技术领域
本发明涉及鞋的鞋底,更具体地,涉及一种具有缓冲支撑件的鞋底。
背景技术
人在行走或奔跑时的步态取决于人的生物力学特征以及其它因素。虽然不同人的步态各不相同,但基本上可以归为图1中示出的三种典型形态,从左列向右列依次为外翻、中性和内翻。简单地说,在内翻状态下,脚的位置使得身体大部分的重量作用于脚的内部。相反,在外翻状态下,脚的位置使得身体大部分的重量作用于脚的外部。而在中性状态下,脚的位置使得身体大部分的重量作用于脚的中间。
从生物力学的角度上看,脚以中性的步态接触地面是正确的。已经发现过度的内翻或者外翻可能导致身体出现异常,包括引起肌肉疲劳、膝关节疼痛、肌腱发炎、韧带损伤。长期采用的不正确步行方式甚至会对人的神经系统造成损害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种鞋底,其能够帮助使用者矫正过度内翻或外翻的步态。
根据本发明的鞋底包括鞋跟部分,鞋跟部分具有容纳支撑件的孔口,支撑件突出于鞋跟部分的底表面,以使得在行走时支撑件先于鞋跟部分的底表面接触地面。
优选地,围绕鞋跟部分的侧壁和后壁的下端朝向鞋跟部分的底表面逐渐收缩。更优选地,围绕鞋底的所有壁的下端都朝向鞋跟部分的底表面逐渐收缩。
优选地,孔口形成在鞋跟部分的中心位置处,一个或多个缓冲单元作为支撑件被插入孔口中。更优选地,缓冲单元延伸超过鞋跟部分的顶表面和底表面。
在一个实施例中,缓冲单元构造成能够在孔口中滑动的缓冲滑块,该缓冲滑块通过中间的支撑带被加固。
在一个实施例中,缓冲单元包括上、下两个缓冲滑块以及位于两个缓冲滑块之间的弹性元件。
优选地,缓冲滑块可具有敞开的端部,并且填充有柔性材料。
本发明的技术效果是借助于突出鞋底底表面的缓冲单元确保鞋总是在正确的位置与地面接触。本发明的技术效果还在于避免鞋底边缘的磨损,同时增加缓冲单元的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
图2中示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的鞋底,其包括鞋跟部分20。在鞋跟部分20内,优选地在鞋跟部分的中心位置处形成孔口30。支撑件40插入孔口30中以相对于鞋跟部分的底表面22突出一段距离。当穿着者步行时,突出的支撑件30先于底表面22接触地面。只有在支撑件30被压缩到一定程度后,底表面22才与地面接触。支撑件优选为由弹性或柔性材料,例如塑料、橡胶等制成的缓冲滑块,其形状可以是圆柱形、棱柱形、圆锥形或其他形状。因此,本发明允许在鞋中采用柔性材料,而不影响鞋底的稳定性和耐久性。
缓冲滑块在接触地面时被压缩以起到吸震的作用。更重要的是,本发明的缓冲滑块没有覆盖鞋底的整个底表面,而是仅容纳在鞋跟部分的中心位置的孔口中,并且被限制成只能在该孔口中上下移动。因此,该缓冲滑块能够确保鞋总是在正确的位置与地面接触,从而矫正穿着者的内翻或外翻。
具有过度内翻或外翻问题的人在步行期间反复地将自身的体重压在脚的一侧上,结果该侧上的鞋底边缘很快被磨损,这会导致穿着者更加严重的内翻或外翻。为了避免这种情况的出现,本发明将鞋跟部分的侧壁和后壁的下端设计成朝向鞋跟部分的底表面逐渐收缩。图2中示出了鞋跟部分的后壁23的下端28与底表面22之间成α度角。图3中示出了鞋底的后端部分,其中鞋跟部分的侧壁24,25的下端29也与底表面22之间成α度角,该角度的范围可以是15-45度。优选地,使围绕鞋底的所有壁的下端都朝向鞋底的底表面逐渐收缩,以最大程度地避免鞋底的边缘接触地面。
缓冲滑块40突出于鞋跟部分的底表面22的距离d应当被控制在适当的范围内。如果距离d过小,则缓冲滑块无法保证鞋跟部分与地面的隔离。在长时间的步行之后缓冲滑块由于磨损导致无法保持突出的状态。如距离d过大,则会影响穿着的舒适程度。已经发现,当缓冲滑块40突出于鞋跟部分的底表面22的距离d为大约1/8英寸时,可以在较长的时间内维持缓冲滑块的突出状态,同时不会显著影响穿着的舒适程度。
在图2中实施例中,缓冲滑块40的上端也突出于鞋跟部分的顶表面21,使得受到压缩的缓冲滑块40的反弹力直接作用于穿着者的脚跟,以提供更加轻松省力的步行体验。
由于缓冲滑块没有被永久地固定在鞋底中,因此在出现磨损时可以及时进行替换。优选地,缓冲滑块具有敞开的端部,滑块的中空区域内可以填充柔性材料以更加有效地吸收冲击。
图4中示出了缓冲滑块的一个实施例,其分为上、下两部分,通过中间的支撑带50对缓冲滑块进行支撑。由于缓冲滑块在步行时被反复压缩,其中间部分可能发生变形甚至开裂,因此由强度较高的材料制成的支撑带可有效地对缓冲滑块进行加固,防止其出现变形或开裂。
图5中示出了另一种形式的缓冲单元,包括上、下两个缓冲滑块以及位于两者之间的弹性元件60。上、下缓冲滑块分别延伸超过鞋底的顶表面和底表面,中间的弹性元件可以是弹性球体或者弹簧。在行走时,下方的缓冲滑块与地面接触,弹性元件吸收来自下方的缓冲滑块的冲击并且将反作用力均匀地分配给两个缓冲滑块。该设计的优势在于允许根据不同的路面情况选择具有合适物理特性的弹性元件。此外,由于负责缓冲的弹性元件不会直接接触地面,因此避免了磨损。
虽然已经参考优选实施例对本发明进行了描述,但在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改变并且可以用等效物替换其元件。因此,本发明意指并不局限于本文所公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求范围内的所有实施方式。

Claims (8)

1.一种鞋底,包括鞋跟部分,所述鞋跟部分具有容纳支撑件的孔口,所述支撑件突出于所述鞋跟部分的底表面,以使得在行走时所述支撑件先于所述鞋跟部分的底表面接触地面。
2.如权利要求1所述的鞋底,其特征在于,围绕所述鞋跟部分的侧壁和后壁的下端朝向所述鞋跟部分的底表面逐渐收缩。
3.如权利要求1所述的鞋底,其特征在于,围绕所述鞋底的所有壁的下端都朝向所述鞋底的底表面逐渐收缩。
4.如权利要求1所述的鞋底,其特征在于,所述孔口形成在所述鞋跟部分的中心位置处,一个或多个缓冲单元插入所述孔口中。
5.如权利要求4所述的鞋底,其特征在于,所述缓冲单元延伸超过所述鞋跟部分的顶表面和底表面。
6.如权利要求4所述的鞋底,其特征在于,所述缓冲单元构造成能够在所述孔口中滑动的缓冲滑块,所述缓冲滑块通过中间的支撑带被加固。
7.如权利要求4所述的鞋底,其特征在于,所述缓冲单元包括两个能够在所述孔口中滑动的缓冲滑块和位于两个缓冲滑块之间的弹性元件。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的鞋底,其特征在于,所述缓冲滑块具有敞开的端部,并所述缓冲滑块中填充有柔性材料。
