Description
圧力空気に処理物を収容し、高圧蒸気と薬注を用いた処理をおこなう。その場合ペール缶を事前に破砕しないと容器内部の医療廃棄物の殺菌はできない。
殺菌による熱分解において発生する油、塩酸水副産物の粉炭と粉炭に混入する金属、非鉄金属、ガラスや陶器を処理工程において分別することができる。

Claims (3)
- 高周波誘導加熱コイルを熱分解槽に巻き、熱分解槽を上部架構より支えて吊り下げ且つ熱により伸縮を自由にして槽下部は支えない熱分解槽装置であって、該熱分解槽内を内壁より支えたロストルで上下に仕切り、ロストル上に供給した処理物を撹拌機アームによりロストル上に拡げて炭化とともにアームで破砕し、細粉化した炭化片を熱分解槽下部の槽底排出弁を介して熱分解槽外に排出する熱分解装置。
- 熱分解槽の外壁に断熱材を設け、該断熱材の外側に絶縁チューブ内に挿入した高周波加熱コイルを巻き付け、冷却水を絶縁チューブ内に送り込んで高周波加熱コイルを冷却する請求項1記載の熱分解装置。
- 熱交換器と熱分解槽で生じたガスに含む粉塵を除塵する除塵機を設け、該除塵機で集塵されたガスが熱交換器に至る間に採菌装置を設けてなる請求項1又は請求項2記載の熱分解装置。
