通鞋帮内衬结构。
上述内里为防水和/或透气面料制成。
上述内垫由PU材料制成的PU内垫,或者由PU和TPU爆米花颗粒混合制成的爆米花内垫。
环保缓震包裹性好的爆米花架桥鞋的制作工艺,该制作工艺包括依次进行的下述步骤:
a.内靴:按照脚型制作1:1比例的模具内仁,将内里套在模具内仁上,模具内仁进入注塑模具的指定工位;然后往模腔内浇注PU原料或者PU与TPU颗粒混合料;再将模具转至加温箱内并升温至60~80℃,4~8分钟后,模具转至温度控制在-10~0℃的冷却箱内快速冷却,冷却2~5分钟;脱模后即制得内靴;
b.鞋帮:按领口弧度用针车将内靴的领口与帮面的领口缝合,然后,帮面套置于内靴的外侧制得鞋帮;
c.鞋底:将耐磨底片先放置于鞋底模腔内的指定位置,TPU爆米花颗粒放置于PU射出机台的漏斗中,利用螺杆的旋转将TPU爆米花颗粒送入机头搅拌腔内与PU原材料经过8500转/秒的搅拌后均匀射入鞋底模具的模腔内,然后将注有TPU爆米花颗粒和PU的混合料的鞋底模具转到升温箱内,将温度升至60~80℃,4~8分钟发泡熟化后;将鞋底模具转到-10~0℃的急速冷冻箱内冷却;开模取出鞋底并修剪毛边;
d.成型:将鞋底放置在PU射出模腔内的指定模槽上;然后鞋帮装入鞋楦,利用气阀装置将入楦鞋帮挂在联帮注塑机的模架上,利用汽压夹楦阀装置将入楦鞋帮固定,然后合模;将模具温度加温至60~80℃,然后把PU原料注射于模腔内发泡和熟化5~8分钟后,再开模取出成品并修剪毛边。
上述鞋底使用按上述模槽槽内形状1:1比例制作的模具进行生产;鞋底边缘与模槽密实连接。
步骤c中,PU原料与TPU爆米花颗粒的重量比为1:3.5~4。
由上述对本发明结构的描述可知,和现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1.本发明的鞋制作工艺相对传统制鞋工艺较为简单,能够省略贴底工序、鞋垫装配工序,能够简化鞋帮制作工序;爆米花鞋底与架桥层的粘接相对EVA鞋底更为牢固,重量更轻,且具备更好的吸震性能。
2.本发明的鞋底本身并未有破环TPU爆米花颗粒,产品的外观上把瀑米花的颗粒完整体现,产品所使用的爆米花颗粒由设计要求决定大小从20~350微米可供选择。产品的TPU爆米花和PU的比例可随产品性能要求进行调整比例。采用本发明工艺制得的PU爆米花颗粒高弹性能鞋底还具有如下特性:PU材料和TPU爆米花粒子材料都具有水解性,在环保方面均有很大的提升;高回弹性:PU&TPU爆米花颗粒的回弹性在65%以上;超轻的重量:重量取决于密度,密度范围在0.18~0.28g/cm3;低温性能好:在零下25度,PU&TPU爆米花颗粒制成的鞋底保持着良好的柔韧性。
3.按照人体力学的脚型设计,按照脚型开制模具内仁,利用模内一体成型工艺制作内靴,能达到让脚放在一个最舒适和吻合的空间内,从前掌到后跟全方位的完美包裹吻合性,鞋面与鞋底为完全贴楦,穿着的舒适性非常好,从而实现赤足感觉。
4.根据不同运动功能来改变内垫的厚度、密度、硬度以及包裹性设计,让内靴达到最大化的运动吸震助力功能和对脚的舒适包裹。
5.不需要人工贴底,有效提高了加工效率,且不会因为人工贴底而造成溢胶和欠胶等问题,鞋面非常干净,拉力也好,鞋帮与鞋底之间不存在胶黏层,保障了鞋底的弹性。
6.通过调整PU模具龙骨的弧度把传统鞋垫的厚度4~6mm调整到本发明内垫厚度的10~20mm,并减少EVA鞋底和RB底片的厚度,大大加强足部在运动过程中的弹性和舒适性,EVA和RB材质的用量的减少以及PU材质的用量的增加,让一双鞋能溶解的比例加大,起到环保功能的有效提升。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
参照图4,环保缓震包裹性好的爆米花架桥鞋,包括鞋帮1和鞋底2,鞋帮1由内靴11和帮面12构成。参照图1、图2,内靴11由内里11a和一次射出成型内垫11b构成。该内垫11b由PU材料制成的PU内垫11b,或者由PU和TPU爆米花颗粒混合制成的爆米花内垫11b,内垫11b的厚度为10~20mm。内里11a为呈袜子形状的袜套结构,或者,内里11a为普通鞋帮1内衬的领口和底部均为开口的结构;内里11a为防水和/或透气面料制成。内里11a和内垫11b通过射出成型连接为一体。参照图3、图4,内靴11的领口与该帮面12的领口固定连接,帮面12的下沿延伸至该内垫11b的底面并且与内垫11b固定连接。参照图4,鞋帮1与鞋底2通过PU架桥层3一体连接,PU架桥层3包覆上述帮面12的下沿。参照图4至图7,该鞋底2为由PU和TPU爆米花颗粒混合一次射出成型的爆米花鞋底2,上述TPU爆米花颗粒呈球形或者椭球形;TPU爆米花颗粒粒径为20~350微米;上述TPU爆米花颗粒突出于鞋底2的外表面。
另外,上述环保缓震包裹性好的爆米花架桥鞋的制作工艺,该制作工艺包括依次进行的下述步骤:
a.内靴11:参照图1、图2,按照脚型制作1:1比例的模具内仁,将内里11a套在模具内仁上,模具内仁进入注塑模具的指定工位,模具内仁和内里11a的形状均可以根据不同脚型进行调整;然后往模腔内浇注PU原料或者PU与TPU颗粒混合料;再将模具转至加温箱内并升温至60~80℃,4~8分钟后,模具转至温度控制在-10~0℃的冷却箱内快速冷却,冷却2~5分钟;脱模后即制得内靴11;
b.鞋帮1:参照图3,按领口弧度用针车将内靴11的领口与帮面12的领口缝合,然后,帮面12套置于内靴11的外侧制得鞋帮1,帮面12与内里11a之间可以根据需求而配置如防寒、减震等填充材料13;
c.鞋底2:将耐磨橡胶底片4先放置于鞋底模腔内的指定位置,TPU爆米花颗粒放置于PU射出机台的漏斗中,利用螺杆的旋转将TPU爆米花颗粒送入机头搅拌腔内与PU原材料经过8500转/秒的搅拌后均匀射入鞋底模具的模腔内,然后将注有TPU爆米花颗粒和PU的混合料的鞋底模具转到升温箱内,将温度升至60~80℃,4~8分钟发泡熟化后;将鞋底模具转到-10~0℃的急速冷冻箱内冷却;开模取出鞋底2并修剪毛边;
d.成型:将鞋底2放置在PU射出模腔内的指定模槽上,鞋底2边缘与模槽密实连接;然后鞋帮1装入鞋楦4,利用气阀装置将入楦鞋帮1挂在联帮注塑机的模架上,利用汽压夹楦阀装置将入楦鞋帮1固定,然后合模;将模具温度加温至60~80℃,然后把PU原料注射于模腔内发泡和熟化5~8分钟后,再开模取出成品并修剪毛边。

1.环保缓震包裹性好的爆米花架桥鞋,包括鞋帮和鞋底,其特征在于:所述鞋帮由内靴和帮面构成;内靴由内里和一次射出成型的内垫构成,内里和内垫通过射出成型连接为一体;内靴的领口与所述帮面的领口固定连接,帮面的下沿延伸至该内垫的底面并且与内垫固定连接;鞋帮与所述鞋底通过PU架桥层一体连接,PU架桥层包覆帮面的下沿;该鞋底为由PU和TPU爆米花颗粒混合制成的爆米花鞋底。
2.如权利要求1所述的环保缓震包裹性好的爆米花架桥鞋,其特征在于:所述TPU爆米花颗粒呈球形或者椭球形;TPU爆米花颗粒粒径为20~350微米。
3.如权利要求1所述的环保缓震包裹性好的爆米花架桥鞋,其特征在于:所述TPU爆米花颗粒突出于鞋底外表面。
4.如权利要求1所述的环保缓震包裹性好的爆米花架桥鞋,其特征在于:所述内垫的厚度为10~20mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的环保缓震包裹性好的爆米花架桥鞋,其特征在于:所述内里为呈袜子形状的袜套结构,或者,内里为普通鞋帮内衬结构。
6.如权利要求1所述的环保缓震包裹性好的爆米花架桥鞋,其特征在于:所述内里为防水和/或透气面料制成。
7.如权利要求1所述的环保缓震包裹性好的爆米花架桥鞋,其特征在于:所述内垫由PU材料制成的PU内垫,或者由PU和TPU爆米花颗粒混合制成的爆米花内垫。
8.环保缓震包裹性好的爆米花架桥鞋的制作工艺,其特征在于,该制作工艺用于制作权利要求1至7任一所述的爆米花架桥鞋;该制作工艺包括依次进行的下述步骤:
a.内靴:按照脚型制作1:1比例的模具内仁,将内里套在模具内仁上,模具内仁进入注塑模具的指定工位;然后往模腔内浇注PU原料或者PU与TPU颗粒混合料;再将模具转至加温箱内并升温至60~80℃,4~8分钟后,模具转至温度控制在-10~0℃的冷却箱内快速冷却,冷却2~5分钟;脱模后即制得内靴;
b.鞋帮:按领口弧度用针车将内靴的领口与帮面的领口缝合,然后,帮面套置于内靴的外侧制得鞋帮;
c.鞋底:将耐磨底片先放置于鞋底模腔内的指定位置,TPU爆米花颗粒放置于PU射出机台的漏斗中,利用螺杆的旋转将TPU爆米花颗粒送入机头搅拌腔内与PU原材料经过8500转/秒的搅拌后均匀射入鞋底模具的模腔内,然后将注有TPU爆米花颗粒和PU的混合料的鞋底模具转到升温箱内,将温度升至60~80℃,4~8分钟发泡熟化后;将鞋底模具转到-10~0℃的急速冷冻箱内冷却;开模取出鞋底并修剪毛边;
d.成型:将鞋底放置在PU射出模腔内的指定模槽上;然后鞋帮装入鞋楦,利用气阀装置将入楦鞋帮挂在联帮注塑机的模架上,利用汽压夹楦阀装置将入楦鞋帮固定,然后合模;将模具温度加温至60~80℃,然后把PU原料注射于模腔内发泡和熟化5~8分钟后,再开模取出成品并修剪毛边。
9.如权利要求7所述的环保缓震包裹性好的爆米花架桥鞋的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述鞋底使用按所述模槽槽内形状1:1比例制作的模具进行生产;鞋底边缘与模槽密实连接。
10.如权利要求7所述的环保缓震包裹性好的爆米花架桥鞋的制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤c中,PU原料与TPU爆米花颗粒的重量比为1:3.5~4。
