Description
Dst/nm<6000m2/g/CTAB+60
に従ったストークス径がモード径のために要求される。この関係から、JP11−302557Aにおいて製造されたカーボンブラックは比較的小さいアグリゲートを有していることがわかる。
これらはカーボンブラックの最適な特性プロファイルをもたらさない。
ISO規格 15825の4.6.3項における補足:モード値は、質量分布曲線(mass distribution curve)に関する。
T=2/3(Te−Ta)+Ta、
その際、Taは測定前の測定チャンバの温度を表し、かつTeは測定後の測定チャンバの温度を表す。温度差は4゜Kを超えないことが望ましい。
− ポリブタジエン(BR)、
− ポリイソプレン(IR)、
− スチレン/ブタジエン共重合体、例えばエマルジョンSBR(E−SBR)または溶液SBR(L−SBE);好ましくは、全体のポリマーに対して1〜60質量%、特に有利には2〜50質量%のスチレン含有率を有する、
− クロロプレン(CR)、
− イソブチレン/イソプレン共重合体(IIR)、
− ブタジエン/アクリロニトリル共重合体、好ましくは、全体のポリマー(NBR)に対して5〜60質量%、好ましくは10〜50質量%のアクリロニトリル含有率を有する
− 部分水素化または完全に水素化されたNBRゴム(HNBR)、
− エチレン/プロピレン/ジエン共重合体(EDPM)
− エチレン/プロピレン共重合体(EPM)または
− 付加的に官能基、例えばカルボキシ基、シラノール基またはエポキシ基を有する上述のゴム、例えばエポキシ化NR、カルボキシ官能化NBRまたはシラノール−(−SiOH)もしくはシロキシ官能化(−Si−OR)SBR、
ならびにこれらのゴムの混合物を包含する。
本発明によるカーボンブラックを、図1に示されるカーボンブラック反応器中で製造する。

天然ゴム混合物のために使用した配合は、次の第3表に記載している。この場合に単位phrは、使用される粗製ゴム100部に対する質量部を意味する。
スリッター(Φ=82mm)を用いて、サンプルを2mmの厚さの加硫ゴムシートから打ち抜き、イソプロパノール−アルコールでグリース除去する。サンプル体の厚さを、キャリパー(Φ=30mm)を用いて数カ所で正確に0.01mm刻みで測定する。平均的なサンプル厚さ値を、比体積抵抗率の算出のために出す。
円形テンプレートおよびシルバーマーカーを用いて、導電性銀200で覆われるべき箇所に印を付ける。導電性銀を塗布し、かつ1時間の乾燥時間後にはサンプル体の測定準備が整っている。電気体積抵抗率および電気表面抵抗率の測定を、Fischer Elektronik社の装置Milli−TO3を用いて実施する。
摩耗抵抗指数=(参照カーボンブラックのDIN摩耗/DIN摩耗)*100。
従って摩耗抵抗指数>100は、そのつどの参照カーボンブラックを基準として、改善された摩耗抵抗を意味し、<100の値は摩耗抵抗が悪化したことを意味する。
従って転がり抵抗指数>100は、そのつどの参照カーボンブラックを基準として、改善された、それゆえ低下した転がり抵抗を意味し、<100の値は転がり抵抗が悪化したことを意味する。
EPDM混合物のために使用した配合は、次の第7表に示している。
NR/SBR混合物のために使用した配合は、次の第10表に記載している。
Claims (8)
- CTAB表面積が30〜48m2/gであり、COANが90/ml(100g)より大きく、OANとCOANとからの合計が250ml/(100g)より大きく、四分位比が1.85〜2.50であり、かつモード径が、Dst>6000m2nm/g/CTAB+60nmであり、かつ、アグリゲート径分布のモード径に対する、0.95より大きいΔD−50値の比率を有することを特徴とする、ゴム混合物用ファーネスブラック。
- アグリゲート径分布の質量平均粒径が200nmより大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のゴム混合物用ファーネスブラック。
- 反応器軸に沿って燃焼ゾーン、反応ゾーンおよび中断ゾーンを有するファーネスブラック反応器中で請求項1記載のゴム混合物用ファーネスブラックを製造する方法であって、燃焼ゾーンにおいて酸素を含有するガス中で燃料を燃焼させることにより高温排ガスの流を生成し、かつ前記排ガスを燃焼ゾーンから、狭小部を貫流させずに反応ゾーン中に導通し、引き続き中断ゾーン中に導通し、反応ゾーンにおいて前記高温排ガス中にカーボンブラック原料を混入し、かつ中断ゾーンにおいて水を噴霧することによりカーボンブラック形成を停止することによって請求項1記載のゴム混合物用ファーネスブラックを製造する方法において、半径方向にカーボンブラック原料の20〜58質量%を反応ゾーンの初めの3分の1において噴射し、かつ前記カーボンブラック原料の残量を上流で少なくとも1つのさらなる箇所で反応器中に噴射することを特徴とする、ファーネスブラック反応器中で請求項1記載のゴム混合物用ファーネスブラックを製造する方法。
- 充填剤、補強充填剤、UV安定剤、導電性カーボンブラックまたは顔料としての、請求項1記載のゴム混合物用ファーネスブラックの使用。
- ゴム中での、請求項1記載のゴム混合物用ファーネスブラックの使用。
- 少なくとも1つのゴムおよび請求項1記載の少なくとも1つのゴム混合物用ファーネスブラックを含有することを特徴とする、ゴム混合物。
- 前記ゴムがジエンゴムであることを特徴とする、請求項6記載のゴム混合物。
- 前記ジエンゴムが、天然ゴム、EPDMゴムまたはSBRゴムであることを特徴とする、請求項7記載のゴム混合物。
