现在将讨论鞋底结构12的作用。诸如走路和跑步等步行运动期间，鞋底结构12在足部和地面之间被压缩。突起55a-55c在鞋底结构12的其他部分的高度下面延伸并在步行活动期间最先接触地面。隆起53a-53c和凹槽56a-56c的结构允许鞋外底50被竖直替换，因此以类似于扬声器膜片的方式起作用。插入件40a-40c在覆盖部件20和鞋外底50之间被结合，但是沿着侧壁33a-33c没有任何结合或其他限制。这种结构允许插入件40a-40c相对于彼此以及相对于框架部件30而独立地竖直替换。也就是说，插入件40a-40c的结构在鞋底结构12中提供了独立压缩性的区域。参考图5A和6A，鞋底结构12以非压缩构型描述。但是，图5B和6B中，插入件40a-40c被描述为被压缩的，以及插入件40a和40b向外弯曲进入空间44a-44b中。因此，不同的插入件40a-40c可以独立地偏转。
以上讨论的鞋底结构12的结构提供了鞋10的可变特性。如上所述，插入件40a-40c的各个区域可以被形成具有不同的泡沫密度。例如，靠近外侧面13定位的区域可以比靠近内侧面14定位的区域具有更大的密度，由此起到限制跑步期间的足部内旋的作用。作为另一种选择，各插入件40a-40c可以由具有不同密度的聚合物泡沫材料形成。一些个体可以优选，例如，插入件40a由聚合物泡沫形成，该聚合物泡沫的密度比插入件40b和40c的聚合物泡沫大。因此，当鞋10定制生产时，仅通过改变插入件40a-40c的特性，就可以将鞋底结构12调整为特定个体的喜好。插入件40a-40c特性的差别还可以用于设计不同运动用的鞋10。例如，聚合物泡沫密度的一种结构可以适用于篮球，然而聚合物泡沫密度的另一种结构可以适用于跑步。因此，除了被选择用于插入件40a-40c的材料之外，两种不同的鞋类物品可以用基本上相同的鞋底制成。因此，涉及鞋底结构12的所公开的结构提供了有意义的设计范围用于为特定个体或特定体育运动裁制鞋10。
参考图8，本发明的另一个实施方案被描述，其中孔44延伸穿过插入件40a。如所描述的，孔44整体延伸穿过插入件40a，但还可以仅部分地延伸穿过插入件40a。当插入件40a被压缩时，孔44的侧壁将以如类似于侧壁43a的方式变形。步行运动期间插入件40a压缩的方式至少部分地依赖于孔44的尺寸。因此，孔44a可以具有本发明范围内的各种尺寸和形状。参考图9，本发明的另一个实施方案被描述，其中流体填充囊45位于孔44内。囊45可以具有相应于发明背景部分中的上述任何常规流体填充囊的结构。虽然孔44和囊45于上面关于插入件40a而讨论，类似的结构可以结合到任何插入件40a-40c中。

Claims (53)

1.一种结合鞋面和固定到所述鞋面的鞋底结构的鞋类物品，所述鞋底结构包括：
鞋底夹层，沿着所述鞋的至少一部分纵向长度延伸，所述鞋底夹层界定了具有第一侧壁的孔，所述鞋底夹层包括位于所述孔内的插入件，所述插入件具有第二侧壁，至少一部分所述第二侧壁与所述第一侧壁分离以界定所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁之间的空间；以及
鞋外底，固定到所述鞋底夹层，所述鞋外底界定了一个隆起，所述隆起位于所述空间的下部之内且在所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁之间的位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的鞋类物品，其中所述插入件的形状与所述孔的形状相符。
3.如权利要求2所述的鞋类物品，其中所述插入件的所述形状包括至少两个交叠的圆形区域。
4.如权利要求2所述的鞋类物品，其中所述插入件的所述形状包括至少两个圆形区域。
5.如权利要求1所述的鞋类物品，其中所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁之间的间距在所述插入件周围是基本恒定的。
6.如权利要求1所述的鞋类物品，其中所述鞋底夹层包括框架部件和覆盖部件，所述框架部件界定了所述孔，以及所述覆盖部件延伸于所述孔和所述插入件之上。
7.如权利要求6所述的鞋类物品，其中所述覆盖部件固定到所述鞋面。
8.如权利要求6所述的鞋类物品，其中所述覆盖部件的下表面包括用于容纳所述插入件上表面的凹入处。
9.如权利要求1所述的鞋类物品，其中所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁呈现为基本竖直的方向。

11.如权利要求10所述的鞋类物品，其中所述隆起围绕所述凹陷延伸。

15.如权利要求1所述的鞋类物品，其中所述鞋底夹层部件界定了与所述孔分开的至少一个额外的孔，以及所述鞋包括与所述插入件分开的额外插入件，所述额外的孔容纳所述额外的插入件。
16.如权利要求1所述的鞋类物品，其中所述鞋外底界定了置于所述隆起相反位置的突起，所述突起在所述插入件下面延伸。
17.如权利要求16所述的鞋类物品，其中所述突起呈现的形状与所述插入件的形状相符。
18.如权利要求1所述的鞋类物品，其中插入件的孔至少部分地延伸穿过所述插入件。
19.如权利要求18所述的鞋类物品，其中流体填充囊位于所述插入件的孔内。
20.一种结合鞋面和固定到所述鞋面的鞋底结构的鞋类物品，所述鞋底结构包括：
框架部件，沿着所述鞋的至少一部分纵向长度延伸，所述框架部件界定了具有第一侧壁的孔；
插入件，位于所述孔内，所述插入件包括上表面、下表面、和在所述上表面和所述下表面之间延伸的第二侧壁，至少一部分所述第二侧壁与所述第一侧壁分离以界定所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁之间的空间；
覆盖部件，延伸于所述孔之上，所述覆盖部件的下表面界定了容纳所述插入件的所述上表面的凹入处；以及
鞋外底，在所述孔下面延伸，所述鞋外底界定了一个隆起，所述隆起位于所述空间的下部内且在所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁之间的位置，以及所述鞋外底界定了用于容纳所述插入件的所述下表面的凹陷，所述隆起至少部分围绕所述凹陷延伸。
21.如权利要求20所述的鞋类物品，其中所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁之间的距离在所述插入件周围是基本恒定的。

28.如权利要求27所述的鞋类物品，其中所述突起呈现与所述插入件的形状相符的形状。
29.如权利要求20所述的鞋类物品，其中所述插入件的形状与所述孔的形状相符。
30.如权利要求29所述的鞋类物品，其中所述插入件的所述形状包括至少两个交叠的圆形区域。
31.如权利要求29所述的鞋类物品，其中所述插入件的所述形状包括至少两个交叠的正圆形区域。
32.如权利要求20所述的鞋类物品，其中插入件的孔至少部分延伸穿过所述插入件。
33.如权利要求32所述的鞋类物品，其中流体填充囊位于所述插入件的孔内。
34.一种结合鞋面和固定到所述鞋面的鞋底结构的鞋类物品，所述鞋底结构包括：
鞋底夹层，沿着所述鞋的至少一部分纵向长度延伸，并具有外侧面和内侧面，所述鞋底夹层界定了第一孔和与所述第一孔分离的第二孔，以及所述鞋底夹层包括；
第一插入件，位于所述第一孔内，所述第一孔的至少部分侧壁与所述第一插入件的侧壁分离，所述第一插入件具有一个至少有三个相连的圆形区域的形状；以及
第二插入件，位于所述第二孔内，所述第二孔的至少部分侧壁与所述第二插入件的侧壁分离，所述第二插入件具有一个至少有两个相连的圆形区域的形状；以及
鞋外底，固定到所述鞋底夹层，所述鞋外底界定了第一隆起和第二隆起，所述第一隆起位于所述第一孔的所述侧壁和所述第一插入件的所述侧壁之间的位置，以及所述第二隆起位于所述第二孔的所述侧壁和所述第二插入件的所述侧壁之间的位置。
35.如权利要求34所述的鞋类物品，其中所述第一插入件的所述第一侧壁和所述第一孔的所述侧壁之间的距离在所述第一插入件周围是基本恒定的。

41.如权利要求34所述的鞋类物品，其中所述鞋外底界定了用于容纳所述第一插入件的第一凹陷，以及所述鞋外底界定了用于容纳所述第二插入件的第二凹陷。
42.如权利要求34所述的鞋类物品，其中所述鞋外底的下表面包括第一突起和第二突起，所述第一突起具有所述第一插入件的所述形状，以及所述第二突起具有所述第二插入件的所述形状。
43.如权利要求34所述的鞋类物品，其中所述第一插入件位于所述鞋的脚后跟区的位置并呈现为第一厚度，以及所述第二插入件位于所述第一插入件前面的位置并呈现为第二厚度，所述第一厚度大于所述第二厚度。
44.如权利要求34所述的鞋类物品，其中插入件的孔至少部分延伸穿过所述第一插入件和所述第二插入件的至少一个。
45.如权利要求44所述的鞋类物品，其中流体填充囊位于所述插入件的孔内。
46.一种结合鞋面和固定到所述鞋面的鞋底结构的鞋类物品，所述鞋底结构包括：
鞋底夹层，由聚合物泡沫材料形成的所述鞋底夹层界定了一个孔，所述鞋底夹层包括位于所述孔内的插入件，所述插入件与所述孔的侧壁分离，以及所述插入件具有一个至少有两个相连的圆形区域的形状；以及
鞋外底，其固定到所述鞋底夹层，所述鞋外底界定了位于所述孔的所述侧壁和所述插入件的所述侧壁之间的隆起。
47.如权利要求46所述的鞋类物品，其中所述圆形区域是正圆形的。
48.如权利要求46所述的鞋类物品，其中所述孔的所述侧壁和所述插入件之间的距离在所述插入件周围是基本恒定的。
