Claims (6)
- 廃プラスチックを加熱して熱分解し、発生した分解ガスを凝縮して再生油を生成する廃プラスチックの油化還元システムにおいて、廃プラスチックを可塑化して排出する前段処理部と、この前段処理部からの可塑化した廃プラスチックが収容される主熱分解槽,及びこの主熱分解槽を加熱する加熱部を有し、かつ当該廃プラスチックを熱分解して分解ガスを発生させる主熱分解処理部と、この主熱分解処理部の分解ガスが供給される主凝縮槽.及びこの主凝縮槽を冷却する冷却部を有し、前記分解ガスを凝縮して再生油を生成する主凝縮部を備える主凝縮処理部と、前記主凝縮槽内に残留する残留ガス成分が供給される副熱分解槽,及びこの副熱分解槽を加熱する加熱部を有し、かつ当該残留ガス成分を加熱して再分解ガスを生成する副熱分解処理部と、この副熱分解処理部により生成された再分解ガスが供給される副凝縮槽.及びこの副凝縮槽を冷却する冷却部を有し、かつ前記再分解ガスを凝縮して再生油を生成する副凝縮部を備える副凝縮処理部と、前記主凝縮部から供給される再生油及び前記副凝縮部から供給される再生油を貯留する貯油部とを備えることを特徴とする廃プラスチックの油化還元システム。
- 前記主凝縮処理部は、上部が開口した仕切壁を内部に設けて前槽部と後槽部を形成し、この前槽部に前記主熱分解処理部で発生した分解ガスが供給される主凝縮槽,及びこの主凝縮槽を冷却する冷却部を有し、かつ前記前槽部に供給された分解ガスを凝縮して再生油を生成する主凝縮部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃プラスチックの油化還元システム。
- 前記前段処理部は、加熱シリンダの内部に回転するスクリュを内蔵した押出機を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃プラスチックの油化還元システム。
- 前記主熱分解処理部は、外周にコイルを配した主熱分解槽を備えるとともに、前記コイルに高周波電流を流すことにより前記主熱分解槽を誘導加熱する加熱部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃プラスチックの油化還元システム。
- 前記副熱分解処理部は、前記主凝縮槽内に残留する残留ガス成分が前記副熱分解槽に供給される際に当該残留ガス成分を冷却してゲル化する予冷却部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃プラスチックの油化還元システム。
- 前記副熱分解処理部は、外周にコイルを配した副熱分解槽を備えるとともに、前記コイルに高周波電流を流すことにより前記副熱分解槽を誘導加熱する加熱部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃プラスチックの油化還元システム。
