- 複数の第一導電配線を含む第一導電構造体と、複数の第二導電配線を含み、前記第一導電構造体から分離して設置された第二導電構造体と、を含むタッチパネルにおいて、
前記第一導電配線及び前記第二導電配線の少なくとも一方が、少なくとも一本のカーボンナノチューブワイヤからなり、
単一の前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤが複数のカーボンナノチューブのみからなることを特徴とする静電容量方式のタッチパネル。 - 前記第一導電配線及び前記第二導電配線の少なくとも一方が、複数の前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤを含み、
前記第一導電配線又は前記第二導電配線において、前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤがそれぞれ平行に配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の静電容量方式のタッチパネル。 - 前記第一導電配線及び前記第二導電配線が全て複数の前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤを含み、
前記第一導電配線における複数の前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤが第二方向に対して平行に並列され、
前記第二導電配線における複数の前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤが第一方向に対して平行に並列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の静電容量方式のタッチパネル。 - 前記第一方向と前記第二方向とが、0°〜90°の角度を成すことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の静電容量方式のタッチパネル。
- 前記第一導電配線及び前記第二導電配線の少なくとも一方が、複数の前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤを含み、
前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤがそれぞれ所定の距離で分離して配列され、
隣接する前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤの間の距離が、5nm〜1mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の静電容量方式のタッチパネル。 - 前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤが、ねじれたカーボンナノチューブワイヤであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の静電容量方式のタッチパネル。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤの直径が0.5nm〜100μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の静電容量方式のタッチパネル。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤが、端と端で接続された複数のカーボンナノチューブセグメントを含み、
単一の前記カーボンナノチューブセグメントが、平行に配列された複数のカーボンナノチューブであることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の静電容量方式のタッチパネル。 - 静電容量方式のタッチパネルと、前記静電容量方式のタッチパネルに隣接して設置された表示素子と、を含むディスプレイであって、
前記静電容量方式のタッチパネルが、複数の第一導電配線を含む第一導電構造体と、複数の第二導電配線を含み、前記第一導電構造体から分離して設置された第二導電構造体と、を含み、
前記第一導電配線及び前記第二導電配線の少なくとも一方が、少なくとも一本のカーボンナノチューブワイヤからなり、
単一の前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤが複数のカーボンナノチューブのみからなることを特徴とするディスプレ。
