Claims (3)
- 廃プラスチックを加熱して熱分解し、発生した分解ガスを冷却して油化する廃プラスチックの油化還元装置において、コイルの内側に配することにより前記廃プラスチックを収容する槽本体を有し、この槽本体に、当該槽本体における溶解プラスチックを撹拌し、かつ前記槽本体の内壁面に付着した溶解プラスチックを掻取る撹拌掻取部及びこの撹拌掻取部に付設することにより前記槽本体に収容した溶解プラスチックの上面を加熱するヒータを有する撹拌機構部を設けるとともに、前記コイルに高周波電流を流すことにより前記槽本体を誘導加熱し、前記廃プラスチックを溶解及び熱分解して分解ガスを発生させる熱分解槽と、前記槽本体に前記廃プラスチックを投入するホッパーを有し、かつこのホッパーの投入口を開閉する開閉蓋及びこのホッパーと前記槽本体間の投入路を開閉する開閉バルブを有するとともに、前記ホッパーの内部に不活性ガスを送気可能に構成した廃プラスチック投入機構部と、前記熱分解槽により発生した分解ガスを冷却して油化する油化処理部を備えることを特徴とする廃プラスチックの油化還元装置。
- 前記廃プラスチック投入機構部は、前記投入路を構成する投入管を有し、この投入管に前記開閉バルブを付設するとともに、この開閉バルブに対して前記槽本体側における前記投入管に開閉ダンパを付設したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃プラスチックの油化還元装置。
- 前記廃プラスチックを順次処理する各過程で発生するオフガスを所定温度以上の高温下で燃焼処理する燃焼処理部を有するオフガス処理部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の廃プラスチックの油化還元装置。
